What a great experience! Jordan Schill and team were very professional and helpful. The good energy they bought as soon as I opened the door almost made me forget my car trouble. Will be using Auto Stream Annapolis from here on out!

I would take my car here again! I just moved here and rolled the dice with AutoStream when I needed maintenance. I had an uneasy feeling to begin with as I was with my former mechanic for 10 years. My expectations were exceeded with the level of customer service from Chris & the technology used to explain the issues. The cost is a fair price when compared to a dealer. I would most certainly use them again. Before you go anywhere else, talk to Chris first.

Initially, I was told the first step in fixing my AC problem was a $275 evacuation and replacement of refrigerant. Maybe the problem was just a blown fuse or broken wire to the compressor, or even low refrigerant. No mention of checking those possibilities first. So I left, and posted my experience here.Got a call that evening from the manager of the shop, who fully described the true approach they would take to diagnosing and fixing the issue...including all those checks and others before taking any action or spending any money. So I drove back the next day to get the preliminary evaluation I had expected. And learned that the problem was a $1.2k to $1.9k repair.Once we cleared up the misapprehension, I got excellent evaluation and estimates. So they'll get my business and I'll report the results.

I had my car serviced at AutoStream Car Care Center for the first time last week and had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris communicated with me clearly through each process and helped me breakdown the diagnostic needs and recommendations into phases of importance. He was waiting and available when I picked up my car and explained the work done and the invoice in detail. Thank you so much, Chris!

Service at AutoStream was amazing. My truck had broken down and I had it towed to this auto repair shop. I thought my issue was battery related but the service advisor, Chris, was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything going on with my truck, which had nothing to do with the batteries. I had to leave my truck overnight and was offered a loaner car, and that relieved my anxiety worrying about getting through my day without any transportation. The tech, Jason, did a great job getting my truck back up and running, and it's now running smoothly. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back for my next service.

Great service from beginning to end. Their estimates are generally in line with most dealer services. The convenience and professionalism are worth any difference in price. Had repair work done same day and communication was excellent from Chris. Highly recommend their business

My service advisor Chris was AMAZING!!! He took a hands on approach with my warranty company, and talked me off ledge when I was ready to give up! The repairs were done in a timely matter, despite a view hiccups with the warranty company and finding a part for my Audi. I am so happy with the repairs, my car rides like a dream again. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Jordan and Chris are exceptionally helpful and demonstrated a genuine desire to help me with my car. They went above and beyond to walk me through every issue and provide current and future recommendations to ensure my older model vehicle could last as long as possible. Top notch service !

Was really impressed with autostreams and Chris Jones service. I really liked how they use a software where they email you a page with a breakdown of your vehicle with pictures that shows your reason for visit diagnosis and findings on all fluids, tires, breaks, wiper blades, spark plugs ect with pictures. You can also click on each finding and it will give you an estimate of how much each finding (service) will cost. It really helps you keep track of what you need done or have already done on your vehicle. The service here was great. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything to me to where I could understand exactly what they were talking about. I would highly recommend them and will be back for more service on my vehicle.

These guys are wonderful. I've been going to them for years now, and have always been pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and personal courtsey they extend to ALL of their customers. I would continue to go to them, but alas, I'm moving out of state! They've gotten a lot busier in the past year, which is awesome for business, yet, they still have always maintained a high level of personal care and attention to my current and past vehicles. Love these guys!

AutoStream was incredible. Amazing and attentive service. I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else. I would highly recommend you consider not taking it to a dealership and take it to come see Chris at AutoStream. Chris and his team s goal is to fix your car not make as much money as possible and it is apparent when you go to see his team.

Jordan was very friendly and helpful. He introduced himself and offered to help with removing my key from the key chain. He explained what to expect. I was texted when the car was ready and also got a call. Jordan suggested additional service but was not pushy about it.

I m sooo grateful to have stopped in and asked about getting my windshield fixed. Chris welcomed me in and answered all the questions I had regarding my cracked windshield. I definitely felt more confident in deciding to have my car serviced here. I took my vehicle in the next morning to get fixed while I went to work and it was ready for me to pick up by lunch time! I had been told by the dealership my rear brakes were getting near replacement a few months back, so I brought my car into AutoStream to get that done. The price they quoted was reasonable and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. A few hours later, I got a call that my brakes were actually in good shape and had plenty of mileage left on them. Thanks for the honest assessment; I'll definitely be back for service in the future!

I've been looking for a good,reasonable, and honest automobile shop for a while now. I took my truck in there because it was highly rated with good customer reviews. Long story short, I was very pleased with both the customer service and the service on my vehicle. They're not the cheapest place in town, but they're reasonable, honest, and so far, it looks like they know what they're doing. Extremely professional and trustworthy, my car started acting up in the middle of a work day, I brought it to them last minute and they diagnosed the problem gave a detailed report of things I should look for in the future and had my car car back to me in a day. Highly recommend!!

I have a GMC terrain that has had a reoccurring oil consumption issue for a few years now. I had an oil change scheduled at the GMC dealer in Timonium where I purchased the car since they have been documenting the issue for some time now - but noticed this evening that my car was not accelerating due to the low oil level. I was not comfortable driving my car an hour away with low oil so I called AutoStream to see if they could top off my oil so I could make it back to Timonium for the service. Chris was more than willing and so kind to help me out of my predicament. He took the extra steps to insure I did not run into any further issues along the way. Such as suggesting I call my dealer prior to insure adding oil would not void any warranties or cause future issues in the warranty/documentation process. And also documented the oil amount added, mileage, etc. so I could provide this information to the dealer during my service. Highly recommend Chris and the AutoStream team to take care of your vehicle needs and maintenance. I couldn t have asked for a better experience, definitely will be returning to AutoStream for all of my future needs!! Great to know that there are still people out there willing to help! Thank you, Chris!!

I took my car in to replace the 2 rear tires with low tread and leaking air. Instead they replaced the 2 front tires and left me with 2 faulty tires. Beware, in getting things done correctly from the AutoStream Car Care Center.
