1st time there to get a tire to replace my spare they put the wrong tire on and never said anything to me until I said something, they said they didn t have the right size tire so to me that means come back when we do and not put the wrong size on. Went back a couple times until they had the right size. Now this time 2-3 days later taking off my lug nuts for the right size tire they snap off a lug nut. They try and make the repair by replacing it with a new one and that didn t go well and they stripped the new one. I just wanted my money back at this point but they said they will fix it and they ll call me when the get the part so now I m driving with 4 lugs instead of 5. Also when the guy let the jack down the car started to drift away and busted my rain vent that s above my window. And here we are 3 months later and I haven t heard anything and I have stopped back in and left my info again and the tire they put on just completely shredded on the inside and left me stranded. I ve never left negative reviews but it s been 3 months and I have given them every opportunity to make it right. I m out the money for the tire, a broken lug still, the tire completely failed and the broken rain vent above my window. I ve been patient and I m very disappointed and will never ever go back there. I just wanted a tire (the right size tire) and it turned into this. No communication at all from them going there in person or getting a call from them to make this right, hope this doesn t happen to anyone else. 0 Stars

You may not find the tires you need, but sometimes you get lucky. if you are short for cash, and a new tire is out of reach. id come check out this spot for sure.

It was my first time using this place but they were great! I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. I pulled up and the guy got started right away. In and out quickly! I like that about small tire shops. I will be back!

If you need a tire fast and can't afford a new one... This is the place to go. Keeping in mind that you get what you pay for, it's helped me get back on the road several times.Make sure to check the tire before leaving because I did receive a tire with a hole in it. They were understanding and replaced it though so no complaints really.

Great cheap friendly service as long as the size tires you need are readily avail. However, I've learned that nobody ever answers their listed phone # but was able to get a separate cell # who was at least able to keep me updated on if my tires were in

So lately I've been needing more air in my tires. And usually the air is free but I noticed last couple of times " the pump didn't work" if I was making a purchase then I guess it would work. Usually I love them but they went up on prices n customer service sucks. I don't like kids doing adult jobs especially when it comes to my car... That's a huge risk for me and safety. I don't care how experienced they are I pull up for adult service not kids.

A little hole in the wall auto store I went to by mistake during summer last year. But it was a great mistake. Prices are great on the used tires, especially if your looking to save some money. No refunds, but they will exchange with a receipt in the allotted time limit. Has a restroom, and a small waiting room. They have all different tire sizes there, even different sizes of rims too. Parking lot is huge. Just watch out for a pile of tires every once in a while.

So i went to these guys before and immediately decided this is where I'd go from now on if I needed a used tire. This time around I've been calling for 3 days several times a day because it's out of my way and I want to know they have my tire before I go. Guess I will be going elsewhere unfortunately. Love this place just don't expect to talk to them on the phone.

Love my project tire shops. In and out quick and never had an issue. One of the best on rt 40 from Delaware to Baltimore. 10 starsI saw some bad reviews but these are the same type of people that hold the line up at McDonalds and cause drama because someone put to many pickles on their burger. Lol, get a life

Very fast and courteous service, and fair prices. Will certainly use again. Had a sidewall puncture and needed a replacement tire. Arrived, and 15 minutes later I was on my way.

I am the office manager of a small repair shop. I was looking for a new place to get used tires at. The gentleman I just spoke with on the phone, was very rude and he told me that he "would not deal with a dealership". Will not be referring anyone to Aberdeen Used Tires.

Horrible service does not have a tire gauge to put air in the tire employees rude and disrespectful not go here you will waste your time

Had gotten a full set of tires from here had to replace 3 one from blowing out 2 weeks later and the other two replaced for exposed wire, I personally can't say it would be my first choice it helps when you're in a bind and need something to hold you up till you can afford brand new tires

Cheap tire put on quick. Just got 2 fronts and was only there for 15 mins.
