Sam and Matt make an amazing team at Preston Chevrolet. They helped me find the car for my daughter, and ensured it was perfect for us when we came. We drove 2 1/2 hours out to this dealership, and it was worth the drive. They honored their price, had all the paper work ready for us, which was the fastest process to buy a new car that I ever have had. The Finance manager was also super nice , and made the close out and finance process move very quickly. I d highly recommend this team again.

Absolutely amazing experience working with the team of knowledgeable sales reps and finance officer. Mr. Pierre was an amazing salesman. Worked magic with the numbers and I left the lot with a brand new 2024 trailblazer!!!

I had a pretty decent experience buying the carBut it has engine problemsAlready. Dropped car off last night they never said they could not fix my car.It sits there all day just called me saying the can't fix the car they don't have proper parts cause it's a Nissan. How you sell a car you can't fix. So now I have to find a Nissan car dealerTo take my car to. And it's 100 deductible after I just handed you 3000$ only had 2 months. Not cool you didn't give me any of this information up front. I would never tell anyone buy a car there and they was unconcerned cause it's not there problem they gave your money.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Preston Chevrolet, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of salespersons who seemed more interested in their own agenda than helping customers. Joanne, Brandon, Chuck, and especially Jack Skeleton, were all equally unhelpful and fake in their demeanor. Communication was a challenge from the get-go. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a coherent response out of any of them. It's as if they were trained in the art of dodging questions and avoiding straightforward answers. To add insult to injury, their vending machines were empty, leaving me parched and frustrated during what was already a taxing ordeal. But that wasn't even the worst part. Despite their promise of a cash offer to buy my car, they conveniently "forgot" to honor it when I returned within the stated expiration date. It was as if they thought they could pull a fast one on me and I wouldn't notice. Well, I did. Overall, my experience at Preston Chevrolet was just plain weird. From the lackluster customer service to the empty vending machines and broken promises, I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place.

Working with Oliver was a very pleasant experience. He was able to answer my questions, and if he couldn't, he would get the answer quickly for me. He was very courteous and he made the whole process very easy to deal with. He helped me to make a deal on the Corvette, that was favorable to both Preston and I. I will recommend Preston Chevrolet to all my friends when they are looking for a new Chevrolet. Oliver will be a big asset to the Preston Auto sales force.Frank Wojciechowski

I was very impressed with the tech, whose name was Wil, that serviced my vehicle. He really took great pride in doing his job, and it showed. He was friendly and polite and took the time out of his busy schedule to speak to me about my vehicle concerns. I hope that Preston is able to hire more employees like Wil who are willing to go the extra mile to insure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

We recently bought a truck from Sam over at Preston Chevrolet in Aberdeen. This was by far the best car buying experience my family and I have ever had. Not only did Sam and his team give us an incredibly fair deal, they also took the time to really show us all of the features on the truck, explain how the warranty works, and got us an amazing finance rate. We highly recommend Sam and Preston Chevrolet.

Preston Chevrolet is a place you do not want to step foot into. Firstly, the vending machines were all empty when I arrived and the coffee machine from 1945 wasn t working properly. The men s bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels at the time too. There is much more to write about. But lastly, the management is shady. If you are looking to sell your vehicle. They will write you an offer check that they will not honor when you come back. Even if it s before the offer expiration date. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Needed unscheduled maintenance on my silverado and they got me in and out really fast. Courteous staff, relaxed atmosphere, nice waiting area. Thanks again for treating me like a customer.

We drove just over 2 hours to Preston because they had the vehicle we d been looking for on the lot. Our salesman, Walt, aka Magic Man , was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager, Sisto, was very easy going and no pressure at all throughout the entire process. Darren was also very helpful with a few items:1) he gave us a tie-dye frog stuffed animal which supports childhood cancer2) saved me money with a UPS pre-paid envelope so we could tie up some loose ends.3) he even provided lunch for us, not that we were there long but because it was during lunch hours.Of all the vehicle purchases we ve experienced, this one ranks at the top. We highly recommend Preston of Aberdeen. Thank you all for your professionalism.

