A few weeks ago my car was hit and I was considering a place to repair it when I came across A&B Auto Body. I liked the fact that they take care of your deductible and being my age that helps a lot. And they except all insurances too! WHAT!!! The atmosphere is what you d expect at a repair shop but very neat and clean and nicely decorated. My car is now looking like new and also washed vacuumed , wheels shined and an awesome repair job. My most favorite part of the experience was the customer service that I received very nice and respectful it made me comfortable leaving my baby there. Give them a try you won t be sorry

Rog and his crew were professional and punctual. My back was against the wall and I needed help with my vehicle ASAP. They had my vehicle in shop and inspected with the necessary work that needed done, finished in less than 24 hours. I'd recommend them to anyone. They're very professional, trustworthy and fair.

Needed work done on my car quickly and I dropped it off and picked it up same day, completely fixed the wiring harness because I couldn t afford to replace it. After talking to many other mechanics, they weren t even willing to fix it only replace it. Great guys, awesome work and honest! I was told I needed brakes all around, but once they checked, I only needed front and were way less expensive than other quotes. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Someone hit my car, so I n�ded it fixed. At first I was hesitant to go to A&B because I've never had experience with them.I'm sure glad I chose A&B. They did a phenomenal job on my car, even washed and vacuumed it. It looked like a new car!The customer service was great. In the end, A&B has made me very happy.

Car would not start. Had it towed and dropped off with A&B after operating hours during the weekend. Monday morning they identified my starter was broken. They installed a new one and had it ready for pickup at 2:00 pm.Fair price, work was done fast, and the guys I spoke to were friendly. Highly recommend.

So far so good,gave a reasonable price for a new rear deferential replacement. I will update after the work. The work turned out great. The guys did exactly what needed to be done. Without hitting me on cost like most places would have,when the warranty compney finds every reaison not to cover what the policy promises. So thanks for the good work. You will be getting all my business and recommendations.

10/10 recommend. Stopped on a whim to see if they would change my oil either the filter and oil I provided. They did, had me in and out in under 30 minutes!

A&B came through for me. Car went down on 95 and i just happened to manage to pull off at this exit. They were able to fit me in that day to get me up and running again so i could make it home. Not sure i ll ever be on that exit again but great service from this location.

Poor quality, spilled paint on my car when they said it s ready. They didn t complete the job the first time and I needed to point these things out in order for them to actually fix what they said they would fix the first time. They were supposed to address a small rust area and they only fixed ~80% of it the first time when they said it was ready. They park your car on the street so make sure it s empty. Watch out for the 3.99% fee on credit/debit. Extremely disappointed. I will not return to this place. They also tried to rip me off because the original estimate was $750 and when I told them about another estimate I got, they dropped it to $500.

A trash truck tore the side of my van while it was parker but A&B helped out and left my van looking brand new. Price was more than reasonable, the manager Roger was so polite, and the inside was vacuumed + cleaned when I picked up. I am a happy customer and would definately recommend!

Went to the shop to get a estimate on getting my 2012 mustang roof painted black and get the passenger side mirror $ get some of the scratches out, gave them a $500 deposit & then another 800 for the job a total of $1300. Bring my car back two days later left for there for a week. And when I got my car back, the roof had white spots coming all out of it. Spoke with Sam. He promised me that it will be taken care of. They will redo the roof and take care of the scratches. Needless to say they did not do none of that. Came back a week later the top of my car the white spots was worse than the first time took it to another shop to get an estimate on how much is gonna cost to get it correctly they told me whoever did this did not do it right they did not sand the roof they just painted over top of it and clearcoat it. That s why you got the spots coming up out of the roof. I would take a big wheel or a minibike to this shop I will see y all in court you better bet that gave you a chance to give me my money back and you didn t the worst shop in Baltimore .Service: Body & Trim
