Did a Great Job on my rear bumper! Competitive pricing. And they let you know before hand what the cost estimate is. They even Washed my car! It looks Great! Although, I did tell them that I hope to NEVER see them Again! Nice people.Took my car in again. A few years after my first time. It's close to my house. And more reasonably priced than the dealer. I want to Especially Thank Tia. Such a Sweetie. I had not realized how Addicted I was to my car. When she told me it would be a little longer than I'd thought, I kind of Freaked Out a little. Fantastic experience at Baltimore Body Shop with my 2017 Honda CR-V! Their team was professional, quick, and the results were amazing. Let's be honest. Usually when your car needs to go to the body shop you are not happy. It's stressful, insurance is a pain, and you just want your car back.I was in this exact situation and Baltimore Body Shop made the situation so much better. They know how to work with insurance to take the stress off of you. When they finished , my car honestly looked better then it did before the accident! I can't recommend them enough. Do not use this establishment. They do horrible work. I took my vehicle to them for mechanical repairs and to have it painted. The mechanical work was done incorrectly, so I ended up taking it somewhere else. Essentially, I paid twice and they never reimbursed me. They kept my vehicle for several months. The paint job was subpar. It's only been a few months and the paint is already cracking. Every consumer looks for three things; Quality of work, Work done in a timely manner and a Reasonable price. They failed miserably in each category. Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else. You've been warned!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop has amazing service! If it wasn t for my insurance taking so long they would ve had my car in and out in a week or two. I appreciate Rachel for communicating with me almost everyday and giving me an update on my car. I was recommended this shop, but was not happy with my experience.Firstly I did not get a call back when I was told I would. Not a big deal, but a little inconvenient.Then I was told different things from different people regarding whether or not the parts had been ordered for my car and when I could expect the car to be finished.Eventually I got the call the car was ready to go and went in to pick it up. I paid and went to drive home. The car wasin for a coolant leak and when I started the car, the coolant light came on and when I checked under the hood there was no coolant in the reservoir.I went back inside and after the folks in the shop initially tried telling me it was fine and it was just an overflow reservoir, they eventually apologized and asked me to come back the next day.After successfully picking the car up the next day, we are having a new issue with the car that was not present before we brought it to this shop. Maybe it's a coincidence, but it's strange the issue would pop up right when we get the car back and I noticed this new issue right away.Update: The car started leaking coolant again yesterday... On the plus side they were kind enough to get it fixed same day today and didnt charge extraUpdate 2: The car broke in the same way again. I didn't even bother taking it back here. Took it to a different shop that fixed the issue properly

I am a relatively new car owner and I didn't realize how great Baltimore Body Shop & Service is until I had to take my car somewhere else because they were all booked up. Their prices are reasonable. They are good at explaining techincal things to people that don't care about cars at all (me). And they are thoughtful at advising you on what work you absolutely should get done versus what can wait a little bit.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Update: Changing to 1 star. After having another company look at it, they determined that none of the wires were secured with wire harnesses and that whoever did it took the laziest approach. Pieces were just hanging unsecured which caused it to break again. Extremely disappointed in their work which has now cost me $900 total for something that should have never happened in the first place. Take your business elsewhere.Initially they did a really good job repairing my car when it got rear ended. However our trunk stopped opening shortly after they worked on it. Had the dealer look at it and was told that whoever fixed it didn t seal it properly allowing water to get in. I had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed again. Now the trunk stopped working a 3rd time. I was very happy with them at first but they are either rushing work or not paying attention so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am extremely impressed with these folks. I have had some bad experiences with the maintenance departments at nearby Ford dealerships, and decided to try to find a local mechanic for my Ford Escape. Having seen Baltimore Body Shop recommended on Reddit, I decided to give it a try for an all-around brake pad replacement that I had been procrastinating on.The service was fantastic! Their service advisors were willing to give a clear, detailed estimate over the phone, they were willing to put on customer-purchased brake pads (which I did not have, but I appreciated that they asked), and the job was done in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with the honesty and helpfulness of the staff, and from what I can tell, the work done was high quality. I will definitely be back!

