Brought in my 07 Audi for an oil change and an issue with my brake lights and turn signal, was advised had some other things needing replaced bushings etc. so I went ahead and authorized them to just take care of all of it. Got a call two days later was ready to come pick up. Arrived and started process to pay when confirming the work complete a tech advised the brake lights and turn single had not been fixed. They had done all the other stuff (the items they recommend) manager Al seemed surprised as this was not communicated to him.So I was asked to come back next day giving them time to address. Ok, come back next day now the brake lights are fixed and the turn signal is fixed but we now have a new fault light on the dash that was not present prior to Mr. Tire Aberdeen s work on the car. The headlight levelling is now not functioning. (Would have been disturbed/messed with while changing the dead blinker bulb as this car requires headlight out service for bulbs). Manger Al again surprised this issue happened, asked if I could bring by in the AM to have his guy look at it and see what s causing.Ok 3rd time we re heading back now. Sit for an hour and a half, Al calls me to counter and advises it s an issue with the headlight levelling motor. Evidently there s a service bulletin for this issue on my Generation Audi so nothing further can be done short of replacing full headlight unit.Did they complete the work I asked for? Yes, after 2 additional delay s. Add to it I now have a new problem to address after the work they completed that sounds like it s above what they can handle. I ve also noticed they didn t bother to put in a new oil change sticker so not sure when I m to head back for that I guess I ll just assume 5k since it s full synthetic I paid for.I m not please with my experience here, I believe for basic oil and tire work this location may be capable but check their work they don t seem to do that. 100% not the place to have any diagnostic or trouble shooting done.Don t leave without checking the work they ve completed and I would look for new errors caused by their work. Likely my last visit to this location can t wait to have another few days wasted fixing this new issue.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! told them my car made a grinding noise when I put it in reverse and my battery light was on. They charged me $2,300 for new breaks, rotors, calipers, alternator and serpentine belt. Come home and car still grinds and now makes a squeeling noise and batter ylight still on! Take it back and they said now we found out what the grinding noise is and that's gonna cost you $1500 and you need a new battery. I get the new battery and guess what, the battery light is still on!! $2500 later (cuz now I have a new battery and they charged me $110 to look at the car again) and my car is no different than what is was the first time I brought it in! I brought it in about 5 times within 3 months and they kept giving me excused why my car is making these noises! Never fixed any of the issues and made bank off me!!! Go somewhere else if you want honest mechanics that won't rip you off!!!!!!

Took my truck there (as I had been doing for at least a decade) 2 months ago to get new break pads, rotors, and calibers. $1000 job, yet I was told that to get the break fluid changed would be an extra $109. Well, of course I want that done also for a complete break job. So I was charged for it, and just less than 2 months later I find that it wasn't done. This is because I had a safety inspection done at the dealer after they had my truck there working on a recall issue. Now I don't know who to believe so I take it to a third party to check the break fluid, which they did right in front of me with a test strip. It was very dirty, which means Mr. Tire in Aberdeen charged me for it but didn't do it!!! I feel so betrayed, and although I've been a customer faithfully for 10 yrs, will never refer another person there.

Made an appointment to have a TireTrack tire mounted and swapped out with the spare. Arrived on time and was told it would be awhile so I left the flat tire and agreed to be called when complete. About 1 1/2 hours later was called and returned. Paid the invoice and was given the mounted tire. I asked if it could have it installed and was told it would be about 45 minutes even though a few of the staff were idle. I took the tire and left to install it myself. That it s for Mr. Tire. I have been using them since 2011. Syanara.

Listen I am not one to speak or give reviews unless my experience called for it ,when I do they are either really good or really bad . Which means they have or have not exceeded my expectations .Mr Tire employees all of them work together as a team and their focus is the customer . I really appreciate all they do for me . I have noticed that Mr Tire companies have gotten some bad reviews ,Well in Aberdeen that is not the case . I could continue to tell people but the choice is obviously yours . Thank you all for being set apart from the regular joe smo's .

New Yorkers who almost blew a tire on 95..found Mr. Tire after six air fill ups and they totally saved the day . Al, the store manager and Kyle, the mechanic went above and beyond keeping us informed as to exactly what was going on. Aberdeeners, you ve got a real prize here right in your community! Thank you, Mr. Tire, for getting us to Philadelphia in time for our event!

Called ahead to see how busy they were today, when I got here they had 3 bays open. One of my tires had a slow leak so I brought it in to get patched or a stem replaced. Took them a hour and a half to do a 10-15 minute job. Very slow, unfortunately I bought my tires here and got the road hazard insurance. Won t be doing that again!