My 2001 GMC Jimmy finally blew the engine and I was in need of a new vehicle QUICK! Saw one I liked and was contacted by Matt Yim. Saw another, after his help with searching. Made the deal over the internet and phone. Delivered to my house, a short ride later, paperwork signed deal done. I Never left my house. Matt Yim was always professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!!! Thanks matt!!

Mike was easy to work with, responsive and made sure everything was taken care of when I arrived at the dealership. Truck was clean and waiting for us. We handled the majority of transactions through email and text so the paperwork process was really quick and easy. We were in and out pretty quickly.Got a great deal on a great truck. I contacted a lot of local dealers and this was the lowest price I could find.

I have to say that shopping at Preston Chevrolet has been one of the easiest and most stress free experiences I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. I flew in and was picked up by the sales manager Darren Chappell who was very courteous and brought me straight to the dealership and introduced me to my salesman Glenn Andreasik. Glen was a very friendly person who was awesome to have a conversation, he took care of all the paperwork that day and didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary I wouldn't need. Both Darren and Glenn are a credit to Preston Chevrolet and I will now be a customer for life thanks to their courtesy, generosity and overall caring for their customers.

Sam was an excellent salesman. He was very honest and straight to the point. We found several vehicles in my price range without needing to window shop. He was very professional and did not push me into something I couldn t afford or didn t like. The process was very quick and easy. I would give 10 stars if possible. I recommend everyone to go there. Walter Magic Man Hartman III truly is a man of magic! I had such a disrespectful and aggressive experience with a sales rep at a different dealership I purchased my truck from that I came to Preston Chevrolet of Aberdeen to work with literally anyone else! Boy, did my bad experience end when I was greeted by Walter s friendly smile and warm energy. Ever the courteous professional, he listened and provided feedback with empathy regarding my prior experience and went far beyond all my expectations to resolve my issues. He even offered to call the place I purchased my truck from to help professionally resolve my conflict. Ultimately, he came up with the perfect solution and now I don t ever have to go back to the other place! Walt gave great advice, treated me like his top priority, and spent time enthusiastically discussing my vehicle features and modifications. If I could rewind the clock, I would have come here and purchased my vehicle from Walter at Preston Chevrolet of Aberdeen to begin with! I wasn t even a customer and he treated me like a true VIP! 11/10 would recommend this location and staff. This location is now my new home base for all my vehicle needs and I will ALWAYS come here first!

Buying a car from Jordan was the easiest and most friendly buying experience I have ever had. He was an incredibly polite, professional and most importantly non pushy salesman he answered all of my many questions accurately while keeping the process smooth and quick. Got my paperwork done accurately and quickly and most of all worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted into my budget despite being screwed by the previous dealership i worked with. I would recommend anyone to buy from him and now have had my brother and soon parents buy from him as well. Was a fun an exciting day not something I usually say about a dealership, ten out of ten.

The service manager is name Mo awesome. He took my call and told me to come in without even really knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. He met me at the bay door had my car pulled in and was on the rack in less then 5 minutes. After the problem was figired out, he had me in and out in 10 minutes. True service and was not there to rip me off. Highly recommed to take your vehicle there for service.

Just purchased my long-awaited vehicle from Preston Chevrolet - Aberdeen.Great feeling to have my own wheels back on the road again after a challenging time the past few month! My biggest thanks to Sam Tims, who made this all happen. Sam worked diligently over that time, and never gave up on making my purchase a reality. Also, thanks to financing manager Erika and all the other great staff.... all well worth a 5-star rating!

Had the best dealer experience I've had here buying my new vehicle. I was in and out in 90 minutes after ironing out a few details over the phone before coming in. Sam in sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience very comfortable. Erika in finance was amazing. Would definitely recommend to a friend if you're in the market for a new Chevy vehicle.
