A different garage wanted to charge me $700 for a part replacement. I bought the parts myself (for like 50 bucks) and brought them here. They did it quick and for a fraction of the cost. I will continue to bring my car here.

My mom bought a car from this place and was told the air conditioner worked but it does not work and instead of just fixing it my mom got a estimate of $642.00 to have it fixed . Charging $199.]0 for a part that I got fir $56.00 so to save my mom who is disabled money ill fix it my self . Yeah well the part that I bought has a warranty too and it was told that the air conditioner did work but it does not . Also this guy put on paper that gaskets where replaced but they where not . As a licensed maryland inspector checking things off that are said to have been replaced and where not is illegal and will go under investigation. I have the repair papers showing they where not replaced and pictures . Personally I don't think someone with a maryland inspection license should be able to inspect the cars they are selling . I'll be posting a update soon .

Let me tell you something. The owner Patrick is not only one of the best technicians, he s one of the best guys I know. Take your vehicle to someone you can trust. As a lady (in my experience), it s very hard to trust hairstylists and mechanics and I rely on reviews and personal recommendations. A friend of mine told me if I had car issues, this was the place to go. Then I looked up Google reviews and the ratings were encouraging. Well, it was that time to put an old car (that I love) in the shop knowing it was going to need some serious work.They made me feel totally comfortable, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues and provided explanations along the way. At know time did I feel like they were pulling my leg and the ending price was a little below my personal estimate.Very happy. She (my car) runs good. I have some other things that need to be fixed on this and my other cars as well. Our trusty minivan broke down on the way to NYC. The team here repaired our 'ol girl and got us back on the road in just a few hours. The nice guy at the counter even told us about the diner down the road, where we hung out and had breakfast. Nice folks and the van is running great. What a wonderful experience. Dale had just popped into the shop on his day off to give a customer their keys, and while we were a stranded on our road trip without an ounce of oil in our car, Dale was kind enough to come and help us out. It was a quick fix and he was so kind to take time out of his Saturday and help a stranded young couple on their road trip get back on the road again. I highly recommend this shop to everyone if you're looking for great service and exceptional hospitality.

Water pump seized, had to get it replaced and my Scion xD manual says you gotta pull the engine... Yeah. Called around and honestly just went with whoever gave me the cheapest quote. That was here. But over a year later, I've had no problems. Would return.

This is the worst place and experience ever. My friend s car couldn t start so we called this auto care and told us to bring the car. The car was toyed to the auto care. We knew the problem was with the spark but we don t know how to fix it. He told us to come and get the car the next day. However, when we were going to get the car and contacted them, this guy responded that their is a starter, oil, and battery problem. The battery and the oil were changed before a month ago so that was not the problem. He said he would plug in a new starter. When we call on the day he told us he would be able to fix the car, he always comes up with the reason. They had the car there for five days and they called on the 4th day to ask us if we have a spare key. They said the key might not be programmed to the car because it s not working for them but they have been using that same key since the beginning. The car was there for 5 days and they were not able to fix anything. My friend was disappointed because all week the guy who was in charge of her car was lying and not solving any problem. The whole company seems not to care about their customers. We didn t get charged anything, but my friend wasn t able to use her car for work since she don t live near this auto care and it was far from her work place for any transportation. We had to toy the car to another auto care that solved the problem with a day. The only problem the car had was a spark problem. If you are looking for a real and respectful mechanic, look for a different location. Wasting somebody s time and having the nerve to disrespect the customer is not what we signed up for. I advise anyone not to go there. If you go there and experience the same issue, sue the company!!!

I stopped by the other day after the mechanic I normally go to was busy. I needed front brakes and rotors. I went to a few other shops in town and received estimates then I stopped by Aberdeen Auto Care, this was my first time here, the customer service was great, the price was decent, I didn't have to wait very long - So far so good. I will be back.

I love going to Aberdeen Auto Care because Ed and Phil are amazing people. Ed took the time to educate me about my car, which has never happened for me at any other Auto Shop. What I really like is that Ed did not try to sell me everything under the sun (like most mechanics have in my past), he let me know what I needed, and when I needed to do it. The price is great and they seem to go out of their way to be kind, communicate everything that is needed, and work with you. I can honestly say I have finally found a mechanic I totally trust with my car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet who is in need of auto repair. Thanks Aberdeen Auto Care!!!!

