Edit: They never reached out after I contacted them from their contact us page they posted below!The service department here takes total advantage of you. I'm originally from Ohio, they needed to make a road trip back as a student living out in Baltimore. Needed an oil change, was told my brake system was rusted out and needing a replacement. Received a high but understandable quote given the presumed damage. Was able to make it back to Cleveland, as when I asked the service advisor if I could drive it back they said it would be fine even with the brake issue. Upon taking it to my uncle's mechanic shop, I found out that my brakes for both the rotors and the pads have about 80% of their life left on them. Ended up having the entire brake system inspected for my vehicle, and nothing was rusted out. Tried to reach out to both the service team and the general manager of this location to talk about this. While someone in sales was very helpful because neither the manager or the service team was responding, and that sales person tried to get me in the correct contact, no one would return my calls and I ended up in a voicemail loop system multiple times with the general manager never taking my call. Sales team seems nice however, even though it wasn't their problem to fix. Do not go here, do not buy from here, do not trust this individual dealership. I don't know about any other Antwerpen locations, but the where the Security Nissan location!!! Total rip off and scam.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

You have to question, if the service was actually being done to your vehicle. Make sure to look at your bill, they tried to charge me, for oil change, they never performed. I personally would never, take my car, there again.

Customer service was below average! Their maintenance/service team are THIEVES!!!! They plundered and hunted through my armrest compartment and my glove compartment until they found something to STEAL. I CALLED THE POLICE and they took 2 hours to arrive! And of course the policy is that Nissan is not liable/responsible for stolen property!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! This Nissan dealership has lost my business!Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I purchased my car here a few years ago. I take it back for service when needed. The staff is very efficient and courteous. You can schedual your appt. Mon-Sat per your convenience. The facility is very clean and complimentary coffee/tea is available. Services are explained in detailed. Join their rewards program. You receive points for purchases and services. The points = dollars which can be applied to a later service.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change at 7:40am and didn t leave until 11am. I was told the service would be about an hour and a half. I watched several customers be helped promptly and thoroughly while I heard from no one for 3 hours. When I asked questions about why my finished car was parked and ready to go out front but no one was coming to help me I was met with confusion from everyone. I had to call my dad and have him call the shop to find out why it took so long. 3 hours is unacceptable. Period. I will not be returning to this location.Service: Oil change

Fixed the issue but cut my chair and didn't inform me about it. Whomever did it called themselves cutting the cloth wrapped around my wheel which they tried to charge $200+ to remove for free. Had I known before I left I would have said something there.

Disappointed that my car was not able to be repaired and returned to me the day it was in for service. My weekend duties had to be canceled since I did not have my car. They could not provide a loaner. They did drive me home. My car remained in the shop over the weekend. I'm on the fence about rating Nissan Antwerpen right now. Since I can't exit without a rating I'm (neutral) right now.

Service staff were very pleasant and quick. My first time and it was very good. I must say the checkout cashier seemed as though she should have had another job. She was very unpleasant sounding and seemingly annoyed.

Just got a 2019 Altima yesterday from here and I am beyond pleased. Ryan was beyond helpful. He was very attentive, concerned and patient although I may have been giving him a hard time. I definitely recommend the Security location. I live in Owings mills and I still prefer this one because the customer service is much better.

I've had the worst experience with the customer service. Scott Steinberg told me the work on my car would be finished some time in Dec 2020 but now its mid January and i still heard nothing from them even though i emailed them a few times. They don't care about customers. They care only about sales. There's also so much more to this story! SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAW AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I will be taking my service elsewhere. Some of the service writers are rude. Their objective is to make money and not service. If you are under the manufacturer's warranty; the service writer wants to find a way to get the mechanics paid. Sometimes your warranty is conveniently over looked so that a customer unknowingly pays for service.

Victoria Hall [Salesperson] was phenomenal; 8/27/2018, I visited Antwerpen to inquiry about a second vehicle. It was because of Ms. Hall only I decide to return. I observed something within; something special in her, she was honest, direct and lastly provided a level of customer service I personally haven't seen in many years.

Great service. The Service techs here are awesome. They get you in and out. I always bring my car here for service and will continue to in the future. Always get me the lowest price for my service on my Altima.

Great place, I was able to walk in with 10k and walk out with a car that I still drive to this day :) they are willing to work *with* you to get what you want rather than trying to sell you on some bs up-priced deal. Highly recommend this place!

Called the service department. I have warranty which covers everything. They wanted to charge $144.95 even though the warranty covers. The person, Gint, who answered the phone is rude and ignorant.
