The worst customer service experience ever. I called this location to inquire about a fob replacement only. I spoke with Sean Woods at this location who informed me the replacement cost for a fob only and programing without the skeleton key would cost 495.00$. He informed me the key would be ordered from Germany once the key has been received the programing take about 2-3 days. My car was towed there the next day based off the information Sean Woods gave. I called back to check the status of my car and to confirm everything that was mentioned the day before but this time Sean Woods in the service department at this location increased the price of a fob replacement only from 495.00$ including services to 643.99$. I then asked why did the price increase his response was that s the price than he hung up. He is extremely rude with horrible customer service. He s not honest and scam Mercedes Benz customers out of their hard working money. After speaking with him he sent a e-mail with a different prices of 905.00$ for the fob only n the comment section. I followed up with an e-mail mentioning of the different prices I was given and how this isn t good customer service from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis MD. Sean Woods did not respond to my e-mail nor did he provide updates about the process. After checking on the progress of the fob order I later received a call from Sean Woods stating my car was ready for pick-up. I called to inquire about the hours of operation on Sat . Sean s Woods and RJ I believe her name is told me they close at 12:30 pm although the website state 1pm. I called 3 more times. The 3rd try I was informed they close at 1 pm. After I arrive at service check out I discovered another prices increase the total cost of 921.22$ I paid the amount and left due to my being extremely upset and feeling scammed and taken advantage of. I do not recommend this Mercedes Benz Service Department to anyone. You will receive lies and Service Advisor look to scam you out your money by any means necessary to make commission. Don t make the same mistake I made of trusting this business.i almost forgot to mention the replace that I order for a fob only I didn t receive. I received a fob with a skeleton key inside. I now have a extra Skelton key and fraudulent notation on the document. He sold me a lie and documented lies. Fraudulent

My first visit to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was the best experience, I ve had in a long time. I had to come in for a recall on my cls550. Was scheduled quickly by chuck Lehman and greeted at the door by him not even knowing it was him. Wow made me feel like I was apart of the Benz family. He went step by step about the recall process, and took care of my car like it was his own. I recommend chuck and this dealer to anyone that wants great customer service and a new family. Outstanding service by Pete today! Picked up a nail dead center in a brand new tire. No appointment for service, but Pete got me in on a busy Monday morning. Even better there was no charge to plug the tire! The kind of great customer service that one hopes for, but seldom receives, and that ensures customer loyalty. Thanks Pete!

Service department is brutal.Charge 2 hours labor to replace a part that takes maybe 2 minutes at most to change out. Or they ll keep your car for two weeks because they re waiting on parts but they fail to mention the reason is because they ordered the wrong parts. Or they ll give you a smaller loaner (not comparable) and then try to convince you it has the same space as your whatever you re dropping off.They then send automated invoices for wrong amounts which I imagine are attempts to hopefully get customers to blindly pay them. When it s time to pick up your car it takes forever for them to find the paperwork and you ll be lucky to get out of there without any hassle.

The Service arm of MB of Annapolis delivers 5 star treatment. The appointment call is managed by a helpful, pleasant professional. Everyone with a call portal wants to provide the polite, friendly scheduling that these folks do. My Service Manager Bryan provided a loner and my drop off to drive out was fast. Bryan text updates on the work, gave me options on issues and responded to my schedule needs with classic no problem courtesy. My car was carefully detailed and ready to roll on time. Thanks to Bryan; all these guys are good and it s great service.

I have been going to MB of Annapolis Service Center for over 12 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The team there is outstanding starting with Mac as their manager and I am fortunate to have Chuck as my service representative. I look forward to seeing them as they feel like family after all these years, but in addition, they welcome me every time no matter the issue. I don't have to go often since the Benz is very reliable, but when I do, they are ALWAYS effective and efficient, kind and professional. Not a moment is wasted to get my loaner and be on my way while my car is serviced. My car is returned to me clean and running smoothly. What more can anyone ask for??! Thanks to Mac and Chuck and everyone behind the scenes that I don't see while I am there!!

