The owner of this Jiffy Lube location personally reached out to me, taking full responsibility for the issues I experienced during my visit, which included slightly overfilled oil and a stripped oil plug.In a commendable display of commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality, the owner not only reimbursed me for the repairs, which were carried out at a mechanic of my choice, but also refunded the cost of the problematic oil change. I am usually very leary of auto shops because i have been taken advantage of. I wish i had came to this jiffy lube a long time ago! The man servicing my car's name was Bobby, and he was so helpful and efficient. He introduced himself, answered all of my questions, explained to me the process, and got the job done right away. Got the feeling that he actually cared about my car and my experience at jiffy. Wasn't able to tip at the time, so this is my way of saying thankyou! And i will definitely be a returning customer!

What a pleasure it was to work with the mechanics and staff at Jiffy Lube on Ritchie Highway. They were professional, FAST (I was in and out in 20 minutes), and insightful. They shared coupons with me upon checkout, which I was unaware were even available, and had me call my dealership to double check the oil type needed for my car to ensure I wasn t getting too expensive of one. I will absolutely be bringing all future car needs to them!

I have been here many times, but my most recent visit will be my last. I brought 2 cars to this location on a Saturday. When I arrived with the first, I was told after their inspection that the coolant was very low. I generally keep tabs on the fluids between oil changes, but thinking I might ve missed something I had them fill it. Before bringing the second car, I checked all the fluids. All full. After their inspection, I was told the coolant was very low on the second car as well. On leaving after service, the glove box fell open. Cabin air filter is behind the glove box and the latch had been broken when they replaced it. It is now ziptied closed until I can replace it. I popped the hood when I got home. The oil was overfilled and pitch black. I bought synthetic.The engine air filter cover was laying loose, unlatched. The one saving grace was the gentleman running the register, who couldn t have been nicer. Not enough to risk my cars again however.

short a qrt of oil... it was on the tip of my dipstick.. happened to hear my engine sounding a little rough.. checked oil after 2 weeks of new oil change. Went into another shop to see if there was oil burning that i didnt notice or a leak that happened to not show on my driveway. Nope nothing i short a whole qrt and then some.. for it to be that low is scary and inexcusable. Forever will i spread this info especially when in todays climate trustworthiness with our vehicles is almost the last straw in this messed up society

I have never had such a wonderfully pleasant experience for a car service! Everything was deliberately explained without being condescending and everyone so so incredibly kind. I felt respected as a car owner and appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend for quick, friendly service.

I just finished changing the oil on my wife s 2018 VW Tiguan because I tried going here on three different occasions only to hear three different excuses regarding their inability to change my oil. First off, there are NO complications for changing a VW or most BMWs or almost ANY german cars oil beyond any other country s cars oil unless it s like a Porsche GT3RS, to say otherwise is a 74 IQ comment. The drain plug is slightly different? Buy the $4 tool on amazon! There are millions of Volkswagens on the road, why not buy the $4 drain plug tool? Second, the last dude s excuse was literally i don t feel like working on a volkswagen, wait until 10:30am for our volkswagen guy to come in . He then started saying things along the lines of let me put this in layman s terms because it seems you don t know a lot about cars, this car is German is it s completely different to change the oil blah blah blah which was amusing because I have taken apart german cars and put them back together, I just have a job so i d rather not waste my Sunday changing oil for my wife s commuter. Once again, it s no different I literally just did it and it was three very difficult steps: drain oil, replace filter, add new oil. The horror! It was clear the guy just didn t feel like doing it (probably due to a lack of incentives for how many cars they do a day but I digress). I would not recommend going here, because if they re too lazy to work on a car with extremely marginal differences in process, they re likely not intelligent enough to avoid messing a simple oil change. The jiffy lube in annapolis last year when we went there had no problems, perhaps they should take notes. I probably seem angry, and you would be right because I now smell like dirty oil instead of doing other more rewarding chores around the house or relaxing and watching the Bayern game.

This is a mickey mouse operation. Wife has been here twice and the first time they didn't tighten the drain pan bolt enough so we ended up with oil all over our driveway. Then just last week I noticed a drip again after her recent oil change here. She took it back in and they said they lost the gasket for the same oil pan bolt. Last time I took my work truck in here they replaced my wiper blades but didn't tell me until checkout. Funny as I had replaced them a month prior to that visit with very expensive blades. Stay far away from this place if you want good service. If you want a shoddy, quick paced oil change this place if for you.

If they had a zero star option for rating I would give it. Horrible service. I go in for a oil change my truck is running perfect. When they get done I go to leave my truck has trouble starting. I ask if they had touched my battery terminals and they denied it. After looking further the truck was only connected on 1 battery so they did touch the battery's. I get that resolved and left. When I leave I TRY and come to a stop but it turns out I have no brakes. My rear brake line is snapped in half. I go back and they say that there's nothing they can do about it and that they didnt do it. Total BS. Very horrible work. Spoke to the manager he was very confrontational. I wouldn't take my sister battery operated toy jeep to this place. Just down right horrible!!!!!!!

This place has some of the best mechanics in the area. Fast, friendly, honest, and even if they can't address your issue, they're incredibly knowledgeable about the area and can recommend great alternatives. Twice I've had issues and they have given me great advice as to where to go to get fixed. Good dudes.

I don't trust many car places but this is the best one so far. All of the employees are super kind and honest! I have had my brakes/rotors replace, Brake line repair, hose part replace due to it leaking causing the car to over heat, oil changed obvious and they put in a new battery... If I could give them a higher star I would...

Quick oil change and no pressure to buy additional services.They only give a 10% military discount while many jiffy lube franchises give 15.