I live up the street so it s convenient the person who did the patch on my tire was thorough so that was a plus and I ll be going there in the future

Had excellent experience getting a new tire after I had a tire blow out on me. The counter person was very helpful and even filled the tire they sold me , when I went back to tell them the car said I had low tire pressure. I would highly recommend Mr Tire in Aberdeen !

We were on our way home from vacation, and about an hour out from our destination our car started misfiring. Luckily, Mr. Tire was nearby. They took us in right away, and even stayed late to help get us home. Christian was extremely accommodating, they performed a curtesy inspection and had us on the road in an hour. Thank you very much!

I took my ford escape in to get new tires put on (Michelin cross climate 2 s) and balanced last week. Customer service was outstanding which is why I am giving 2 stars. Tires were put on quickly I was out within an hour. However I quickly discovered the car was obnoxiously vibrating at 40 mph and above. I looked at the tires and noticed my factory weights had not been taken off. I took it back the next day and they rebalanced the tires however no change. I ended up taking it to another shop. They told me all four tires were completely out of balance. They fixed it within half an hour and everything is smooth again. Again, customer service was very good, but the balancing was botched not once but twice.

Not satisfied, bad service.The mechanic, not sure but I think his name was Christian, told me he will call me with the estimate and he will fix it the next day, he never called me and he took the next day off without leaving a note. When I called the next day, other guy answered the call and said we don't have the car with your description but after a couple of minutes he said we have your car but the mechanic didn't leave a note and we don't know where the car key is. After calling 4 times, I was frustrated and went to the shop in person with a spare key. We agreed and signed the estimate paperwork, by the paperwork should have been done the first day I went to the shop. In the third day, my car was fixed but the Mechanic told me that first estimate was wrong and I had to pay about $170 dollars more. My Siblings and I, had to take Uber to work and school for about 3 days. They charged me for wasting my time and for their mistakes. Regret going to that shop

A great experience all around. I really enjoyed talking to everyone, even the other patrons. Everyone was so friendly. The tan couch is so comfy I could ve fallen asleep. Instead I got to catch up on my Netflix shows while waiting! The owner Rob was so nice, and even took it upon himself to fix my wiper blade for me, saving me money. Thank you Brandon, Rob, Bernie and also the whole rest of the crew whose names I didn t get. Everyone here just seems to really enjoy what they do. My car rides so smooth with my new tires, and it was just so nice to feel right at home. I recommend this place to everyone!

I was moving from New Jersey to Florida and my car broke down in Maryland. I brought my car to a nearby mechanic, T&D automotive, and he wanted roughly $810 to fix the issue. I knew the estimation sounded astronomical. I contacted the crew at Mr. Tire, and spoke to the manager, Rob. He said the part I needed was no longer in production.. They went above and beyond to find the part and gave me an estimate for a little more than HALF the price of the previous mechanic. I was staying at a hotel for 4 days because the shops were all closed nearby, I was in the process of moving as mentioned and I had pets along for the trip (rabbit and a bearded dragon that requires proper lighting and heat) which made everything so much more urgent. They understood my dire position and fixed the issue in ONE DAY. I'm forever grateful for those at Mr. Tire in Aberdeen, Maryland. I made it safely to Florida and I'll never forget the incredible service I received! Highly recommended. Thank you to Ron at the front desk, Marlo the mechanic and Rob the manager!!-Mike

Last weekend my daughter hit a curb and needed a tire. I went to Mr Tire as I have purchased tires there before without any issues. I put a deposit on a Yokohama tire and got charged on my credit card the amount for the Yokohama tire. I did this so my daughter could just pick up the car later without me. A couple of days later I saw my daughter and checked out her tire and noticed the tire was not a Yokohama tire but an Ironman brand. Mr Tire did not tell my daughter or me of the brand change and both of our receipts showed the Yokohama tire. The Iron man tire is $40 dollars cheaper but they charged me the price of the Yokohama tire. This is stealing and had I not noticed they would have gotten away with an extra $40 dollars. They are supposed to mail me a check of the difference and have updated all my receipts. We will see if the check comes. I wold advise anyone who purchases tires from Mr Tire in Aberdeen they check them to make sure they get what they pay for. I will never recommend or purchase tires from Mr Tire again.

