Excellent work!!Very professional employees. Kyle is so helpful and offered a reasonable price to paint my car, he did an excellent job and got it done fast only four days.My car looks totally different now, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

If pictures are worth 1000 words, then the Aberdeen Maaco is the place we will take our vehicles from now on. Professional service. Friendly, attentive personnel! My husband, John needed to have his front windshield replacement and a very necessary paint job before Winter set in.He chose to trust the Aberdeen Maaco location to repair, prep and paint his paint peeling and rusty Mercury Grand Marquis. It's like new! My husband is really pleased with the end results. I'm posting some before and after photographs. Judge for yourselves!

Our 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was hit due to a freak accident and Maaco was our first phone call for repair. We have used this location in the past and have always been pleased.The body work and repairs they did to our truck makes the truck look brand new again, we just now have to get the rest of the truck painted so it is beautiful all over.Kyle and his team did a great job of keeping us updated with what was going on with our insurance. Maaco had the truck for about 20 days only because of what was going on with the pandemic and having a hard time getting parts shipped. Again, Kyle would check in with us at least twice a week so we knew what was going on.Five stars out of five from us!!!

UPDATE 07/09/21Just had the fender well fallout on the other side. I'm not paying for this one. I will be calling corporate on this branch. Furthermore, I will take taking my car to the dealership to have all of their work inspected and I will take appropriate action from there. Don't use these people for collision, they are a joke!!! Macco will never touch any vehicle of mine ever again!! Pathetic!!Pictures speek louder than words, Left picture is 10 after I picked up my car. They didn't secure the fender well to anything so it fell out and took a chip in the paint with it. The right picture is one month after the new paint job. All of this is for a "factory level paint job".Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My CR-V needed a paint job, so I took it in for an estimate after getting a recommendation from a neighbor who'd used their services. Not only was the estimate reasonable, but they were able to schedule me right away, plus they finished the job when promised. The staff is polite and professional. Highly recommended. The photos are before and after shots of an area that needed extra care.

Not very happy. They painted my hood 5 months ago and the paint is peeling off and wanna charge me to fix it because I didn't buy a warranty..lol is that not a set up, I gotta buy a warranty for your work.? The hood is oem bought from dealership it took 2 weeks to paint it when I called I was informed that they had problem with paint and had to repaint I shouldn't have to pay for any repairs or materials it SHOULDN'T have happened. I will take it elsewhere to get redone.

Ryan is unprofessional and his team did not do a good job prepping before painting to where the paint chips so easily. Also they took too long for a paint that s not even the greatest. The way they did the sanding is also terrible you can definitely see scratches and fish eyes on the paint. The paint isn t smooth and it s rough such a terrible job. Once again Ryan is all about that $$$ and the quality of the paint job sucks! Go somewhere else that s more professional around the area.Service: Body & Trim

On 1/3/23 I took my 2021 Nissan Altima in for repairs, which were being cover by Silver Rock. My complaint was that my front bumper and driver side head light was not aligned, there was a gap. I was assured that they could fix the issues. I had to call several times for an update, the only time I received a call was 1 week after my car being there claiming they found sever damage behind the front bumper. I was told they will need the car longer then first stated, which I agreed. I was told my car would have to go to the Nissan dealer to have the sensor replaced as well. On 1/19 I picked up my car, it was raining and getting dark, so I didn t notice the same gap was still there in the front. I took the car back on Friday 1/20, I was told to bring it back Monday they will fix it. I took the car back Monday and they had it for a few hours. To my surprise the dam bumper still had a gap. At that time, they refused to fix it and I was told We have done all we can do , Who ever worked on it messed it up". That was the whole purpose of taking it to Maaco, to fix the dam problem. They then submitted a claim for $5,563.03 to Silver Rock for repairs and not once mentioned that they did not completely fix the car. After sever phone calls and driving back and forth Maaco had to inform Silver Rock that the car was still not fixed for me to go elsewhere.Fast forward, I was considering returning the vehicle back to Carvana. I requested a copy of the actual receipt for when my car was taken to the Nissan dealer. For 2 weeks I was given the run around and finally the manger called me on 2/2 ask what I wanted a copy for and what do I need it for and refuse to give me a copy or even tell me what Nissan dealer they took my car to. So, after calling around I was able to obtain a copy of the receipt for the dealership. Maaco had work done on my car that wasn t needed, Maaco submitted a claim to Silver Rock for $928.56 when to repair the sensor it only cost $564.00. It appears that a 4-wheel alignment was done and an express multi-inspection while at the dealer ship. My car only had 39k miles, these services were not needed or request. I strongly suggest you run, NOT walk run form the Maaco in Aberdeen, staff is very rude, lack compassion and clearly running a shady business. I will be calling corporate on this branch.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The two of you made a somewhat unpleasant visit to MD with your generous kindness in helping us (Amod & Karen) work with very rusted, stuck bolts/screws and affix a damaged license plate to get safely back to NJ.From George's welcoming tone over the phone and his invitation to stop by...to thier generous and successful efforts... excellent customer service... thank you, thank you!!!This is an exceptional MAACO site!

