Just got a 2021 Mazda cx -5 from here! My salesman was Thomas. He was pretty honest and upfront. He helped me get the most I could for my trade in. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. I moved out of state and they really worked with me on my warranty! They also were pretty fast only there for 3 hours which I feel like isn't a long time considering buy a new car can sometimes take the whole day. I am loving my "new to me " car!

WE purchased a new Mazda3 from Cook Mazda in Aberdeen, MD yesterday. Tom, our salesman, was courteous and did not pressure us to buy in any way. The entire transaction went quickly and smoothly. Our trade0in was evaluated and we received a fair price. The financing was great. Overall, a great experience. We highly recommend Cook Motors in Aberdeen.

We had a great experience buying a vehicle. Our sales guy was aces, Justin! No aggressive tactics, low key to talk to, very personable. He was great and their finance guru was very patient, even when I got mixed up on understanding some paperwork. Wonderful experience.

I worked with Tom Svrjcek over the last 30 days on a new vehicle purchase. Tom was always professional and knew where I needed to be payment wise and what i was needing to accomplish. While at 1st we were too far apart, we stayed in touch and he worked with the sales managers to make a deal happen. I purchased multiple cars from Cook Motor Cars and will be back.

Bought a new CX-50. Jorden and Trey were excellent. They were quite the comedy duo and made the experience much more enjoyable. They were super engaging and made a tedious process so much better. Bill was also excellent and explained everything. By far, one of the best dealership experiences I ve had.

Chip Defries my salesman, Sam Cook the sales manager and the front desk receptionist was beyond helpful during my vehicle purchase at Cook Mazda! During these crazy times its hard enough to get in touch with anyone but with Cook Mazda I had no problem. They took such great care of me and was able to answer all my questions! I was in search of a specific model Mazda that they had in their lot and was able to work out a deal and schedule everything with ease (which means a lot when I lived 2 and half hours away). I was able to arrive on Monday and was in and out in 2 hours with my new car! Thank you all so much for your help and if it wasn't for the distance I wouldn't even hesitate to choose this dealer for my service as well! Thanks Chip, Sam and the staff at Cook Mazda!

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 at Cooks Mazda in Aberdeen. It was a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Tom. He was very personable, friendly and knowledge. He kept us informed throughout the process and answered all my questions. Buying cars can generally be stressful, but Cook Mazda and Tom really did their best to make it worry-free experience. If you're in the market to buy a new or used Mazda I highly recommended them.

I was with my parents when they purchased their 2024 CX-50 yesterday. Trey was their salesperson, he was so friendly, all the employees there were helpful. We were in a bit of a hurry, and they worked very hard quick to get us out of there in time for a appointment.If you're in the market for a vehicle stop at Cooks Mazda in Aberdeen and ask for Trey !

Conpetitive service but not fast.I've had my car repaired at Cook maybe 7-8 times. They generally have helpful service and competitive prices which I appreciate, getting OEM Mazda parts was much easier than other repair shops. They do not have fast service though. 2.5 hours for a simple tune-up, took 45 minutes before anyone even touched the car.

I bought my first Mazda yesterday and worked with Tom through the process. I had such a great experience throughout the whole thing and he was such a pleasure to work with! Talked me through everything thoroughly and has been quick to answer any questions I had regarding the process or the car. Would for sure recommend them to anyone looking!!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with our salesperson Tom at Cook Mazda in purchasing our new CX-9. We worked with Tom over the course of our long car search and he was able to answer all of our questions and help guide us to a car that made sense for us. I did quite a lot of comparative shopping and contacted many sales people at different dealers, but Tom and Cook Mazda earned our business. When we were ready to purchase everything went increasingly smoothly and quickly as Tom was able to do much of the initial paperwork and filing before we even got to the dealer. This was just what we needed, as we were traveling from out of state and had a newborn at home. Tom worked with us on the features we wanted in the car and the price and we couldn t be happier with how things turned out!

Much better than Heritage Bel Air as far as pricing. Not as posh , and they won't try to upsell you on services. I will drive the extra distance, especially since it is veteran owned and friendly.

Had a good experience buying a new Mazda from their salesman Max. Everything was easy and transparant -- price advertised online was the real price in store, no surprise fees, no high pressure sales tactics, etc. Would recommend.