Ended up with a bad experience at this place. Car was being fixed for a bumper and headlight. They put the wrong headlight on and didn t even check to make sure it was working. I tried to figure out the next steps to get the correct headlight and the employee ended up arguing with me about their mistake. So instead of helping me fix the issue he sent me out in the pouring rain at night with 1 working headlight. on top of this I ended up having to take my car back 4 separate times due to the bumper not being fixed properly as well as the headlight.

I was surprised with the low cost for routine maintenance! Although I had a very small list of things for Baltimore Body to check on my Rav4 for a 35k checkup, it was only $21! They've been very good with their prices -- I've had other work done with other cars -- especially compared to what a dealer would charge. It was fast and easy to make an appointment as they are very responsive. They are very thorough and recommend additional future repairs along with estimates for the work.

Something was rattling so they got me in first thing the next morning, they figured it out and I don t believe they even charged me for it, which is amazing. I only really needed an oil change, which they let me know about. Since I d had major work done there before, I had been offered a free oil change as a courtesy. I asked if I could redeem that and they said yes without hesitation. I needed a synthetic oil change, which was more than the regular oil change they were including. I asked if they could deduct the price of a regular oil change from the more expensive synthetic price and they said yes! So accommodating and easy to work with!

I have to echo all the favorable reviews. Had my bumper replaced and painted four years ago. Paint started to peel two years ago. Thinking it was something I did to cause the problem, so I hesitated.. Decided to take it back two weeks ago and spoke with James, a representative. He realized immediately the problem was on there end. They replaced the bumper and painted it. Outstanding..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job on my car. I had to get the front bumper replaced after an accident. They told me they needed to keep my car for two days which worked out since I was going to be away for two days. Everything was straight forward and they charged me exactly what they estimated. I later received a very sweet thank you card in the mail from them about a week later with a card for a free complimentary oil change. I will definitely continue to take my car there and reccomend it to everyone.

Repaired a damaged vehicle from accident. Was provided with different quotes and labor changing throughout the inspection process from their adjuster. Asked about the Specialized labor charge response was "labor charge is added because of Baltimore politics to make up for regulations" Just wish the business was more organized overall and stuck to their quotes.Adjuster hung up on me during one call when asking questions about what repairs were from accident. My vehicle was in an accident back on July 4, and I was told that Baltimore Body Shop was the place to go, so I went to check it out. Needless to say, my vehicle looks like it came off the lot at a dealership! The staff was all reliable, kept communication with me about the status AND they completed the job a week early. We have been taking our cars to the Body Shop for quite some time. Some thing we have really come to appreciate is that they do good work for a fair price and are honest.We are not car people. Cars are just necessary means to get safely and reliably from point A to point B. Car trouble is always an inconvenience and an unwelcome, mostly unexpected, expense. In the past, taking a car in to get it worked on, we often found ourselves wondering whether all the work suggested really needed to be done or whether we were going to be paying for the next boat payment of the garage owner. At the Body Shop they clearly explain what and why they suggest the work. They will also tell you what might be coming up in the future, but is not necessary right now. It helps you plan for it. They will keep you informed about the progress of the job and work with you, where they can, to fit the repair in with your schedule. We really appreciate that we can drop the car off and trust that they will honestly diagnose the problem and fix it competently for a fair price. And last but not least, they are very nice people to deal with.

I cannot possibly speak highly enough about this shop. I m a hapless tourist from out of town who ran over a big curb. I heard scraping and thought I saw dripping from the undercarriage of the car.James took it in to the back of the shop, told me the liquid was nothing to worry about (condensate) and then fixed the broken plastic right there on the spot in under 25 minutes.Incredible hospitality and service. Please give this place your patronage.

BBS&S has been my go-to place for years based on a recommendation of a friend. Twice, they told me service wasn't required when a dealership or other shop told me I needed something, saving me over $1500. When being towed there once, the tow truck driver said mine was the 3rd car he had personally towed there in 2 days. The staff and mechanics are always friendly and willing to explain the implications of needed service to me in layman's terms. I highly recommend this place!!

