Amazing service. Randy Senior has one hell of a nose for business, the service is quick and they have their own lots. They fix problems and are the cheapest in the area and are up for negotiations. I would recommend this service to anyone in this area and wholeheartedly endorse what they do and how they work.

If I could give him zero stars I would . Last Thursday I called him to replace a brake chamber in my truck . The Saturday after I decided to replace the other 3 brake chambers and I noticed that he did not put the cotter pin on the clevis pin nearly losing it ..he also cut the pushrod too short and did not install the locking nut for the clevis pin so I had to replace the brake chamber he installed. Will not recommend and I have contacted the company am leased to so they won t use him again for road service or any type of mechanical work.

I am a owner ops. My truck steering tire gets pops and the whole truck get stranding on highway. Calling around all is about 5 hours wait time. Find this company , they only spend 1.5 hours to dispatchs and replaces my tire/rim. Yes, you didn't see it wrong , only 1.5 hour at the day before Thanksgiving. While other big dog let you wait 5+hour and over charge you at the holiday season. This one is small own local business, very honest on the estimate quote and very fair price , didnt even over charge me on the holidays. Don't let you hard earn money get ripped by the nationwide franchises. Give this local business a shot and you won't be disappointed. Drive safe, brothers and sis. Murther truckers!

I was unable to start my Truck but I called A-1 spoke to Ed around 0100 in the morning after loading at an arena. My starter has been an issue and earlier in the day I found the part in our route but if not for Ed I wouldn't be going anywhere. He came out helped me get the Truck started and at a great price. I can not recommend calling these guy's enough. Great customer service, great rate, and came right out to help.

I called the company on a Sunday because of an air pressure issue with my truck. John was on site in less than an hour. John diagnosed the problem and gave a knowledgeable explanation of what my issue was and how to repair same. The pricing was reasonable and upfront. I would definitely recommend A1 services

I m a mechanic in NE Ohio for a small fleet owner. One of the drivers broke down on I95 in Baltimore. I got all the needed info from the driver and started searching for road repair companies. A-1 Emergency Roadside Services LLC was the first one I called because they were the closest to the driver. Judd was the tech that was dispatched and was there within an hour and had our driver back on the road soon after. The bill was quite a bit lower than I expected. Our driver said Judd was extremely knowledgeable and VERY friendly to the driver. Top notch has work from a top notch mechanic who works for a top notch company. Will most definitely call if we are in need of road service in that area again and will also refer them to anyone in need of a road mechanic in the area. I work for Stevens Transport in the road breakdown department. We called out A-1 for a truck that needed a new wheel seal and they dispatched out Danny H. He got to the truck quickly and got it ready to roll quickly. Excellent customer service over the phone, with fair pricing. Thanks for getting the truck up with no hassle and all around excellent service!

John was The technician that came out to fix our trailer. It only took him a few minutes. Very pleasant to explain what had to be done. My biggest thing is that I get a honest job for a honest wage. I truly feel A-1 met my expectations and then some. Would recommend.

I called the A-1 Emergency Roadside Service the day after Christmas. The below freezing temps had taken the life out of my batteries. Judd came to my rescue within an hour of my first call. Don t even know where to start with this one i had a situation with my truck to where i needed service because my truck engine had flames coming out while driving so i called A1 emergency roadside service he ask me what was wrong i informed him about what happened he states that he can wrap it up for me to get to where i needed to go he wrapped it up with aluminum foil and duck tape than he said it would be $500 which is a ripoff if i knew i could of did it myself and i ask if he can lower the rate he said that he cannot and have the audacity to ask for a five star review so after 2 hours of driving the flames started again i let him know he said that someone cut off the aluminum foil off are you serious anyways to all my truck driver s if your in Maryland I-95 i recommend you guys to not contact them or use there services this is worst company that i have ever tried.

They were awesome! Company called A1 and a tech was there within the 2 hours call. The tech Randy, was just awesome. He listened to the problem that was going on and addressed it right away. He didn't take forever lollygagging around, fix my truck and trailers problem and I was on the road heading back to Dallas. Thank you Randy!!!

I do logistics for Freedom Transportation. I called A1 when my driver broke down in his semi. Randy had someone onsite with my driver within 30 minutes. The repair took a few hours and Randy even went on site to check on everything and called another repair guy to come assist. Danny had it finished up in no time. I had a blow out on our horse trailer, with horses on the trailer. We missed the call checking on the horse, when he called back the first thing he said to us is if u don t answer the phone we don t come. At that moment we decided not to have him come out.

They are not true mechanic and they charge you for the single seconds. Last week we had an issue with coolant leaking and we had change only one hose. They send one of their guy and he changed it and he added around 10 gallons antifreezes and they charged us $969.90. Then after 5 days we went to the shop with the same issue and spend $211.89 for the whole process. That s really sad when people use situations to make money. I wouldn t write this review if they did their job done well but unfortunately they don t even know what to do and making money from this. Please do different job this job not for you

2 days ago I called roadside for one of my trucks, and they send me this mechanic his name Ed he was unprofessional, he didn t find the problem he wasted my time and my money. I told him you didn t find or resolve the problem why u charging that s a lot of money he said if you don t pay me my money I m gone do this and that to ur truck I told him I didn t say I m not gone pay u I said that s a lot u charging he start telling me stories how he get reviews on here. Unprofessional mechanic and don t spend money or time for someone like him. I took my truck to the dealer and they find the broke pipe so easy, I asked Ed and the company for a machine which gone find the broken pipe so fast and easy they said we don t have that machine. Not professional, ohhhh and u have to send the money through one of those apps. Headache for no reason.