Had them install transmission and new clutch and flywheel and they did a great job and was cheaper then original quote! And was done fast and couldn't ask for more .I lost the wheel key and they got me one which was a life saver .I'd recommend them over any other place in Aberdeen! We have dealt with Ed and Phil and both do everything possible to keep you safe in your vehicle as well as keep cost down. The customer service is amazing. They are honest, hard working people who actually care about their customers. The work that we have had done has been excellent and timely. This is the only place I would recommend for vehicle service.

Great experience. Took my car to Ed and he spoke to me about suggestions for my vehicle. At no point did I feel anything was an intent on upsale. Just great service and honest upfront suggestions. I actually was surprised at the compliments I received for my 7 year old 100k car. I know what it is, but, often mechanics will try and spin extra services in on the vehicle before ever inspecting it. Ed was delightful and competent.

I visited Aberdeen Auto Care recently at the recommendation of a local tire dealer. Recently my son had moved to the area, it was time to get thru inspection of an old 1998 Jeep. Ed took the time to spell out all the repairs that were needed and even provided a discount. The place was well kept and Ed made me feel like part of the family. I am also new to Aberdeen, so I really wanted to find a good honest shop with a well trained professional staff, I did with Aberdeen Auto Care! Trust in a shop is important, and they stand behind what they do. You'll like this place!

It was my first time going but it will not be my last. Ed took care of me from the time I called until my car arrived on the tow truck. Once I was there ed kept me updated. Tres fixed my car in reasonable time even though it had multiple issues. They was honest and polite, they made me so comfortable. The prices are wonderful.

Aberdeen auto care is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. Ed took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn t be more grateful for the way that he treated me, i felt more like family then another customer. If I could give more then a 5 star review I would! I will happily continue going to Aberdeen auto care for any car repair/maintenance and would refer anyone to them!

We were on the road back to Boston and had an urgent need with our vehicle. We called Aberdeen auto repair and they said come right over. They were professional and fixed the car up immediately. Took my truck there for an alignment and was quoted $80. Guy calls me back when the truck was done and told me it was going to be $130 because it was in bad condition. Wouldnt have been a problem if he called before he did the work but gave no notice. I get to the shop and ask for a print out spec. He gives me one from NTB and I ask why. He tells me that he doesnt do alignments and he took it down to NTB. I couldnt believe he outsourced my work and didnt even tell me ahead of time. Im considering reporting him to the better business bureau. If he lies about this little thing who knows what else he lies about on big repairs. I will never return to this shop and advise others to stay away.Service: Wheel alignment

I have not even picked my escalade up yet but Dale is one honest guy . He will not try to sell you a repair you dont need. They dont leave you wondering. He has called and gave me updates on my vehicle... I've lived in Aberdeen about 5 years. This is the place I take my cars for maintenance. I've never been pushed to get more work done than I needed, and the staff have always been professional.A few times they let me know that I would most likely need something else fixed (breaks, belts, etc.) in the near future, but they never push me to get it done earlier than necessary.

Since we moved here Aberdeen Auto Care is the only people that I trust with my cars even now that I've moved to Newark Delaware I still take my car there they're top notch

We take both our cars here regularly for oil service and other repairs as needed. Ed is always courteous, professional, and explains everything thoroughly. The work is completed in a prompt manner and we're continuously updated on what needs to be done when it's a big or complicated job. We've lived all over the US, and this is hands down the best place we've taken our cars to.

They have great Customer service. They really work with you and tell you what your car needs. I can't recommend this place enough. They are great. Fast work and great pricing and the manager ed was so nice and helpfully. Won't take my car any where else

They do excellent work at a reasonable price. They are very trustworthy and I am not a person that likes to leave my vehicles with anyone but here I have total confidence in them and can trust my vehicles with them. Anyone looking for an excellent auto technician in the area should come here!

Patrick looked at my car when the engine overheated Christmas Eve (on his own time) and added coolant. I had been heading to the train station to get my brother and had never used this business. He and my brother then pushed my car into his lot. My car was fixed the Monday after Christmas in the afternoon. Repair cost was well within the standard range--below the average cost, in fact.Service: Engine repair
