I had an excellent experience with this company. I don't have the best credit, but I was assured that I would be able to drive off the lot in the vehicle of my choice. I was impressed by the high level of professionalism. I was also very happy with Shawn's eagerness to get the job done. I was a very tough case with all my credit issues, but he delivered and got the deal done. There are many dealerships that aren't honest, but they are very honest people. I would recommend everybody to checkout this dealership. Thanks A Plus Motors for your A Plus service!

I literally just bought my truck on New Years day. My credit was fair, yet Shawn was still able to talk to the bank and get my payments fairly low. He also gave me a good price on a beautiful truck. I love this truck and highly recommend that if anybody is looking for a newer used vehicle contact Shawn. The truck is exactly as stated with no problems what so ever.

I had a very good experience purchasing a car from A plus motors. Shawn was absolutely great to work with and made the buying experience easy. I've purchased MANY cars throughout the years, by far dealing with Shawn at A plus motors has been the best. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had a great experience in buying the truck I wanted from A Plus Motors. The General Manager, Shawn, has gone above and beyond to ensure that I receive great customer service throughout the entire purchase process and even now that I've had my truck for a few months. After a quick & easy loan approval, my payments are very reasonable. I decided to purchase the extended warranty just to be sure any major repairs my truck may need in the coming years is covered -- all vehicles break down at some point, right?? All around, I've had a great experience and I recommend A Plus Motors to anyone who needs a quality used car.

Great car buying experience with Shawn at A Plus! Love my Mazda; have had no issues. The place is small but the sales team is top notch- nice to work with a local place rather than a big mega-dealer. Highly recommended

Overall, it was a great experience! The customer service was excellent and Shawn was willing to work with us on a trade in. The car itself was in great condition, couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend A plus motors if you're looking for a quality used car!

I have been meaning to write a review a few months ago, but work had me quit busy. I would like to start off by saying Shawn was very friendly, informative, patient, trustworthy, and seem to only have my best interest on purchase a used vehical from him. My credit had been bad for a few years, but Shawn was able to help me with a bank that approved me with ease. After a few paper work and a couple of days I returned and picked up my vehicle. I usually never leave reviews but in this case Shawn deserves a review from me. He is a MAN OF HIS WORD!!!!I will definite send friends and family if they are trying to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend A Plus Motors Abingdon, MD for an person looking for a good used vehicle.

The owner Waseem Abbas AKA "Shawn" sold me a Lexus 400h which had a preexisting faulty braking system. Before I took delivery, there were warning lights on the dashboard that Shawn assured me were no problem and he would fix. Shawn had the safety inspection on the vehicle inspected using Maryland guidelines. Unbeknownst to me the ABS dashboard warning lights were cleared seemingly without any repairs. Within 15 minutes after I took delivery and driving home, all of the same ABS dashboard warning lights reappeared. I quickly contacted Shawn and he assured me "he stands behind his products sold". In the next few days the brakes stopped working completely. I had an unrelated auto facility inspect the vehicle and diagnostic error codes relevant to the ABS, TRACTION CONTROL, EMERGENCY BRAKE AND related mechanical problems were detected deeming this car unsafe to drive. I had the car towed by AAA back to Shawn for repair. Shawn refused to assist me with a loaner car and kept my car for 2 weeks waiting for parts. Shawn said he was doing me a favor spending $1,100 to replace the ABS pump because the car was sold as is. Never mind that he seemingly sold me an unsafe vehicle to begin with. I finally drive 3 hours again to pickup these vehicle under the impression the car is safe. Unfortunately within 15 minutes of driving the car home, the dashboard warning lights reappeared. I immediately contacted Shawn and he insisted the car is fine. I decided I needed a new unbiased Maryland safety inspection performed immediately since the car had been driven less than 500 miles from the original inspection. The safety inspection I obtained failed based on the hydraulic brakes. In addition I was informed by the inspector that the $1,100 Shawn said he spent had in fact been a used part that wasn't the proper ABS pump so the car now has further problems.Since that time I have returned the car to Shawn. I disputed the purchase as being fraudulent. I looked up Maryland business licenses for High Rated Auto online and found that High Rated Auto closed their business license on 1/23/19 and the business is not in good standing.I also learned that Shawn previously operated under another entity name of Next Cars Sales & Rentals and others. This business was also dissolved in March 2019 and is not in good standing with the State of Maryland.I plan to continue filing complaints with the Attorney General for the State of Maryland, Better Business Bureau, and take legal action if necessary to minimize the chances of this happening to another consumer.

This dealership offers a great experience for car and truck buyers. The sales person (Shawn) was very professional and worked his magic by getting me approved for a vehicle even with bad credit.My car was totaled leaving me with no transportation and within days he helped get me behind the wheel of a beautiful and reliable vehicle and after working his magic again it was all for an affordable and reasonable price. After my experience at A Plus Motors I didn't even miss my prior car that I was attached to for 7 years. Thank you A Plus Motors and Shawn!!

He is one of the best salesman I've ever met. He's honest, sincere, kind and friendly. My daughter and I were driving by and I told her to stop in to look and see what he had on the lot. As soon as I got out of the car Shawn called me by my name and welcomed me back.(Shawn remembered me) I purchased a Ford Explorer 18 months ago from his establishment. My daughter bought a vehicle within minuets!! A PLUS MOTORS is a great place to do business.

