I needed a quick oil change today and that is what I got. I was in and out with a very little wait time. The technicians were very thorough, especially when it came to wiper blades and various filters like air and cabin. The staff were very professional and provided a great experience and got me back on the road in no time.

Good service here. No high pressure to sell you high grade blinker fluid. Sometimes a quick lube hard sells you but not here. They took the vehicle into the bay themselves which I appreciated. There are two service bays here - so minimal wait today at mid-afternoon.They swarmed the vehicle and got me out quickly and without any trouble. Nice area to wait and good amenities. Recommend this location.

I appreciate the honesty of the service technician's at Annapolis Jiffy Lube. I had pulled in and requested several services that were required at my cars 60K mile check, in addition to my oil change. Upon inspection, they told me they were not yet needed and were in good condition. What could have been a $300 job for them turned out to be only an oil change. Thank you for your honesty and quick service!

I ve been a customer at this location now for 20 years and the service is always excellent. Everyone is polite, friendly and usually you do not have to wait more than 30 to 45 minutes to have service completed, even when they are fairly busy. I highly recommend this location for quick and efficient work and a great customer experience.

It was alright. The techs we re courteous as usual; however, you know that on the majority of your visits the rep who calls you to the screen to go over your service will always fine something to prod an up charge from you. This is so predictable, I am shocked whenever I walk having only received the service for which I visited.This time I left, the car seemed a little jumpy - which it wasn t when I arrived - and the engine light was now on! I called and was told that it s probably because the fuel injection cleaning (an up charge service!) hadn t thoroughly cleared the tube or whatever the car part was. If I could bring the car it would be a quick fix, nothing major. I turned having fortunately only driven less than a mile or so away because traffic was a little heavy midday Saturday. Brought it back and the car was fixed in about a half hour. I asked Well, do I get anything additional off? A coupon, future discount or something? The tech went off and came back saying well it wasn t really a major thing and it happens sometimes! So, that doesn t always happen to me - the customer! They had given me $40 off of the $288 service tab I originally left with; maybe they felt that was enough. But that service at $40 discount made me have to come back to get something fixed which they caused. Yeah

Always great service and quick oil changes. They tell you what they find in their inspection but have never been pushy to sell the services.

I called ahead and got an accurate quote from Bill. Everything went as expected. I did need some extra services such as a cabin filter and wipers. Yes, I may have saved money doing myself but convenience was worth the costs. In a time when new vehicles are very expensive, we must take care of our current transportation. I would highly recommend this location. Great people, great work.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

My first time at this Jiffy Lune location after the Edgewater Valvoline stated they were short on the oil I needed for my car and to come back in 2 weeks. Greg took care of my car and was very clear in explaining everything being handled.Well done!

I loved this location! Everyone was so kind and genuine. They were very fast and efficient and great at explaining everything. They even vacuumed out the floor board from where they sat in my car, very great service!

Based on my sister s recommendation I took my car here early on a Sunday morning for an oil change and was so impressed with the service I received. I was greeted quickly by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. It is possible to see them working on your car the entire time, they didn t try to upsell me on anything and I was out of there in under 30 mins with vacuumed mats included. My sister was right, great place

Ricky and the whole team there is kind and responsive. I pulled in last week frantic because my tire pressures were off and I had to make the trip into DC. Ricky jumped in to take care of it quickly and didn t charge me. He was sincere and good hearted. Thank you Ricky and team, I ll continue to keep going to this location because of your service.

Everything was great. I had no one in front of me when I got there, and my vehicle was received quickly. I think I was in, serviced, and ready to get back on the road in less than 30min. Perfect!

My urgency and intentions for service was prempted the Greg Gallaiway/Serv Mgr. We exhumed the work and additional services and arraigned the appointment. Everything move like machinery. I utilized the mailed coupons and discounts. (Too bad one can stack the coupons) but the discounts are really worth receiving. I left a satisfied customer would recommend that branch to others.Unless something happens related to the services. I m a steady customer.

The service was "EXCELLENT" Staff and workers were awesime they kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for years and the service has always been the same with good service on my vehicles, and great hospitality. Goooo Jiffy Lube

Beware!I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a seemingly simple car battery replacement, and the experience left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. As a woman, I couldn't help but feel like they were attempting to take advantage of me, assuming I lacked automotive knowledge.Upon requesting a car battery installation, I was shocked when they quoted me a whopping $150 for a service that, in reality, should only take about 5 minutes. This blatant attempt to overcharge left me questioning their integrity and commitment to fair business practices.What's even more disheartening is the apparent gender bias at play. It's disconcerting to think that they might assume women are an easy target for exploitation. As customers, we deserve respect and honesty, regardless of gender.Adding to the disappointment, the manager's unethical behavior was evident throughout this ordeal. It's disheartening when the leadership of a business fails to uphold basic standards of fairness and customer service.I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Jiffy Lube for their automotive needs. Don't fall victim to potential overcharging and questionable practices. There are plenty of reputable auto service providers that prioritize integrity and treat all customers with the respect they deserve.

I went to this location 3/2/24. I got a oil change on my Volkswagen Atlas. Afterwards I left town for the weekend. I got about 150 miles out of town, when I heard some tapping. It took a few miles for me to find a safe place to pull over, but before I could get stopped, my under carriage cover broke off. The cover has to be removed in order for the oil to be changed. I jacked the car up, and realized all but two of the screws were missing. I called the shop to tell them about it. They said bring it in so we can investigate, and they might have to order me another cover. I asked if I would be charged for any of this (honestly i don't trust them to do any work for me at this). They said they can't guarantee that it all depends. So, I reached out to corporate and filed a complaint. They were to get back to me in 3 business days. It is approaching a week, and still no one has followed up with me.

Service was great. Technicians were friendly. Loved no appointment necessary. Wiper blades overpriced but understand the markup since I couldn t change them myself. Would recommend this Jiffy Lube location.

Can't believe I was only there for 30 minutes because there were a lot of customers. Affordable service and Im always happy to go there and get free coffee. Very polite employees that always do perfect work. Rick and his crew could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and courteous . I was traveling home from Florida to Long Island when I lost oil pressure and had to shut down on I95. Thinking oil pump as worst case senario, Rick was confident it was just a faulty sensor and we were on our way! Just arrived home and my only regret is not living in Annapolis to use Rick for all my auto needs!

Great visit today. Went for oil change and tire rotation. At first look, techs thought I needed new pad and rotors on my Hylander. When it got up on the lift, the tech really impressed me. Said I had more life than expected. Jiffy Lube didn t change my brakes today, but with the honest diagnosis, they will get all of my work in the future. Thanks! Apologize for not getting his name. They were awesome!!! I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it right up. I went in just needing air in my tire but it was actually a screw. They helped me so quickly. I would totally recommend them!!!!

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for several years and not once have. I had an issue that was not addressed immediately. I can come in in about 10 to 15 minutes at max. My oil change is done. The car is vacuumed and I am on my way to go Summer, so that, I drive 30 minutes from bowie to do so there are all other oil change places that are close to me but still I go to this one And for my wife s car

There s a jiffy live less than 10 mins from my house but I d rather drive to Annapolis to be helped by Mr. Greg & Mr. Ricky. They give great service & are just overall good people.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