Greetings!I purchased a new 2020 Mazda3 from Cook Mazda Chrysler Dodge Ram in Aberdeen, MD in September 2020. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this time I felt it was well deserved.I consider myself a customer with high expectations (difficult customer?), plus I love cars and am very particular about them. I had trouble finding what I wanted (front wheel drive) home in NY (where 99% of dealer stock is all wheel drive). After checking online inventories within a 4-hour radius, I contacted Cook Mazda who had exactly what I wanted (drive, color, etc.).Salesman Dominic reviewed the deal with me via email, including the trade-in offer. He was very transparent and followed up on emails within a business day.Once I made it to Aberdeen, Dominic gave me the opportunity for extended test drives, including interstate highway. He worked with general manager Jerome to improve the deal further. They both listened to my budget constraints and brought the numbers to a comfortable level. Meanwhile they were both zero-pressure.I did have one concern: the pre-delivery detailing was not as I had expected it to be, and at that point it was too late in the evening to correct it. Dan, another manager who works with Jerome and Dominic, stepped in and listened to my concern. In these situations, people can easily get defensive and make excuses - thank goodness that didn't happen. Dan immediately acknowledged the concern and provided options to make it right.Finally, I made it to the finance office, which was the fastest processing I have ever experienced. Finance manager Randy was very expeditious and did not attempt to pressure me into buying any unwanted add-ons.I read a lot in car magazines about the Mazda brand wanting to go upscale, which includes a more posh dealership experience. Cook isn't what I'd call posh. It's down-to-earth, possibly a few things to work on, yada yada. The reason I'm giving 5 Stars is the fact that everybody there listened to me. They never interrupted me, talked over me, or attempted to discredit my concerns. I felt I was among decent folks.Thanks!

Had a fantastic experience with the Cook Automotive crew. The salesperson Moreno Brown was fantastic as was the whole staff there. Thank you all so very much!! What a great, great experience!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile to visit them.

This is my first time buying a Mazda product and I've been impressed every step of the way. Adam Bartlett was the salesperson who assisted me and was hands down the best I've had. He was very upfront, honest, easy going about everything, and willing to make the deal happen. He even took the time to have the front license plate bracket mounted and printed off documents I didn't have on me at the time. He is the reason I'll be shopping again at Mazda for future vehicles.The finance team was also very honest and forward and worked to get me an agreeable loan.100% would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I purchased a a vehicle at Cook Mazda in Aberdeen. My fiance and I worked with Jurece. Jurece was honest, patient, and worked hard to ensure we would have the best experience possible! He walked us through the process and details. We purchased the vehicle on Saturday and Jurece was kind enough to reached out to me that Monday to follow up and see how I was enjoying the vehicle and if I had any questions or concerns. He is so wonderful. I highly recommend Jurece and Cook Mazda!

Best service department around. Adam is super helpful and friendly. It's worth so much to have a service team that is trustworthy. They will patiently explain anything you inquire about and send you a link to a video of the mechanic walking thru your cars service (which is awesome). They keep our cars in great shape and don't push expensive services at each oil change (like some other Mazda service places around. I'm looking at you Heritage. ) Drop off is easy or wait upstairs away from the hustle and bustle. Give them a try...I bet you'll feel the same.

Worst new car experience I have ever had. The had an incoming car that I was ready to buy so I went in and filled all the paperwork out to complete the purchase when it came in. After a few weeks I checked it to get an update and they said any day. Then I saw the car come in and get sold to someone else. When I tried calling they never returned my calls or could answer about the car. Eventually I got ahold of another manager who said they had no record of the car or my paperwork. I reached out the GM twice who never returned my calls. Once I finally got ahold of someone a few weeks later I was just told the car isn t available anymore. I had to start my search completely over after cancelling other deposits to work with them. Even when they had another one coming in I reached out and tried to buy it but they never called when it came in. Place is a joke. This happened over the summer so I doubt those people work there anymore but don t trust Frank, Dan, or Jason. All of them lied. All I wanted was to buy a car at the price they gave me. I ll never understand what happened.

Excellent sales experience at Cook with a very knowledgeable Tavian Bowie. I would highly recommend it if you re looking for a new or used Mazda or one of the other brands.

Reading some of the reviews here I wasn't sure about this place but I went for myself and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Adam was awesome and helped me find a used truck within my price range and with great quality (looked almost new besides a few minor scratches from previous owner) especially in today's market where other dealerships will add on another 7-10k from the online price for a similar truck. Everything was smooth and fairly quick, I got the truck the same day and couldn't be happier. Had no issues with any paperwork or payments. Fairly certain anyone who had a bad experience caused the problem themselves.

Great place to go. I came in and was met by Mr. Bruce Demby who was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles i inquired about and never went to the computer for help looking up vehicles. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Purchased a Mazda3 a little over a week ago. Been driving for almost 50 years, and this was my best car buying experience ever! Patrick was a great salesperson and took time and care to see that everything went smoothly. The finance office was wonderful and got me a lower rate. I highly recommend Cook Mazda for anyone looking for a car.

Made a svc appt online, showed up at my scheduled time, and was promptly seen.The man at the service counter (really should've gotten his name) was knowledgeable, helpful, and very polite when he told me I couldn't unlock or start my car normally because I left the child safety sticker on the new battery I put in my key fob.Professional and non-judgmental. Thanks so much.
