My car broke down at a gas station on Northern Parkway. I called Allen s because it was the closest shop and had good reviews. They told me over the phone what they thought was probably wrong based on my description and someone stayed late at the shop until I was able to get my car there and drop it off. It was fixed and ready to go by noon the next day. Car problems are never cheap but I found the price to be fair. Grateful that such a great place was nearby when I needed it most.

He was really awesome, I got my car inspected, he was patient and extremely helpful. I recommend anyone wanting an honest, reliable and complete inspection? This is definitely the place. If you need work done on your car? It can be done right there as well. I definitely give them a 5 .

Good general work, but DO NOT go there for state inspections. They advertise state inspections, but don't do things that may need to be done to pass like alignments for example
