I didn't accomplish anything. I called about a part. They told me they had 3 left. I drove 5 miles ,on my lunch break, for them to tell me that they didn't have any in stock

I m seeing so many complains about crew and I think advance auto parts is simply ignoring that. Today i tried buy 2 oil+filter bundle (to compensate the overpriced oil) and the cashier did not apply my discount and told me it was done. After i try explain she just sent me to the manager to return the products. I explained again I don t want return it i wanna get the deal and after all the manager could not find none of bundle compatible oil filter and i got my order returned anyways. That s my last time in this store.

I was sold the wrong part by the stores manager. Spoke with Will and was told it was because I had AWD. I then contacted dealership with Vin number that told me that the information given to Associate was correct ( In fact my vehicle is FWD as I specified.) Contacted Will and was told that was only available part. Tried to encourage Will to run Vin number for future reference, only to have him refuse to take any responsibility in giving me the wrong part. Therefore I will advised anyone to check all parts before leaving the store or it will cost you more money and timeLooking to find a new autoparts store.

Hands down this is the best Advance auto. I arrived to this location this past Sunday June 11th in hopes to get help with my battery installation, within seconds everyone was so eager to assist. This is what I call customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work

Went to get some brake pads for a customers car I was working on, couldnt figure out which part number i needed. Kyre helped me get the right pads quick and easy, everyone was nice

Believe the reviews the customer service at this location is terrible. I stopped going here years ago and circumstances had me walking through their door again the other day. I was quickly reminded of the rude people behind the counter. I avoid the Patapsco location like its a plague.

Store is decent. Not the biggest AAP. Store but also not the smallest. 50/50 % on having what you need. It does Help to call ahead, and save a trip incase a different AAP store has an item in stock that this particular store doesn't.. all in all not a bad store. New staff members were very nice and I ended up staying in the store an extra 20 minutes ( my choice) just talking to some of the employees. Also they now have a security guard from the looks of it.

Worst Customer service. Came here to recycle my motor oil. Waited in line, got to the register was told to wait by the batteries while she continued to help other customers. Waited for a good 20 minutes. That s pretty ridiculous. She didn t have to ring me up for anything, search for a part, exchange a part or anything. Some how she thought what I had to do would take up to much time.

Done dealing with this place. Worst auto store in Maryland hands down. Over priced. Did not honor warranty. crew inconstantly helpful and disrespectful. Hung up in my ear multiple times. Cashier failed to return my core charge in addition refused to lookup parts after I complain about being placed on hold on the phone line for 20 minutes repeatedly. Never shop here ever.

Store has typical stuff but I have been to this location several times looking for parts that claimed to be in stock online only to get to the store and be told they dont have it. My guess is there was bad inventory done or people just dont look that well. Good luck finding staff to help you, and when they do get time to help you they rush to skip through people instead of helping 100%

Hello Bryon again.Advance Auto is the closest auto store to me they always have what I need. But, this time I went in for some touch-up paint and they had a small variety. I spoke to the man behind the counter and he was very helpful by saying there are so many different colors your best bet is to go to the dealer or Mako, and they will make you up a quart for your exact car color. So they were helpful in the end. Till next time, God speed and be safe.

Because of the Corona virus It seems to me they're very understaffed. I went in to get some transmission oil. I found it in less 3 minutes But it took me almost 30 minutes to pay for it. But the staff was very friendly. There was 3 people working one was in the back I think he was either taking a lunch break or counting inventoryThe other 2 were helping out customers and trying to find the right part that the customer needed So there was no one on the cash register to cash me out so I had to wait. The place needed a little clean too . Just a foot note to management you lost alot a of customers because you are understaffed and not of real importance but just being real here (No Minorities working there maybe you do and they were off if so my mistake addressing it .)

Customer service is excellent. I go for battery installation and parts. The store is heavily used for the area. Sometimes parts are not available but staff will assist you by calling other stores, or ordering parts. I love the female staff that is there. They are very friendly.

I've been to this location several times, like no other , this is the most helpful staff and manager leading them Ms.Amanda with the best customer service.customer service is being missing in my experience in Baltimore city , till I found it in this locationwhen people respect you for being Who You Are not what you supposed to know it makes you feel great nd when people give you help unconditionally you'll feel human again .

went in to borrow a tool. the employee was really nice, gave me a 30 seconds quick tutorial. -1 star because i called before, put on hold for more than 10 minutes without answering.

They can be very helpful and always seems to have what you need in stock, if not they will either order it in for you or tell you which store does have it.. only thing is 2 different times I've gotten brakes from them and the wrong brakes were in the box. 2 different occasions I had this problem. Before you leave the store, open and make sure you got what you need!

Needed assistance with trying to figure out what fuse I needed. The manager attempted to help me by pointing me in a direction to buy something not actually needing to buy. acted like they didn t want to help me and didn t even act like they cared. Will drive the extra 10 minutes to another car part store as well as go back and get my money back for the stuff I bought not needed smh!

The staff was rude. Poor customer service. Trying to buy power steering fluid and the woman behind the desk snapped at me when I asked where it was located she rolled her eyes and said over there!!!

I came there yesterday at 6pm. The store associate said they're unable to install my battery, or even check it. 2nd and last time going to them. Terrible customer service overall avoid them

Always get great service when I go in. Even if they're busy. You might have to wait your turn, as expected, but when it's your turn, they concentrate on you like you're their only customer.

I know the prices are a little high I went to Walmart first they didn't have customer service they didn't have the part it's called advanced auto parts for a reason the man was friendly the part wasn't on the Shelf he went and got the part I realize you get what you pay for if I'm going to be the Walmart associate it should only be $5 but if I'm going to get service a couple dollars more won't hurt great service look at it like the tip at a good meal

It is a very good pace to get your parts and your employees are so helpful and will help u if you need thier help putting certain thing on your vehicle thanks to the employess for what u do do for the public.