The finished car looked like new but soon the paint began to fade and after about 2 years the car looked worse than before it was painted. I was told that it faded because I failed to get the Clear Coat. The car is a 2009 Pontiac G6 and when I asked to get it repainted w/clear coat the told me it was $1800 and I got a paint date almost 2 months from my visit /FOLLOW UPI gotta reply from MaacoThe gentleman from Maaco told me that without the clear coat that their paint only has 1 year warranty so I replied "Geezsus, a $2 spray can of Krylon at Walmart is guaranteed for 3 years?.IMO, anything looks good when first painted but if inferior paint is used it will soon look worse than before it was painted and your out $1000

Blown away by my experiences here. I have used them 3 times now. 1. To get my wholeCar painted 2. To get my spoiler painted and installed 3. To get my side scoops painted and installed. All three looked perfect. The paint match was perfect and they were installed better than I every could have done it. The staff is so Friendly. Kyle worked with me every time to satisfy my needs and give me a fair price. I can tell he truly cares about his customers. Never had to wait more then 3 day s for the job the be completed. I highly recommend this location to anyone !!!

I cannot recommend this shop more. I brought my Hyundai in for severe paint chips on the hood and I received my car back looking brand new. I normally don't write posts like this but would have loved to see a review like this when I was looking for a shop to bring my car. The folks here are the nicest around, and they take great care of your car and do very good work. They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior so I got the car back cleaner than when I brought it there. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 service and work.

I brought my new 2021 Subaru Forester to fix the scratch/scuffed on my front bumper to Maaco in Aberdeen and I was immediately greeted by the staff Ryan. He was extremely nice and professional. He offered to fix the scratch on my car without any cost and asked if I could provide a google review of the service. Without any hesitation I said yes. Cory one of their staff was nice also and he did a great job in fixing my front bumper and got rid of the scratch/scuffed. I was so thankful for the services they gave me meanwhile they helped me saved hundreds of dollars for a paint job that I really didn t need.Also, I want to thank their front desk staff whom I knew before and it was nice catching up with her as well. They really treated me as part of their family and I would certainly come back.Service: Painting

Great service. I had a bumper panel slightly pop out due to an unfortunate meet up with a bush. Canby stated without even seeing the car that it could not be popped back in. Maaco said to bring it in so they could see it and popped it back in place in 10 minutes flat. Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took my Tahoe to Maaco in Aberdeen to repair the P-side rocker-panel that was completely rusted through. The job they did was amazing, exceeding my expectations. Even when looking closely, you cannot tell that it was repaired. The paintwork is a perfect match! My point of contact was Kyle and he was awesome! I highly recommend Maaco in Aberdeen to anyone who needs body work done!Service: Painting

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate for fixing a surface scratch caused by a gate arm coming down on my vehicle. Kyle looked at it and said that it only needed to be buffed-out, which would take less than 30 minutes and that he would do it free-of-charge. I was expecting to pay between $100-$200 for the repair and he was up-front, honest, and kind. This is the second repair I've have done on my vehicles at Maaco, and they are truly great! I would highly recommend them for their honesty, kindness, and candidness!

