The reviews are all true. I wish I had shopped around more. While I understand that there s a wait time for parts to come in, I recommend giving people a realistic turnaround time so that they can plan accordingly. If it s going to be 2 months, just say that. Don t tell someone a date and then keep changing it week after week. That s hurting your business.* Updated from 2 to 4 stars* -the general manager helped me and returned my car to me quickly. I appreciate this response and the empathy that he showed me. Thank you Anderson Body Shop for the customer service.

0 star service! My car has been at the shop for over 4 weeks now. For reference, I dropped my car off 10/16 and its Thanksgiving week and still don t have my car.10/7 was the day they called me to pick up my car the next day, but same day they cracked my rear window and pushed the pick up date few weeks. HOWEVER, no one bothered to tell me they cracked my window! I had to find that out through the wife of a family member who works there. When I called to confirm, the receptionist had no idea so no one even bothered to update her! Absolutely no communication and I m so disappointed. If you want efficiency then I suggest another business.

I was initially told that my car would be ready in the 8th. On the 8th, I called the shop which told me that they were still getting parts. At that point, the emails that I received stopped coming. I received no updates from the shop in the process. I called constantly and only heard they were waiting on parts. Eventually the shop stopped taking my calls. In one instance I was left in hold for 25 minutes. That prompted me to go to Andersons where I learned that the issue was that you were ordering used parts that kept coming in damaged. It is unclear why used parts were being used when the insurance company was paying for the work. I was assured that a new part had then been ordered and that it would be in the next day. This was extremely frustrating as the wait caused me to hold on to my rental past the insurance date. I spent $600 extra dollars on my rental than I needed to because the shop kept my car until the 29th. I do not understand why I had to go to the shop in order to get them to order the new part. When I arrived on the 29th, they seemed surprised that I was there. Even though I received an email stating that the car was ready. I was told that they needed an extra hour to clean it. When I received the car, it had not been cleaned at all. Mud from my shoes on the day of the accident was still on my mats. Dust had built up on my dashboard. No cleaning took place at all. In addition, the Jeep Logo from the front of my car is no longer there. I am incredibly unsatisfied with the service, professionalism and lack of honesty.

I made an appointment two weeks ago to come in yesterday and have my driver's side mirror replaced (a deer had smashed it, and I needed a new one). They told me they just needed to paint it and that we could get it installed no problem. I show up yesterday and whoever I spoke with never scheduled me. Netta however was very nice and apologetic and has me scheduled for next Monday. I understand it happens sometimes, and I was happy to get on the board quickly after that, but it was unfortunate that I woke up early to get this done and couldn't.

My 8-weeks ordeal with Anderson Bodyshop was a nightmare. Dropped off on 11/5 They failed to complete the initial repairs on time, I just picked it up today 1/3. They broke additional parts, and refused to take responsibility, forcing me to pay for their mistakes. The staff was unhelpful, NEVER returning calls. This unprofessionalism cost me my job and extra money. Avoid Anderson Bodyshop for your own sanity and wallet's sake.

This shop is extremely unorganized and lies to their clients. Our vehicle has been at the shop for well over 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. The manager is difficult to get in contact with and when you do get a hold of him, he lies out of his teeth. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

My driver side mirror was broken during an accident and I needed a new one. Anytime I need body work done to my vehicle, I always use there services. Very professional, reliable and it's convenient because it's located between my home and work. This is a helpful transition for dropping off your vehicle and picking it up when it's ready.

The worse thing was that everything that was in my car disappeared. Everything single thing, old IPod, National Park s pass, toiletries, package with masks, pen, pencils, etc. it was completely empty.They didn t do the job that was authorized by the insurance and I couldn t pick up my car after a month. Then when they said it was ready I went to pick up the car and the passenger s seat has a huge ink stain and they tried to give me the car this way. It took forever to have the seat replaced.I was the one calling the shopping and requesting information about my car all the time and wouldn t have a call back. Terrible service, terrible time line and stressful and painful process.My car was stolen twice, one on the street and another one in the shop.When I talked about my stuff I was ignored all the time. When I was there to pick up my car the manager said they can be responsible for items left in the car because it is a open parking lot. Then he even said that they sometimes they find homeless people sleeping in the car left outside. Really? So disrespectful!I do not recommend this place at all.

Received my car back with scratches on the windshield and passenger side door. ( WHICH WAS NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF) The cover under the wheels werent fully installed properly and on top of that I kept getting the run around when calling to get information about my vehicle. They were quick to get in, completed the work in both a timely manner and in the time frame they quoted. The car wash with tire shine after was a nice touch.Good price compared to the dealership I originally had the work quoted for (motor replacement and scratches painted).It s nice that enterprise is across the street.Polite and helpful, thank you Lisa for making it easy for me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When my Honda CRV was hit by another driver, I wanted to take it to a company I could trust to do the repairs. Anderson Honda was an excellent choice. We had limited time in town, but Melva Pittman made a special effort to see us. She was very helpful throughout the process, and showed sincere concern for our issues. They haven t worked with my insurance company. One the parts are delayed the next day your insurance changed there process . I put my car in there shop 3 1/2 weeks ago and still nothing has changed. Don t take your car here unless your insurance in associated with this body shop. I feel hung out to dry. They don t seem to care at all.Service: Body & Trim

Amazingly easy process to get the car worked on and the rental. I had Freddy as my rep when I picked this up and she was amazing. Go here if your car is messed up. I have Geico idk if y all have them too but if you do Def go here cuz I think they have a great partnership with Geico and Enterprise rental here at Anderson.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Everything was excellent. I was in and out, and they did a fantastic job of fixing my 2013 Ford Explorer. It looked brand new, and they cleaned it as well. Thank you, Anderson Body Shop, and Shout out to Ms. Lisa, who was excellent from the beginning until the end. She treated me with such great respect and hospitality.