Great people, great service. Shaun is a stand up guy who will go over and beyond to get you in the vehicle of your choice. He has been in the business for over 10+ years. They deal with as many banks as many of the big dealerships to help get you approved.Manuel the mechanic is a fantastic guy who honestly knows his stuff when it comes to vehicles. I give them both 2 thumbs up!! Would absolutely recommend Aplus Motors to anyone who needs a vehicle that cant afford a new one. Stop in and check them out. The services I received ,topped the services I had in the past both salesmen went beyond the call of duty. They made my experience very stress free car haggling was out the door straight and direct business. My wife is in the process of buying our daughter a vehicle from them. These gentlemen I feel are very sincere and honest and I would recommend to any friend and family member. My prayers for their business is to prosper 100 fold, and they will,also because they have been a blessing to me!

Hi there! I bought 2006 Toyota Matrix at a plus motor last June still run good no Mecanic problem and had a great customer service. Now I needed a car for my wife couldn't think other place than 3919 Pulaski hwy Abington. Shawn made my day yesterday by making me approved again for 2011 Honda Civic nice car run perfect and very low interest. Thank you A plus Motor specially Shawn cause everything was settle in few hours. Anyone who need a car, truck etc go check it out you won't be disappointed. shawn you made my wife so happy thank you for your wonderful care and concern. Stay the way your are and I promise I won't go anywhere else to buy a car but your place. Guys! Which dealer gives you a great deal, wonderful care and still be in touch with you after months or years? Only at A Plus Motor!

Bought a jeep. It still runs fine and Shawn worked very well letting me make payments for my down payment. Had a couple small things fixed in little time. Clean cars. To the bad reviews, Don't buy a car alone if your not mechanically inclined period. That's common sense. Know what your about to spend thousands on or educate yourself. thanks a plus

The one review on here is definitely wrote by the owners. This place is the DEFINITION OF RIP OFF CAR SALES MEN! It was absolutely HORRIBLE! The first car we bought wouldn't start the next day. Then they made ME pay for a tow truck back to the dealership. They couldn't get the car to start so they let me swap it out for an SUV for the same price. I ended up taking the SUV back with in the first month fearing there was an issue with the transmission. "Nope, it's just the tire rods", they said. Which I had to cover the fee for. So here it is 9 months later I took the SUV back to the dealership once again stating there is an issue with the transmission AGAIN! And they respond "yea your transmission is definitely going up". WHAT!! So needless to say I got screwed twice. Not to mention the owner Shawn talks to you like your a freaking idiot. And was accusing me of the faulty transmission! Luckily I have a good reputation with another dealership and they gave me a good trade in value for a new car. But I still ended up having to pay 3000 more dollars for the new car because us the difference I still owed. So please people do not waste your time and let alone your money at this crappy excuse of a car dealership.

A few months ago I purchased my Camaro from them and I had a good experience from start to finish. I got approved pretty fast and I was provided good customer. A month after I got my Camaro from them I went and got a Santa Fe and that is what I drive day to day. I haven t had any problem with either car or any of the sales people. I was always treated with respect and I would recommend them to anyone.

Worked with my less than perfect credit when others denied me. Great family oriented people easy to work with that dont tie up your whole day to do a car sale. I purchased a nice Sienna minivan and saved a lot of money. Thanks A Plus Motors for your help.

The representative was able to invite me to the work area and show me precisely what needed to be done for my vehicle's suspension, including lower control arms and ball joints. They also didn't try to get me or fool me, to spend additional money on un-necessary fixes/repair like one other big chain shop tried to get me to do.The car was repaired within the specified amount of time, and is working order. Suspension noise persists under braking from low speeds, but this may be due primarily to the age of the vehicle.1 week update:I noticed the steering wheel was negative 5 to 10 degrees off center. I took it back the following week, since the car would veer to the left when on highway at high speeds with hands off. I was informed that the steering wheel was as 'straight' as they could get it to be, and that the veering to the left may be caused by the tires. I believe this is a bogus explanation, because when the steering wheel is perfectly straight, the car indeed veers off to the left.I would strongly recommend readers of this review, to get their alignment done at a shop that provides digital/computer based measurements before and after the alignment has been performed, for a peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle is safe to operate and the tires will last as long they're supposed to. This is the 2nd out of 3rd shop, that has left the steering wheel in a 'noticeably' off center position.I addressed the suspension noise to the representative, and was pretty much given the notion it was nothing to be worried about. When it comes suspension (and anything that keeps you off the ground), safety, not price, should be your primary concern.I hope to get the car inspected by the dealership in the near future. If the inspection says the alignment and suspension repair meets 'minimum standards', then I may increase the rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Shawn is awesome. Reasonably priced, clean used cars in excellent condition. Purchased a '07 Nissan Murano blk, inside clean, runs great with 90,000 miles for a little over $9,000.

The staff at this dealership is excellent!!! Sold me a quality car and gave me amazing customer service. The owner is willing to work with all his customers to get them In a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

"Never Judge A Book By Its Cover" i went looking for a car online and found the exact honda civic i wanted at A Plus Motors. While heading there i stopped at a couple big dealerships along the way just to check out their inventory and was almost treated as if i was a second class citizen im assuming because of my age. They all were rude, very "matter a fact" and basically pushy. So i kept on my way to A Plus and when i arrived i saw this small lot with a unassuming appearance and prepared for the same if not worse treatment. Boy was i wrong! i was greeted at the door, walked out to the lot given the keys and told to take her for a spin! Once back at the shop every detail of the sale and all were broken down and they even worked with my budget to insure i left with the car i had searched so long for. I'm actually in the process of getting a second car, and the only place i will get it from is A Plus. Thanks Again Shawn and Raheem!

I have Bought a few SUV's from A plus and the owner gave me everything i was looking for, he went and found it and in days i was on the road. great trade in price. i have also taken my trucks to get serviced in their shop, reasonable shop rates and no finger prints on the hood *) I will buy again.