I have been a customer since the 90 s.Brian, my service rep suggested that I come over for a quick look at a small piece of plastic that had become loose in the cockpit. Dan Goss offered to look at it. He projected confidence but not overly so. He set clear and reasonable expectations, then he exceeded them and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. That is high level customer service. Good job Dan!

My car had a check engine light on and was not accessing the turbo boost so I wasn t getting proper acceleration. My service writer, Peter Herman, and the technician worked together to determine that the cause was a hole in the turbo boost hose. They got the part in early the next day and had it repaired and did all of the necessary updates within a couple of hours. Everyone at the service department was very friendly and the whole process was extremely efficient. My car is running great and I m very pleased!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This review is for Alex Clothier and service team who went above and beyond for me to get a very stuck seatbelt in the backseat of my GLE fixed due to my toddler s fun and games or what she d like to call it. I dropped by on a whim because I tried myself to get said seatbelt unstuck but to no avail. I didn t have the time to really schedule an appointment for this because I had my 1 and 3 year old in the car and I was 8 months pregnant at the time. So I was maxed out when it came to time and patience! I needed help ASAP and this is where Alex saved the day! He was so gracious, patient, professional, and completely understanding of the situation. He and a service technician handled the situation promptly and with great ease! They assured me that they could fix this no problem and within a matter of minutes, all was fixed and had a working seatbelt again!! Alex is a stellar service advisor and a true gentleman! He is an absolute gem to work with and is the reason we get our Mercedes serviced here and why it s no hassle to come in, scheduled or a pop in like I did. I can t speak enough positive and wonderful things about Alex and team there at the service department. Just go and experience it for yourself, you will be pleased! Thank you again, Alex!!

I have had scheduled service done here 3 times and a re-call service done once and each time the service was professional, done in a timely manner and was hassle free. I strongly recommend this location and my service associate, Steve Nevitte, is the best.

I've had my vehicles service by MB of Annapolis and will not trust anyone else to service my vehicles. The service advisors always have my concerns and wallet in mind when making decisions on my vehicles. Peter Hernan has been exceptionally helpful and accommodating when it comes to servicing my vehicle.I've tried other MB service centers in Maryland and New Jersey in the past, and have been content with only working with the Annapolis service center. I'm now driving my vehicle down from New Jersey to be serviced in Annapolis.Great advisors and technicians.

Terrible experience honestly. I took the car in for service B and a sound that I have been hearing. It turns out the engine mounts were failing and they replaced it under warranty. However, the service advisor Ronan was super rude to the point that he hung on me once. When I received the car, the trunk was a mess and the interior was dirty and on top of that, I found out they scratched one of my rims completely and when I confronted them that it wasn t like that when I gave it to them they didn t want to admit it.I have been always going to the Mercedes of Silver spring and never had any issues but unfortunately I went here this time for service. Would never happen again.

I would definitely give zero star if I could Horrible experience!!! Don t waste your time serving your vehicle there nor buy used certified Mercedes vehicles from any Mercedes dealers ! I drove almost two hours from VA to Mercedes Annapolis to service my car and they refused to fix my car that is still under CPO warranty. I brought my car in with check engine light on left with check engine light on .Once the Service advisor Chuck who was extremely rude found out that I am not willing to fix it he texted me every five minutes to get his car loaner back while I was at work ! Totally scam place -service department to sales department. I will never buy Mercedes again. Worse experience ever!!!

I have been a customer for years. Chuck is my advisor and he is AWESOME! I had it in for a check engine light, he found a recall and did them both. Plus he told me my auxiliary battery was overdue to be replaced. He is always looking out for the customer. MBZ Annapolis completed superior work on a complicated pneumatic suspension system on our beautiful station wagon.our service representative, Chuck Leyman, exercised great care to ensure that necessary work was carried out, and deferred work was clearly discussed. as a mechanical engineer who has owned 14 MBZ over 35 years, Chuck is the best in the business. thank you.
