Gave them a call today and they told me that there was no one there and if I wanted to come in: now would be a great time. I was quoted for $106 for mounting and changing my tires over to snow tires. Luckily, I had purchased the lifetime balance and rotation with the brand new all seasons I bought at the beginning of this year. So they then quoted me at $56. In less than 45 minutes: they had my snow tires put on, rotated, and balanced and the total for all of it came to be only $44! That's fantastic! Also the people who work here are very nice. If you're looking for people who want to help everyone here, especially at the skowhegan Walmart: this is the place to go. I was highly impressed. Also the woman who helped me with all of this, Monica, has a wonderful personality and was very helpful.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

What a rip off. False advertisement all around, force this lifetime mount and balance charge, and no where does it state it is a seperate charge! They tried telling me that everywhere splits up the charges. Ended up paying like 130 dollars to just have my own winter tires put on.Don t ever go here, bad customer service and a lawsuit for false advertisement waiting to happen.Go to VIP tires right down the road or anywhere else and pay far less!!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Spent an hour walking around the store only to be told they weren't able to do either. They couldn't get a lug nut off and couldn't do the oil change. We went home and my husband did it all in the driveway, on the dirt. Never will we use the automotive services again!

Was there today to get 4 tires on my expedition. The sales gut said be right back. 15 minutes later he comes back. Oh where is that you and takes off again. Another 15 wasted. Finally comes back and I say need 4 tires put on. Sorry have to talk to another Walmart guy and walks past me. Thanks tire department for nothing.

The staff at the tire center went above and beyond for me today. Got a flat, the fit me in right off the tow truck. I forgot my wallet when I left home over 80 miles away so had limited cash, they worked with me to find something that worked and was within my current budget. I will come here for any tire needs in the future for the simple fact they cared about a person today, not just a customer. Kudos to them!! Will highly recommend to anyone!Service: Tires

If I could give zero stars, I would.Had to get new tires and valve stems. Ordered the tires and such, came in fast and was able to make an appointment quickly. Great, right?The experience there however was horrible. I got the road hazard and such for the extra cost and was fine with that. I was pressured into a unneeded 120 dollar upgrade to my valve stems. I was told it was the law that i have special valve stems on the tires. I normally would have up and left, but they already had the tires off my vehicle and off the rims. So i was literally forced to do this. Even after arguing that they were lying, they changed the story to walmart policy requires the part.4 hours later, i get my truck back. And only 3 of the 4 stems were changed, even though I paid for 4. I went back inside to tell them that the 4th one was missed. They told me to come back some other time and that i couldnt make an appointment, that they run off a first come first serve basis.They treat you like the world of tires is a science that you could never understand. They are rude and the worst. I will likely not even return for my free rotations and balances.

Had to get a new battery. Penny and Bryan waited on me. They were both very helpful and efficient. It's a pleasure doing business with them.Also got my tires rotated for free because I had purchased them at this same auto shop last year.

Staff was good. Unfortunately they don't have all the equipment they need if a lug bolt is stuck. 3 of 4 tires done just wish they matched tire pressure (even ask them to fill the one they couldn't remove) left at 21,30,33,37 psi ????

Notice my tire was leaking so I called Walmart of Skowhegan sometime after 5pm. The gentlemen said if I could get there in time they may be able to help ne out. I got there about 26 mins before closing time and I was able to get new tires. Considering the fact I called other garages and nobody wanted to help me out, I am very happy with Walmarts Service. Thank you so much for helping me out now I can use my work vehicle tomorrow!!

Rude and ignorant staff. Customer Service and Appreciation very lacking. Forgot my mask. Instead of politely reminding me or offering a complimentary mask, I was yelled at and degraded. Will never go here or recommend in the future. My money is better spent elsewhere... Shameful.

After a hour wait and after my tires where checked and put on the lift was told my tires are to old??? Never using a Walmart for car service again.

I was a walk in and they made time for me on a busy day. Had a nail in my tire that they took out and patched up.

Not impressed. Go in for tires, and blah blah blah is wrong with the vehicle, didnt come in for an inspection, also improperly installed wipers on a 99 camry i had, and one came over causing damage to the windshield, I wouldn't even reccomend advice from these people.