These guys are honest. Started going there after they gave a second opinion on an issue I had been quoted 3 times as much for at a previous place.I did have to repeatedly go there to fix this one problem with my car starting, but they didn't charge me for the repeat visits. Plus I have an older car so it's kind of to be expected.They have very friendly staff who are dead honest. I have asked if I should get services there and they have straight up told me to try other places instead due to my pricing needs, and have discussed with me what is and is not worth doing to my vehicle..

What a great experience. I got into a minor fender bender, and about two minutes after the impact I was already dreading the experience of finding someone to fix my car. Of course, I also wanted to get my car fixed and back on the road as soon as possible.Long story short: I shopped around a little, chose Baltimore Body Shop, and am very glad I did. The prices were reasonable, communication was good, the work was done quickly, and everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. I drove away with a smile on my face. I got the impression that this is a well-oiled machine, and they certainly had now problem turning my car around in around 72 hours, with no shadyness and no hassles.I don't look forward to getting in another accident, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling.

Gone here a couple times for minor service, both walk-in. They got my car fixed up way quicker than anticipated, and they're all very nice. The location is a plus, too. Will definitely return!

I can't warn against this place enough. They seem incapable of finishing a job and staying on top of your requests. I brought my car in to have the exterior panel of the passenger door replaced. I had to bring it back THREE TIMES over the course of half a year and the repair was still never completely finished. The door still leaks when it rains, they never reinstalled the interior panel, the repair took twice as long as promised everytime I brought it back for the same repair, and they never followed up on several other estimates I requested each time I brought it in. Further, because they didn't fix the leak and then let the car sit for weeks, a bunch of things I had behind the passenger seat got wet and moldy and were ruined. Be warned!

Baltimore Body Shop was great to work with. They were responsive and knew exactly what I was looking to have done. The work on my car was done the same day I dropped it off and the price was fair. Definitely trust and recommend these guys!

Took my car in for a dent that was causing my door to get stuck. Took it in for just an estimate at 4:30pm and they were able to fix it the same day in 30 minutes! Far exceeded my expectations. I had sent in pictures to a different auto body company that i live closer to for an estimate and hadn't heard back in 3 days, so I came to Baltimore body shop instead. Customer service was great (friendly and fast). Thank you Mariah, Rachel, and Ray...I hope I have your names right! You are awesome.

It has been 2 weeks. One part was replaced, which was ordered incorrectly, then another part was replaced because the first part didn't fix it. Now a third part needs to be replaced to fix the issue, we replaced it ourselves, and it still did not fix the problem.On top of that, they call you last minute to say that they can't get it done until the next week so what else can you do but wait. If the mechanic has difficulty with your car, he will wait until the end of the day to work on it, then give up and push it back another day or week.Update: after some back and forth, they did take my car back to look at it and offered a partial refundService: Auto engine diagnostic

They turned a stressful situation into a pretty decent experience. This is family owned business will go above and beyond to provide you with the best services. And they provide you with a lifetime guarantee. I even got a thank you card with a reduced oil change. Thank you so much Rachel and Mairah you are definitely the nicest people I meet by accident.

This is the best body shop I've been to. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the mechanics too! If something extra is needed they always call to get permission so you're not slammed with unexpected charges. The prices are VERY reasonable. I love this place!! I'll always take my car here. Thanks ya'll for being great!

Highly recommend this shop!!!!I had taken my jeep to three different mechanics and explained the issues to each. One after the next said they could fix it. None of them did. So, frustrated, I called Baltimore Body Shop after a neighbor said they had done a great job on his Miata. When I called, I explained my situation to the mechanic. His response immediately made him seem more knowledgeable than any of the other mechanics I had taken the jeep to. He told me I could bring the jeep in the following morning. After only two hours of having the jeep, he called me and told me exactly what the problems were. The last mechanic had the jeep for three weeks. The jeep is running better now than it has in the last year I have owned it. Tom, thank you! You were great!Did I mention they were able to accomplish this in spite of just recently suffering a fire? Indeed, the back half of their shop had no roof but that didn't stop them! They were still plugging away at cars. It is SO hard to find an honest, reliable and competent mechanic in Baltimore City much less one that has all three of these qualities. I will refer any and all of my friends and neighbors to them. They definitely have my future business!
