Best car buying experience ever! The staff was extremely helpful and super patient! There was an issue with paperwork that held us up way past closing time and everyone stayed without any complaints or any attitude. The TL we got was super clean and ready to go. We are so thankful to Nick and Kate for helping us all the way ! You guys are the best!

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Carfinity. Kate and Jake are pleasant people to deal with and nothing is forced on you nor are you hounded like we know a lot of dealerships could be. Katherine and Jake were both fantastic in helping me with my purchase. Katherine was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I asked about which helped me to make my decision. Once I made my decision, Katherine and Jake were able to get me a better rate than the bigger dealers. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy; all of the communication came from me...and I asked a lot of questions. Katherine was so patient. I honestly can't say enough about my experience. This is my 2nd purchase from them and I will come back again.

My car purchase experience at Carfinity was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable about the make and the model of the vehicle I purched. They were even helpful in directing me towards the best company for my financing. They were polite, professional, and the sale was pressure free. I will definitely come back for future business. Have purchased 3 cars from them so far. I m not going to even mention what my credit score is but if they can make it work for me, believe me ANYONE CAN GET APPROVED LOL. What I love about them is they don t make you feel pressured to buy from them and it doesn t feel like they are just trying to get your money. They really work with all kinds of situations and will really educate you on your whole car buying experience. I adore everyone there but Kate and Jake ( I believe his name is) are BEYOND AMAZING!! I would give 100 stars if I could!!

I had a pleasant (and fast) experience trading in my car and purchasing a car from Carfinity. The Sales Manager, Katherine, is friendly, very easy to work with and quite knowledgeable. Nick took me for my test drive and then answered a dozen questions I asked in detail. He was honest, patient, and knew what he was talking about. I would 100% recommend this place and it will be my first stop next time around.

My boyfriend and I purchased a car from this dealer and I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with my purchase as well as customer experience, they truly care about you here , they held my hand every step of the way ! They were 100% patient with me and understanding throughout the whole process , I will certainly return here when I am ready to trade my other car in. You will not be disappointed With taking ur business to them , I visited the Nissan dealer before I came to them and they were so rude and acted like they didn t care and didn t seem interested, as soon as I was greeted in the lot here I felt the good vibes , kate the finance manager is amazing please always keep her ! The owner Jake was also phenomenal, we are happy with everything overall. 5 stars

Jeff and Kate are absolutely amazing. It is a clean and friendly enviroment. I was a little skeptical at first because this was my first financed vehicle but I learned quickly that I was in good hands with Kate. I bought my car on 7/18/19 and the process was super fast. Kate made sure that everything went smoothly and explained everything from beginning to end. No worries no questions. I absolutely love my car and I recommend them for when you are ready to buy a car. Kate made sure that I was happy with the end result and I must say, I TRULY AM!! The sign still says CarZone BUT it is Carfinity USA and I recommend them to everyone.

I highly recommend CarfinityUSA. Jake was wonderful to work with and his staff was excellent. No pressure whatsoever, very straightforward, very efficient and always responded promptly to any follow-up inquiries. Kate was awesome and so was Alex. They gave me all my final numbers well in advance so I could make an informed decision. I spent a week researching the entire region but could not find a better deal than CarfinityUSA. In less than an hour, got approved for loan, transferred tags from trade-in, transfered insurance, received copies of all paperwork, and even got bonus future oil changes etc from Alex. So much better then typical car dealership. They deserve more then 5 stars!

Thanks to Carfinity for taking care of Elsie ( my 2015 Ford f350 platinum). Ford quoted me a fortune but I spoke with Eric and Alex and they were able to do better job for less than a third of the price. They had my truck back to me the same day, which has never run better. I really appreciate these guys. It's hard to find trustworthy, honest people. I'll be back!!!!

I flew out from Sacramento to purchase a 2013 Hyundai Equus Ultimate from Carfinity of Baltimore, MD and drive this beautiful luxury car back to California. There was no pressure to buy--which surprised me! Although there were many interested in this unique vehicle, salesman Al and owner Jake kept their word about reseverving it for me until a needed part came in. Jake honored all my requests--they're unique!!

I purchased a BMW X5 ... Kate and staff made the process quick and smooth. Jake the owner is a great guy and he will get your deal done... this has been my 2nd suv... later that fall 2019... I purchased a Lincoln MKX... See you in 6 months for another vehicle Jake! carfinity USA you rock!!! Credit no problem, money problems no problem or bankruptcy no problem... they will get you done!!!!

Just had a reason to drop by their repair center. So glad I found it! Alex and his crew really took care of me when I was in a bind. Had a tire issue that needed to resolved quickly. Alex diagnosed it and one of his guys repaired it on the spot! In and out in less time then I thought it would take. Really appreciate their genuine concern and speed! I'll return for sure!

Jeff and Kate we just simply AMAZING with my process, but the star with the power to make any situation work was Kate. They both have EXCEPTIONAL customer service, but Kate made things happen that I didnt even think were possible, especially with were I am currently in my life. I definitely will be using them again and referring my friends business to them as well! Very great experience from beginning to end!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!! IM OVER JOYUS!!

Walked in and was greeted by AL instantly and that doesn t happen often when you walk in a dealership (Everyone just looks at you) but not this dealership. I walked in with what I wanted in mind and was able to find, test drive and BUY the car of my dreams! Great service , the employees were very helpful finding me a bank that approves me regardless of credit , cheap cars very reliable , I absolutely love my new Ford , the manager KATE & Sales Rep AL are very good people to get your car from any problems you have with your car they will fix for free within 30 days

Carfinity where can I begin...okay let's start at the top Kate this amazing woman is like no other I mean this lady made me feel so special a lot of car dealers just want your money and don't as long as you sign on the dotted line but, Kate she cares about you as a customer and a friend words can not describe her I will never buy another from anywhere if its not from Carfinity so if you're in the market for a new car go see Kate tell your friends I promise you you won't be sorry and lets not not forget Al a gentlemen and a scholar hats off to you Al you two make a great team ...Thank You ...I could go on and on but, go see for yourself
