overall pretty upsetting visit. went to get my oil changed and after 2 minutes of not even touching my car, the elderly manager yelled and swore and an employee in the middle of the store. when they took me to pay, they immediately walked away from the desk to do something else, so i m pacing around and i see the most heinous thing on the computer. (pic included) not to mention they didn t wash my window which is standard for them and my filter was leaking when i left and i had to take my car elsewhere. i may recommend prometo in general but certainly not this one. if i could give zero stars i would.

Staff there that Saturday all seemed very relaxed and ready to take on work. Also the workers were very polite. And they washed my windshield even though I was only there for an oil change!

We were in state visiting and needed an oil change.The manager Mr Keith was so cordial and kind. True to their name in and out in ten minutes.It was the cleanest quick oil change joint I ve ever been to. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Always fast and efficient...less expensive than Jiffy Lube. The local in Scarborough is great because it tends to be less crowded too. Go here!

I can t find a reason why I wouldn t give 5 Stars. Clean place, welcoming, polite. Willing to at least try to help with small things that don t exactly involve oil changes. Gone here for years. Never a complaint.

This is the best Prompto I have been to from the Midcoast to the southern Maine area. These guys are professional and friendly. These employees stick around. Other locations they hire and fire all the time so you always get someone new and you really loose out on quality work. This place has been nothing but great experiences. Also the building seems newer, it's always clean and I love how they print the label and have the tablet in hand to ensure you are getting the correct service for your make and model. This location is just doing it right and I wish other locations would take notes.

Best prompto I've been to yet. Very clean, very professional and fast. Treated with respect and had everything we needed except wipers which is okay. Hope they keep there crew they have, bunch of great guys, well besides the always absent site manager. Otherwise 9/10 would recommend the extra few miles to go see these guys!

This Pronto is top notch. Keith, the manager runs a tight ship. He and his crew are professional, organized and efficient. Keith is a great leader and has his crew focused and on task. Keith models this every time I am there. Today when I got there the bays were empty but Keith was outside picking weeds in the mulch bed. He cares about his job. I would recommend this place 100%.Service: Oil change

They were able to fit me in at the last minute, and did the oil & filter change quickly. A little bit pricey, but glad to have the change done when others couldn't get it done !

I was always an anti-quick oil change kinda guy due to the horror stories I had heard before. This shop completely changed my mind. Kevin runs a great business. His shop is always clean, his mechanics are professional and well informed and they always get me in and out without any worries. Highly recommend

I have been using Prompto for both personal and business vehicles for over 20 years in various Portland locations. They are always pleasant, reasonably priced, super fast (10 minutes or less), and great to deal with, and the Scarborough location continues in this tradition. I have been to them probably @100 times, and not once has there been a problem with any oil changes or a reason I had to go back to them for an issue. A great, high quality, low priced, consistent and professional experience each time, I'm a huge fan of these Prompto workers at each site! The owners should be proud of the reputation their employees create.Service: Oil change

This Prompto is so helpful friendly and informative. I needed help getting old plates off and the screws were rusted in. The gentleman on the phone told me to come right down. Great customer service. I've always used Prompto, but not every Prompto has customer service skills. This place does and does quality work. I've always had a good experience here, and will continue to bring my vehicle here all the way from Sanford.

I have had 3 oil changes here. Very professional, quick and fairly priced. It was under $60 for synthetic oil. I have 2020 Subaru Ascent.

Solo traveler here. Best oil change I've ever had in my life. (Started out at the South Portland location close to the mall but that was way too busy) I pull up in my car and they take me in right away. I stay in my car, tell them my information, badda bing badda boom my car's oil has been changed and I'm back on the road! Great teamwork guys!

The only thing holding me back from giving this business 5 stars is the awkward exit from these garage. I can see inexperienced and maybe elderly drivers scraping a little curb. Apart from that, this was maybe the best Prompto I've been to, and I've been a customer of theirs for years. Great staff and fast service!

The oil change itself was fine. But when I drove across the country and needed to change my own oil because the prices were triple, I was unable to get the bolt off the oil pan. I have worked for three days, in and out of the auto parts store borrowing special tools-which they have not had just what I need- climbing under the car -trying to get there from their from above- lying on disgusting oily parking lots -asking friends to help. I cannot get the bolt off. I cannot change my oil. I will need to go to a mechanic and pay them to loosen the bolt because they ll either have the 4 feet long wrench needed to create leverage required to loosen the bolt without a power tool. OR! They ll put it up on a lift which is an automatic $125 to use the power tool to loosen the bolt. Horrible horrible horrible time wasting experience. The 10 minute pronto oil change has now cost me 10 hours and likely $160 by the time I m done.Service: Oil change

Very pleased with how they handle the COVID-19 protocol. I was able to stay in my car and they were very conscientious about distance . All wore masks and gloves. Very professional. I really like staying in my car, I think they should allow people to do that long term.