I brought my car in for repair after an accident. The front right wheel took a smash and they needed to replace the suspension/rotors/brakes do some body work...make her new again. Well, like any owner, I know my Passat. I knew when they gave it back to me that it wasn't right. I could hear a noise coming from the front right. Dave Garcia gave me the old run around claiming that he took a ride and he couldn't hear anything and he had a tech ride around as well he claimed... I explained how dissatisfied I was with them well enough and said I would be back when it gets so horrible that they can't ignore it any longer. Fortunately, I made my point well enough that, Janet, the lovely employee that was helping me, remembered me when I called back recently to talk about the car. I was out of town but I wanted to get scheduled with Dave so he could be there to hear it pull up- the test drive isn't needed, it's as clear is the day is long they did their job wrong. I reached out to Dave and he said he would need to talk to the insurance to have them cover it (go figure it's always on somebody else's dime to fix their mistake) and I would hear from him. I have yet to hear from him but at this point I never really expected them to be honest, so I won't hold my breath. The least I can do is warn you all - take your business elsewhere, they are just in it to bilk the insurance and then not do honorable work - I have yet to be proven otherwise - Not sure if I believe the rest of the reviews after seeing my own experience. Impressive service. I picked up the car after body work was completed. That evening i realized there were no operating headlights and one tire had a slow leak. I took the car back the following work day and they repaired it all very quickly. They provided shuttle service twice. I could not have been more pleased with their initial work and their follow up.

I was referred to Anderson body shop by my insurance company because someone hit my car I had to get work done on my bumper. My car was supposed to be done in a couple days but it took a little longer it was no problem because they sent paperwork over to the rental company so I had my real a little longer did I mention the rental company is next door to Anderson body shop not one thing was a hassle and they gave my car a hood was. Ms. Melva was the one who helped me from start to finish.She is a lovely person and we had matching nail polish .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My vehicle was damaged in a flood 2 months ago. I took my car to Anderson and was put in a rental they located for me the same day. Dan and Sue made the drop-off simple. They kept me informed all the way through the process. The repair was great! Dennis explained everything they were doing to my car to make sure it was perfect again. Absolutely would recommend this body shop to anyone!

I had my 2012 Ford Escape serviced at Anderson. I had the passenger rear door repaired and painted, and they did an excellent job. The paint job was great. The service rep was very helpful. I dropped off the car on Wednesday and it was ready to pickup Monday. I received emails and calls about the status of my vehicle. I appreciated it. Anderson has an in-house Enterprise Rental Car which is extremely convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience.

I ve had my car repaired here on now three different occasions. This has far been the worst experience I ve had. The other two were great. First thing, communication is awful. I had to call the shop after them having my vehicle for two weeks because no one called to inform me of any updates. Then I was lied to and told by the customer service rep that she called and left a message, which was an utter lie. I have an iPhone, all messages are stored. Almost 6 weeks later, I have my car and it s filthy. You would think there s quality control. Nope, the day of, a kind employee named Dennis helped to clean what the quality control people didn t clean. I also found a car key for a Subaru in my car. Their actual work fixing the damage is great, but their quality control is awful and they are careless. It s really sad and unfortunate that I had to experience this. I would never go back. I will also write reviews everywhere so people can be aware of the carelessness of the employees.

They did a wonderful job on painting and repairing my vehicle, but after a few weeks I noticed my vehicle electronics messing up and I didn't know there cause. After a very heavy rain storm where all the electronics stared going wacky, I finally did some research. I noticed that my passenger side rear tail lamp was loose and screws were missing. There was a lot of rain water entering my vehicle from the loose tail lamp. My module that controls my vehicle sit right beneath that tail lamp and my entire vehicle electronics was not functioning correctly. I of course took my vehicle back to them and they said they weren't the cause of leaving my tail lamp loose. They will NOT take accountability for any issues that is a direct result of their work. They showed me pictures of the tail lamp not being removed, but that doesn't mean they didn't loosen the bolts. They were very careless with vehicle. They were working in the area where my tail lamp was and probably seen that they did not have to remove the lamp after starting to unscrew it and forgot to re-tighten the bolts (even lost a bolt). I've brought my truck to this shop twice back to back NO ONE else has done any work on my truck, but they don't wont to take responsibility. They presented it to my insurance company so they can pay and of course the insurance declined because it wasn't a result of the accident. I am now stuck with thousands of dollars to repair my truck. Please be careful dealing with this shop.Also, my headrest wasn't reset when I received my truck back. When hit in the rear, my headrest pops out for safety (similar to an airbag). I had to get my headrest reset by someone else because I didn't want to wait for them to do it. I never went back to them to ask them to do it, but to be one of the top body shops in Baltimore, they should've done that with my claim.
