Definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone for windshield repair. The guy at the front desk seems disinterested in helping customers. There is putty all over the windshield and interior lining of the windshield. There is glass, both huge shards and glass dust, throughout the front of the car (cupholders, middle console, floor, etc.). Overall, it was a horrible experience. We will not be going back for future repairs and telling everyone we know to stay away.

Terrible customer service. The person who waited on me was completely disinterested in providing assistance. He made no effort to accommodate me in a timely manner. The first appointment he could give me was a week out. I contacted Safelite and they came to me the next business day! Could not recommend.

I need 5 house windows replaced. They came out to the house; everything was fine, they would do the work. Theyl came out again (to go inside, get measurements etc.). The renters had to get ready for them to come in. It's a hassle but they dealt with it. Then at least a month passed and I didn't hear from them. I called. Only then did they tell me that they couldn't do the work.

I was quoted $300 to replace a broken truck window. We dropped our truck off to be repaired and before we even got home, American Glass called to let us know they had ordered the wrong part and the part they needed, was double the price I was quoted! With no complaints from us, the gentlemen who called then explained that because this was their mistake, they were only going to charge me the $300 originally quoted. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! I am so appreciative to the people at American Glass. Their customer service is spectacular and I will forever do business with them.