I just wanted to recognize an employee that was working just before close on 1/24/2023. I had just visited a pay for air location and the machine was removing air from my tire. I went to Jiffy Lube, as it was close by. I think the young man could tell I was a bit stressed and he took very good car of my tire AND ME!

Update. I sent an email like the reply to this review stated and never heard back. I'm guessing they care more about looking like they care then actually responding .I used to be a regular here. Great service and quick work. Well I don't think I will be going anymore. The other day I was heading out of town for the weekend so I decided before I left I would stop in to get an oil change before everyone in my family got home and we could hit the road. We'll I arrived at the Jiffy lube around 10 am. There were 3 cars being worked on in the bays and Noone in line. They told me they were swamped and too busy to change my oil. They told me to return at 2 pm. We were leaving at 2 pm. So I opted to make sure my oil levels were OK and make the drive anyway. I have never been turned away from a business as a paying customer. Why didn't they just tell me to wait? To come back 3 or 4 hours later? Oil changes do not take long and beings there was no line I was confused. Needless to say I am finding another shop to bring my business. Maybe some place that appreciates a paying customer.

Not only do they charge 100 bucks for a synthetic oil change but they also tried to sell me an engine filter that I did not need. Then when I went to change it the next time they had broken off one of the engine filter screw heads. Thanks for not telling me! Just go to Magothy down the street. You have to make an appointment but at least they take care of you car.

Warning. Do not bring your car to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I have brought my car in twice for an oil change and both times they have caused an oil leak on my garage floor. The first time they actually forgot to reinstall the oil plug gasket! Brought it right back and they admitted that they had forgotten to reinstall the gasket. Once fixed it was fine. No more oil leak. About a year later I made the same mistake and brought my car in again for a simple oil change. Got the car home and guess what? Yep! Another oil leak! Brought it back for them to fix. This time they actually remembered to reinstall the gasket. The owner said there was another issue (blah blah blah) and said it was now fixed. Brought the car home and into the garage it went. Next morning I looked under the car and guess what? Still leaking! I m not going to bring it back for another attempt for them to figure out what they did to cause the leak. Suffice to say, stay away from this place! I m now sitting in my dealerships waiting room to see what the problem is. Fingers crossed.Update. My dealership showed me a picture from under my car. SOAB! Jiffy Lube still did not reinstall the oil plug gasket!!!!!Update: Not only did Jiffy Lube forget to reinstall the gasket, they also stripped the threads on the oil plug! SOAB.

Terrible experience and will never go back. If the mechanic doesn't install things properly, don't expect them to take care of you. If you ever need a rental car because of their mistake, let them pay for it up front. Because you will NOT be reimbursed. Take your business elsewhere.I'll update the review at a later date if the business actually resolves the issue they created.Services: Brakes, Oil change

The reviews posted here do not reflect the experience that I expected after reading them. Before coming, I looked up the reviews and was surprised to find how positive they were. Jiffy Lube has a reputation for being bottle of the barrel, but I was on a time crunch so I took the plunge.All I encountered were staff that seemed disgruntled that I even showed up. They weren t necessarily mean, but their remarks were short, unprofessional and didn t include any smiles. They upsold me here and there, but didn t really say much. What really concerned me was the way the team spoke about my vehicle while I was in the car. I couldn t make out what they were saying, but I could tell they knew something I didn t.Anyway, I was in and out pretty quickly. Made my payment and got my service record. That s when I saw the services they were recommending; they were pretty alarming. I probably wouldn t have given them the green light to do the recommended services, but it would have been nice of them to give me some insight as to what was going on. It was above them to give a friendly heads up that something could go haywire in my car. I guess they knew I wouldn t pay them for it.Try somewhere else for an oil change! Lube Center is superior in every way, but again I was on a time crunch.

I have had two great experiences here! First was my oil change, they were upfront about what I really needed and what could wait. The second time I pulled in with my tire starting to go flat and they were kind enough to change it for me (free of charge). I don t know if that s a standard thing but they did it for me when I politely asked for assistance in changing my own tire. Props to this team not letting me wait the long time for my insurance provider to have someone sent out to help me!

The low oil level light came on in the middle of a long trip, and we stopped here to have it checked. They were awesome - added oil and checked everything out to make sure it was just low oil, nothing more - all super fast and friendly. If you are in this area and need a place or auto service, definitely recommend this place.

It was quick to get an oil change done. Will update review after a few times to see if the service is consistent.Update: Apparently the techs decided to lower the tire pressure significantly without telling me they are messing with my tires. It was about 15 psi off when i went to check it, well below the rating of the Tire. Very incompetent at this point, avoid if possible.

Talk about friendly service! I was greeted with a handshake and an introduction by Victor, who walked me through the whole process and escorted me inside while I waited. When there was an issue with one of my tires, Kirby took the time to show me the issue and answer my questions, and again, he escorted me through the shop so I didn't trip over anything. I was really impressed with their customer service approach and their work was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks, guys!

So I have only come to this Jiffy Lube for standard maintenance, nothing too fancy. I LOVE the fact that they vacuumed my interior with my oil change. I hate vacuuming my car because my home vacuum just doesn't get everything up but my interior was spotless. The oil change went well, they went over everything with me and didn't try to pressure me into any other services. I also showed up a month or two later needing air in my tires and they were very accommodating and did all my tires. They have always been polite and a friendly face when I go. Will continue to go here until our next duty station.

I had fantastic service the workers Very nice and helpful to get everything done in a smoothly manner. I felt like I mattered when I was there in that my car mattered and explained everything to me About some things that I would need to have done with my car. It was a very clean place also. That gentlemanThat I paid my bill to even walked me to my car. I would highly recommend going to this place
