They were very quick to help and quite professional! I called several places to tow my vehicle before them that couldn't be bothered to help until the next week and they were there within the hour! Amazing response time and helpful crew!

I went to this place was rushed to pick a part. ended up with the wrong part. tried to return it this morning for the right part. was talked to rudely and disrespectful.they didn't offer no solution or try to keep my business. once i told them i was going to write a review. i was threatened called races names. told to get the f off their property. the woman ran into the office to get something. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Well here they're always busy, if you can't find what you need for your Auto. Then I suppose you can always go to the dealer and pay outrageous prices. (Here you pick and pull your own parts) I BELIEVE?? I know the man who owns it by Jr.... I shall also say, Jr's a very kind guy. Secondly I shall say, it's his uncle, that runs and owns GA Norman marine services. Which I've known for 11 years and work for on the side. Good apple definitely doesn't fall far from the tree. He also does work on automobiles in those two pictures I took. one is on the lift,as he is going to take out an engine with a half a million miles and put another one in. Just recently my sister had electrical issues with her Mountaineer, Jr came and picked it up at her place with his rollback . two days later it was fixed!!!!!!

Ms Cathy & her son & helper are very sweet upfront no beating around the bush. I was very comfortable talking with her on phone and in person. Great people

Went there looking for a battery side post they had it and also windshield for my van they had it all together spend 60 bucks it took me a minute to get that windshield out but I did thanks for the help Reggie Durbin

I always go to Norman's when I need a whole car for my daily driver, or parts for my car or a friend. Been buying and dealing with Norman's for a couple generations now over 30+ years, and always been treated right, with a smile. That's why I always come back! Disorganized and lacking in inventory, but the staff is helpful. Crazy Ray's is nearby, much larger, and has a website where you can find the exact car you need.
