Absolutely horrible experience DO NOT COME HERE!!!! There are so many better Kia dealerships (Owings mills is my favorite - had to come here because I moved, will NEVER be back!!!). First of all the employees were some of the rudest people ever. I had a coupon for my oil change so I showed them that. The tech brings my car out and the woman at the desk told him no I need an extra quart of oil??!!?! Excuse me how would you know??? So he brings the car back puts a 6th quart of oil in and they charge me for an extra quart of oil. Never NEVER have I been charged for 6 quarts of oil. My car takes 5!!!!! They are scammers here. And then when I tried to call the service manager Sean, he was even more rude and never called me back!! Now we are dealing with the GM because it s unacceptable.

Our salesman Mr. Davon, is the best. Prices and finance is the best here. Even if you have bad credit they will do their best to help you. If you re looking for a new or used vehicle tell Davon, Darrell, sent you.

I bought my wife a 2022 Kia Sportage EX from salesperson Ed Purcell yesterday and the service and respect that I received from Mr. Purcell and associates at Bob Bell Kia was phenomenal. if you are in the market for a new or even used car, take the time to visit Bob Bell Kia, it will be well worth your time and you will not be dissatisfied. Good people and genuine concern for customers needs.

I dont know what has happened to the service department here but it has definitely went down hill. Today 12/6 was my last time. The customer service IS BEYOND AWFUL 2HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE UNACCEPTABLE. THE WORKERS ARE LAZY & RUDE DO NOT GO HERE!!

This review is from the standpoint of a EV owner, but many of these issues would have been present regardless. Prior to bringing the car to this service center my husband tried to call 7x to check if they would be able to work on the vehicle (Our issues were with the lane guidance system and high/low beam controls) not specific to the car being an EV, but we also wanted to have to tires rotated too. He never heard back, but we dropped off the car anyway and tried to check at drop off. When dropping off the car they were still unable to answer this question and said they would call us back. These should have been red flags, but my husband wanted to try anyways. The next day they called to check what work needed done and we didn't hear back to late afternoon that they were not able to do the work, but we needed to wait, and leave the car, another 2-3 days they might be able to do the work. I'm not unhappy they couldn't do the work, I'm unhappy that we were unable to get an answer earlier in this process.

I took my 2014 Kia Optima in 3xs for an issue with my Turbo error light and they charged me $850 to fix. I went back a 2nd time to fix the same issue at no cost, same problem came back 2 weeks later and they can't schedule me for another 2 weeks! Now they tell me the seals are blown in the turbo and they want $3800!!! Unbelievable I believe they're trying to make me pay for their lack of experience. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Update! I received a second opinion somewhere else and they found that a loose clamp and hose not completely attached! $180 to repair. Turbo not blown I'll never return my car to them again.

I made an appointment over a month ago for a recall and oil change. I arrived and the lady asked me when did I make my appointment and told me it s no way I received an appointment that quickly after she finally checked the computer seen the recall appointment but didn t see the oil change. she informed me she would get the oil change completed and that my car would be ready in 3 hours and she would give me a call as soon as it was done. I called back up there to see if my car was done and it was done but the part for the recall was not in stock and needed to be ordered and then I would receive a phone call when the part arrived and I could make another appointment. So disappointed that I have to wait that long yet again it s not like they didn t have almost 2 months to get the part in and they never call you when your car is done. All of my fluids was not topped either so I still had to wait additionally so disappointed at the this point I don t want to do business with them anymore

Horrible customer service, never answer the phone. You have to actually drive there to be able to speak with someone. My transmission went up in my car and I took it there, weeks went by with no call from them. We had to keep calling to see what the hold up was then they play phone tag and finally told us "oh, your transmission was on back order."It took a month to get my transmission fixed! Now I'm dealing with a car that has slight water damage and they call today to tell me pretty much they can't do anything it's totaled and to have the insurance company come and look at it. We've told them 10 times, that it was out of pocket, we didn't have insurance at the time. So when we asked what was wrong with it the guy said he doesn't know. He's going to talk to his tech and get back to me in a day or two.... How are you going to call a customer, tell them their car is totaled but you don't know why and then say," oh well let me call you back in a day or two." Worst place ever!! I will never come here again, two times is too much!

Dropped off my car for a recall, and got air put in my tires . I loved how they didn't give up on trying to get a hold of me when I needed new front breaks. They needed my consent before they could replace them and I'm happy they got replaced to avoid the inconvenience of dropping off my car again. They called me multiple times before they got a hold of me. Their persistence is much appreciated. *thumbs up*

My mother bought a car from Merrick a year ago. We were so pleased with the service that we returned to buy my new car. I purchased a new car and had all my questions answered same day. The staff here are friendly and funny. They work with you and make it happen.