Engine was misfiring. I replaced the spark plugs, didn't work so I took it to Mr. Tire thinking mechanics could diagnose the problem quicker than I can. They did a compression test and told me the compression was low that's why the cylinders were misfiring so changing the spark plugs, ignition coils, etc. would do nothing; they'd have to rebuild the engine (this costs thousands of $$$). I declined and took my car home thinking I'd be better off buying a new car. After some research, and asking people on car forums for their opinion, I decided to try a few things before I threw the towel in. Per internet suggestions, I replaced the ignition coils myself and the misfires stopped. Took me 30 minutes after watching a Youtube video and $200 ($50 a coil) compared to the thousands I'd have to pay for a rebuild or a new car. Engine runs better than ever. No rebuild needed.Their communication is poor as well. Said they'd be able to get to my car tomorrow, so I left my car with them. "Tomorrow" turned in the next day and the next and the next. Every time I call, they "should be done with it today." On day 5 I pull up in person and they say they were just about call me. Yeah, right. If you're fully booked, just say that and give people an honest expectation of when you'll be able to start working on their car instead of giving them the runaround every time they call.Wouldn't recommend. But maybe they're good at tires as their name suggests.

This SGT.MICHAEL and I have been a customer of this Mr Tire location since 1998. They always r professional and respectful. They do an excellent work and always give the best price for their products. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Phenomenal experience when really needed on a Sunday before heading out on a road trip !! Remarkable welcoming by Bri at the front desk! She was polite and filled with an awesome spirit! Tyler did a great job identifying the issue with the tire, fixing it, testing to ensure it was good .. He got my Chevy Colorado back on the road and off the spare. I'm very much appreciative!! Rob and Ron totally had my back with an insurance claim. It was a headache dealing with the insurance part of service but they remained calm and carried on. I wasn't surprised they were so awesome but super humbled that they gave me such awesome support. The guys doing the work are All so kind and helpful. They work super amazing together as a team with great attitudes. I don't know not much about cars but asked about working there due to how amazing the workplace was. They were Covid-19 safe and this location is very clean. They also have a very clean restroom even with all Men working. I honestly was very impressed how awesome these men are from start to finish. This was a three day process for me due to insurance however, they made it very pleasant for me. Guys, I sincerely appreciate you all and will definitely be back as a returning customer. I see all your futures being very bright and blessed! Good work ethic and above and beyond attitudes will take you far! They are also service and support dog friendly! A+ with 1000 Stars I hope the the chain of command knows what an amazing job you guys are doing at this location!

I called around right before this place closed and they told me to come right on in. There was no attempt to upsell, no high pressure tactics. When I noted my shock at this the attendant commented that the others "look good [so t]here is no need to sell" more than one. Great integrity and a huge help in a stressful situation.

The bulbs over mytag had gone out and at first I went to my regular place to get a new bulb and they wanted to charge me over $80 just to put in one tail lightso the first call i made was to Mr.tire and it was way less for two bulbs needless to say I was highly disappointed with my regular maintenance guy.Thanks Mr.TireSheila

They made our experience very bad and cost us money with they lack of professionalism and work ethics. They provided no customer service, or follow up after the sale, or after I voiced my concerns. Not one single follow up, or call. I am left we no choice but to take court actions against this location to be made whole, as they put my family in harms way. It will end up costing them much more now when I file a court case than if they would have shown the professionalism and responsibility that a repair shop should and reimbursed me originally for our loss. They will never get business from me, or my family again and that says a lot, because we have many vehicles.

I brought my nieces car here for an oil change today and I dealt with Rob, I have to say he was one of the kindest gentleman I have ever dealt with. Everyone I spoke to their was very friendly and they are very honest and up front. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them. Thanks again for all you do!

Was having issues with my exhaust system. Rob, Store manager, was very informative, patient and had my 2011 Terrain running like new within 24 hrs. I've been here before with my 08 Kia Optima and I'll definitely be back.

I recently picked up a super clean low mileage 2003 pickup, which had some issues as a result of sitting. Rob and his excellent team treated this old truck like their own. Outstanding, trustworthy service by real ASA certified mechanics who really work well together. Mr. Tire is more than tires, Rob is the perfect one to work with, he knows his stuff. Very happy with their prompt service in diagnosing a few intermittent issues! Honest mechanics are hard to find, give Mr. Tires a try in Aberdeen, they are very skilled and value customer service!

Honestly, I haven t had the best luck at Mr. tire franchise but this one in Aberdeen exceeded my expectations! Initially I came in for a new tire and alignment. However, I ended up needing new brake pads the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on with my car and also expressed great concern. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly and supportive and patient with questions! The most positive part of this experience is once I came in for my appointment, my car was taken straight back! Most places I ve been to I ve had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before I was even with an appointment! THANKYOU guys!
