My wife needed rear brake work, so in 24 hrs. they ordered her brakes and rotors. I picked up the parts at 8 a.m. and by lunch Precision Tune had us back on the road. Less than $300 all totaled. Fyi, both locations are minutes apart on Pulaski Hwy.

Don't shop at Advance Auto Parts in Essex. They advertise in their window that they install wiper blades. However, I purchased the blade and manager refused to install it. They don't install rear wiper. NO WHERE ON THE SIGN TELLS YOU THAT REAR WIPERS ARE EXCLUDED. When I told him that the Advance Auto at Pulaski Hwy installed it before, he said it was against their policy. I returned the wiper and went to Auto Zone. Sorry, lost a good customer.

Nikki was very polite and extremely helpful over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order Nikki placed aside from me, both guys seemed clueless. So they had to start my order from scratch, which I was fine with. What I don t appreciate is the lack of customer service when I went back 2 days later. I returned the caliper for my refund and the heavyset guy at the front seemed uninterested in helping me. I don t remember his name. I asked for assistance in finding batteries for my cars remotes, so he pointed me in the direction and his service was just unwelcoming. Then he opened up my key to see what type of battery it takes. Once I purchased it and asked how he opened the remote, he said use a screwdriver. He had one right there. What happened to customer service? It would ve taken 1-2 minutes to replaced the batteries in my remotes for me. It is what it is at this point. I don t know what had happened to customer service nowadays.

Stopped in for some wiper blades tuesday..1/25. Nice young lady at the counter actually went out and measured my blades...THEN offered to put them on. I really appreciated her help.

This place doesn t close till 9pm I got off work and came here I got there at 856 and the door was locked! The lady saw me and ignored the fact that I was there all I wanted to do was pick up my order I already paid for online ! The man then walked up to get the cash register at exactly 9 mind you I ve been knocking the whole time and he looked at me and ignored me! If you don t close till 9 your not suppose to lock the door till 9! Y all act like your so busy or had a terrible day when you have one of the easiest jobs. Customer service SUCKS that s why I usually go to autozone right not even a block away.

I placed an order on line and it was the incorrect one. I placed at the store, and they ordered the wrong one. There return policy for an incorrect oxygen sensor, that hasn't been out of packaging says it should be returned. But yet they say its unreturnable. Right off the bat. When you call them they say the placed the order for pickup and when you get there nobody knows anything. So to the owner O say you need to give your email a customer service skill update. Excellence and overall, work ethics and performance is a must.

Excellent service, and being a woman, I don't know much about cars. Even though I know some women r knowledgeable in this area, I am not, and need all the help I can get. They are easy to find, decent prices, knowledgeable about all things cars and trucks. Easy shopping, it was a pretty painless experience all and all.

Just got racially profiled as in no greeting or asks of service then fella right after got everything in the world greeted to him fine I'm cool with that but then when I serviced myself by walking around several times to get what I came for nice and quietly might I add every assistant vanished leaving me at cash register.....very poor service ...

Very friendly guy behind the counter. Helped me find what I needed and advised me on the best brand to buy. Don't know his name but I mentioned I was from Florida and he told me he had recently moved from the Orlando area

I went there for a part they told me they didn't have it in stock. So I asked him to check other stores in the area he said another store did have the part and said he called and they said it was there. I got to the other location and not only did they not have the part but they never received a phone call. Customer service sucks at the essex location and ill never go there again I don't care if I brake down and coast in their parking lot ill walk to another store.

Had a great experience at the Maryland Ave. location. Thanks, Fosah! Staff was surprisingly helpful when I walked in a little before closing. Helpful. In and out quickly.

They sell malfunctioning merchandise. When customers bring back malfunctioning merchandise they re sell the product and will not refund your money with receipt. They lies. BBB grade F.

Always have the parts I need. I was customizing an air intake on a scooter, they allowed me to look at their stock of hoses to find what I needed. Love this place !

They sold me the wrong coil pack to my van and now don't want to give me my money back or store credit so i'm stuck with it and it doesn't fit so I went to auto zone and they had the right part and now I'm out 62 dollars if I could I would give them NO star rating never again chief