I went to Bob Bell Kia as my first stop for car shopping since it was the closest dealership to my home in Pasadena. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. The salesman that we dealt with was very dissmissive of me and did not even try to hide the fact that he was not interested in working with me. My financial situation did make it harder and I do understand that completely , but I do not feel like I was treated with respect. The salesman that I spoke with, Merrick, did not even offer to show me any cars, basically spoke with me briefly, dismissed me and sent me out the door. Luckily, i wasn't discouraged enough to stop car shopping,we made the drive to Kia of Bowie, where I worked with Earl Ward, he was respectful , and got me the perfect car , right within my budget. Forget Bob Bell, go to Kia of Bowie and ask for Earl.

Was in the market to purchase a new car since the family was growing. Looked a lot of places and at even more models of cars. Decided to give Kia a try and was amazed. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door we had great customer service. Needless to say we bought a car. I recommend giving this dealership a try the people are friendly and the prices are fair. I have had my new car serviced a couple of times with no issues. All has been covered and completed in a timely fashion.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service provided by Bob Bell Kia. The service was way over priced. They didn't even vacuum the car or wash it after servicing it, and one simple request to replace the battery coat (an insulator sleeve that goes around the battery) was ignored. Last time I use them and the last time I send credit union members to them.

I am Ayman Al-jureidini, PE: I have the best recommendation for Bob Bell Kia of Glen Burnie. The team scheduled my 60,000 miles service promptly, checked the need for corrosion protection, provided courtesy bus shuttle, completed the service and called for completion with kind and professional attitude. As a plus, the team are so honest that they only do the needed service, protecting the customer from additional unwarranted expenses. Perfect. Thank you Sharon, Daren and the service team that I did not meet yet.

I just bought a new 2017 Sorento form Bob bell and The Kia sales team was excellent. From talking with Jake online and on the phone and Nick and Allan of the sales team to Jeff in the business department buying a new car could not have been easier. Raise your hand If have ever bought a car at the dealer under 2 hours? A great team and great deal and a great car. Thanks to everyone.

Good, Nice, Service staff. I have only gone 2 times with a new car; so it has been kind of easy for them. Waiting Room is awful. I need to work on a computer while I'm here and the free Wi-FI doesn't make up for the loud smoky smelling waiting atmosphere. I struggle to wait for my car; the waiting room is really only good for people who want to socialize and drink coffee.

Service is always professional and accurate. Waiting room is great. Very buys, make sure you make your appointments well in advance. Appointments can sometimes take a week or two to get which is a testament to their business; but requires some planning

I had an appointment and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Later during the day of the appointment (a VERY COLD day) my tire inflation light turned on the dash. I brought my vehicle back the next day and the tire pressure was adjusted and the light was reset with no waiting.

Spent $2,700 on a new transmission and flex pipe. The customer service is terrible, you can't reach a human to save your life, the operator just kept sending me to vm. The check engine light came on THE NEXT DAY so we took the car back in only to be told our compressor and oxygen censor were suddenly bad and it'll be another $1500!! They actually claimed it must have broken on the way home! DO NOT take your vehicle here.

We recently purchased another Kia Optima last week from Bob Bell Kia of Glen Burnie. The service from your sales department is top notch, Nick Coutroupis is an excellent sales manager and salesman. This is our 4th car that we have purchased at Bob Bell Kia and using Nick as our salesman. We know we can trust his prices and that we are getting the most for our trade and lowest price for our new vehicle. Thank you Bob Bell for continuing to keep us on the road and feeling good about our purchases.

Service would probably take less time if the service employees spent more time working than they do on smoke breaks. As it is, plan to drop off your car because even an oil change if they immediately take your car will take hours.

I used kia roadside assistance back in june for a flat tire. They sent safetow, a local company that towed my fwd car from the back and broke my rear differential. I told bob bell of the problem and they said they would take care of it. They had fixed my tire and gave me the car back with a still broken rear differential. Loaner program was a nightmare too.

used their online appointment scheduling service. scheduled a 4pm appt. received reminder emails and texts. I arrive for my appointment only to be told they don't have appts after 1pm and I shouldn't have used the online service but called instead?? why have the service if it is inaccurate and you don't abide by those appt times any way. will NEVER go here again. rude.

My battery needed to be replaced a couple days after routine maintenance. I specifically asked about it because I had to recently get a jump. It was checked off as okay on my sheet. Nice people though.

Poor service, had car checked out three times for service, by two dealerships, none could fix a pin hole in a tire. I don't recommend bob bell to anyone