Staff portrayed an extremely high level of customer service. My car was involved in a fender bender and Kyle was quick to provide great communication throughout the entire repair process. In addition, the staff were friendly and informative taking great pride in the service they provide. At the time of writing this review I had picked my car up and it looks brand new. During the inspection of work there were some issues that were resolved immediately. Overall outstanding work and I will recommend to co-workers and friends.

Got my Corolla painted (color change) and it came out awesome. Got it done in a week and 2 days and even got the oxidation off my headlights which I didn t ask or pay any extra for them to do. Update: I ve only put about 4K miles on the car since it was painted and some places started peeling. I contacted them and they had it fixed by the end of the week. Everyone that I ve dealt with has been super nice and they get it done quickly. Really appreciate the quick fix Service: Painting

Paint job is fair and I stipulated not to touch the sunroof because it was sealed shut..and when I picked my car up someone messed up the sunroof and they didn't fix the trunk where the paint was chipped . They had it for two weeks.. then I had to take it back for the trunk to be fixed. So I wasn't really pleased with there professionalism. It was lacking..

Careful with this one. I brought a part in to be painted (still had factory paint but was damaged) and when I got it back, I could tell NO prep work had been done. The part was even still dirty under the paint. The tech simply sprayed over it and it was easily peeled off! To make matters worse, the guy at the front desk saw this, and ACTED upset but immediately told me he'd only charge me half the price to fix the mistake THEY made! LOL. He didn't offer a refund either. Look ...I never went back because you have to speak with your wallet and I advise everyone pay close attention to this place. You're paying full price for the absolute minimum. Look for those that still take pride in their work.

Took my Audi to the Aberdeen, MD Maaco because it was recommend to me by a close friend. I was greeted with a smile and in less than three minutes I was outside with Sid going over my car in the rain with what I wanted to have repaired. As we walked around the car identifying things to repair Sid was offering recommendations to either repair or wait. I received my quote which was more than reasonable for the work I wanted done and set a drop off date. After getting home I realized I had miss one spot that I definitely wanted to get repaired. I called and spoke to Kyle and explained what I forgot to show Sid during the walk arround and he said, no problem sounds like we can take care of that without any additional charges, but we will call you and let you know before we start the work. I received the call as stated and was kept inform of the progress of my repairs until my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my car I was highly impressed with the quality of the work and will definitely be taking my BMW back there for some scratch and dent repairs. I highly recommend this Maaco to anyone who want quality work from an honest team. There was things that I wanted done to my car and Sid could have easily taken my money but she recommended that I wait and gave me a logical reason why I should wait, saving me several hundred dollars. Thanks again Sid and Kyle, I will be bringing my BMW to you soon.

Outstanding customer service and body repair facility. I had never been to a body repair shop before, and MAACO in Aberdeen was highly recommended. I'm so glad I chose them. The staff was attentive and pleasant to work with. I was constantly provided step by step repair process updates. My insurance company was handled in a hassle-free environment. Lastly, the top quality body repair and paint service met my expectations and more. This is the place to take any type of vehicle, from economy to luxury owned, and leave being very satisfied!

Extremely happy and satisfied with Maaco at Aberdeen! Sid and the entire team were very helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, honest, professional, and diligent. Sid thoroughly explained the entire repair/paint process, and she also provided me with options. I was so pleased with the quality of work that was put in- an awesome paint job and at a reasonable price! They also offer Military Discount, which is a plus. I will be taking my other car to them for a paint job as well. Overall excellent service and very trustworthy! I highly recommend Maaco at Aberdeen!

After another place of business quoted me almost $800 to fix my passenger side door, I took it to Maaco for a second opinion. The gentleman at Maaco said it looked to only be a paint transfer and he believe he can buff it off. Well he did just that! In 10 mins it looked like my door never had any damages. Best thing is, he did not charge me! Today they showed me that some businesses are still honest and is not out to only take money from people. That other shop should be blasted but I wont. Instead I will praise Maaco. Thank you guys very much. The two gentleman that was working and the female receptionist were very friendly with great customer service. Kudos to them today.

I took my car in to Maaco just to get a fender painted, although the bumper around the fender had scratches and paint marks in addition to the fender that needed tending to, but I was not at all expecting Maaco to take care of that. When I picked up the car, not only was the fender beautifully painted but the staff took care of the scratches for no extra cost. Front desk staff was very kind.
