If your car isn t under warranty reconsider bringing your car here for service. Once your warranty is over, there are obviously many incentives for the staff to tell you how much is wrong with your car and if you don t go along with it, don t expect them to provide any consideration for customer service at that point. Had an 8am appointment for an oil change. I had dropped the car off and received a call by 9:30 telling me all the extras my car was due for including a cabin and engine filter for 200.00 per filter. I declined the service as my husband can change these and both filters cost less than 100.00 outside of BMW. At 12 noon, I call to check status of oil change and told I had more recommendations for a drive belt and wipers. When asked a time for completion, they stated they just brought back and probably would be ready by 2 pm. I asked why it is taking so long considering I had an 8am appointment and did so as I had to work in the afternoon by 2:45. The rep Jane states well you dropped it off so you get pushed back.. oh, that s nice to know that I made an early appointment for no reason maybe they should tell u that when u are making the appointment if that s their routine practice to bump despite appointment times. I also think my service was delayed because I didn t authorize the additional services oh well. Guess they got me this time.. but they won t get me again as I no longer plan to bring my car here for service. Unfortunately this won t stop them from taking advantage of others this is obviously a critical element of BMW s business plan for generating revenue.

They always take great care of their customers. I recently stopped into the service drive and Dimitrios did a great job helping me out with a tire pressure issue. I can t rave enough about the level of customer service you get from the BMW of Annapolis service team. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis to my family and friends.

Much different from where I purchased my car in silver spring. In silver spring it feels like the staff have lines that they need to repeat. Annapolis on the other hand is not the "Disney experience" . However, they are good with communication. A part needed to be replaced on my car under warranty and it was handled quickly and hassle free.

Horrible! Don t go trust me. You ll thank me later. Service Technician Christopher C. fixed tire rods on wife BMW. Long story short went to my usual BMW location and got service today and technician video showed both left and right tire rods were NOT screwed. They were loose pretty much off.

I visited the dealer on 08/29/2023 for the first time to get an oil change and inspection on my 540i and encountered the following issues:1. I dropped off my car at 8 a.m. EST and while waiting in the lobby, received a text message containing a link to a video where a technician performed an inspection and oil change. At 9:29 a.m. EST, I received another text message containing a link to the inspection report. Everything was great until this time and was expecting to get my car and leave. Unfortunately, I did not get my car until 11:15 a.m. EST. Bryan Membreno, the service advisor, kept telling me the car was ready but waiting to get washed. I was never asked if I wanted my car to be washed when I dropped off the car. Also, the car was not washed when I got it back at 11:15 a.m. I was very disappointed. It took them three hours and 15 minutes to perform an oil change and basic inspection.2. The second and major issue is regarding the inspection report provided by the dealer. When I dropped off the vehicle at 8 a.m., I mentioned to Bryan, the service advisor, to inspect the breaks since there was a squeaky noise coming from the M breaks. Could have been a common issue with M breaks but I wanted to confirm. The inspection report provided by the dealer states both front and rear pads and rotors need to be replaced. I, myself, work on the vehicles in my free time and I suspected their suggestion was lie. I left the dealer and took it right away to another BMW dealer and measured/inspected all breaks together with their technician and everything looked fine. All pads measured 6mm+ and the rotors looked in great shap. I drove back to the Annapolis BMW at around 3 pm est and mentioned this to Bryan. He wasn't interested in talking about it so I requested to speak to a manager. I spoke to the service manager and she took the issue very lightly and told me her technician might have made a mistake and she would talk to them about it. Imagine you, this could have cost me $2,610.48 for no reason because some tech made a "mistake".Due to the above reasons and lack of integrity, I will never go back this dealer to shop or service my vehicles.I hope the general manager see this comment and work to improve their service department.Azaria

I went for a first time regular oil change service. The service advisor named Dontae explained that the software recall service on my X1 will be included in today s visit.After waiting for 2 hours, I was told that my car was ready. I was so disappointed that they never cleaned the interior. I went back to ask the advisor regarding the complimentary cleaning and was told yes they will vacuum the interior. So, he went out with me and told me he will sent it back to clean it. After a few minutes, the young guy said the car is ready again. Upon inspections it is still the same and nothing change. So, the advisor himself end up wiping at least the mats of my car. I have own a different car in the past prior to owning a BMW. The other brand dealership of the car I previously own will clean both the outside and the interior every time you go for a regular oil change. They even have a paper mat on top of the mat in order to make sure they deliver the car neat and clean to the customer s satisfaction. I was indeed unsatisfied with the service from BMW compared to my experience from other car dealership.Given the treatment I received I felt discriminated as I am from another race and ethnicity. I thought BMW has a very high standards on their cars as well as their service that is why I chose it over other competitors. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS SO WRONG. I just hope that not all BMW branches or service center is bad as this one in Annapolis! Very disappointing!!!Service: Oil change

Jeremy Miller went above and beyond for me! He is an excellent representation of Annapolis BMW's Service Department! He deserves to be recognized for providing exceptional service. Safelite left a part of the rubber seal in my car which caused an issue with my blower motor. He explained the situation, shared photos of it with the Safelite store manager and advocated on my behalf because they of course tried to deflect. I truly appreciated his time, honesty and professionalism. Thank you again, Jeremy!

I made a service appointment for an oil change via BMW Annapolis website on Thursday 1/21/21 at 9am for Saturday 1/23/21 @ 3pm. I received an email confirming my appointment on 1/21 and also a text message on 1/22 reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Which is all great stuff, but when I arrived to the dealership on Saturday @ 2:53pm I was initially told by the service rep that they wouldn t be able to get to my vehicle today because they were closing within the hour and they were already backlogged by 5 vehicles and I shouldn t of had a 3pm service appointment and he asked me how I set my appointment. He also told me that the auto generated email I get states that the appointment is not confirmed and only good if they have available time. I read the auto generated email and it does not state this at all. Long story short they serviced my vehicle and I was out by 4pm which I greatly appreciated.However I want to make it be known that, this was only my third time getting my vehicle serviced at BMW Annapolis for a vehicle that has about 26k miles. I just felt unwelcome and like it was my fault for scheduling a 3pm appointment on Saturday like I am aware of what is happening in the service department. If the appointment time was a problem, I could have been contacted Thursday/Friday or even sometime Saturday prior to my scheduled appointment time explaining the situation, but I wasn t. I understand car service departments get busy, and communication is all that I ask with better customer service.

Went in to get an oil change for a new car I purchased. Was advised I diddnt need one yet and to save the money for later. It's not often you come across such honest people and will be taking my BMW there for everything from now on. Thank you BMW of Annapolis
