Came here for a second opinion on a quote I was given. They were so professional and helpful. Wrote everything down for me to bring to a transmissions place and even recommended the best ones.I ll definitely be back for any other things I need done.

This isn't where I normally go for service, and I'm always very skeptical of service shops since they have a reputation of ripping people off (normal shop was booked out). I came here because they are within walking distance to my house. I scheduled an alignment- they were running on time and took me right in. As I waited it was clear they had a good relationship with everyone who came in- they all seemed to be regulars. I felt they were very honest and fair and I highly recommend them based on their customer service. I'm happy to have another shop so close by that I feel I can trust.

Honest and quickVery pleased with the services I received. Friendly, honest, and quick are words that come to mind when thinking back on my experiences with Paulins. I hope that whoever owns/operates this shop values the staff that work there.

These guys are awesome! They got me in for tire mounting in half the wait time of anyone else I called and they charged a bit less the others too. I will definitely go back next time I need tire stuff. They do great work too.

If you need to have anything done with your car go to these guys! I ve gone to tons of places but since I ve got work done with them I haven t left. They never let me down, their prices are great, and Gary is awesome!

the best! i admittedly know nothing about cars, and could easily have been up-charged and sold things that i do not need. however, the staff at paulins were nothing but helpful, honest, and reliable! i was able to quickly make an appointment for an inspection sticker, and was in and out (with a passing sticker ) within 15 min. as a car naive, younger woman i dread going to the auto shop. but this was an all around wonderful experience. 100% would recommend. thank you!!!

The wrong size tire was accidentally put on the last time I had tires put on. It took three routine service trips to the dealership for them to catch it. The tires also wore down very quickly. When I informed Pailin Tire in Saco about it, they went good for it. Only made me pay for labor, parts and the difference in the cost of the tires I had versus the tires I wanted this time around. I m very pleased with how easy this was.

Flat tire at the beginning of a vacation is never a great experience. But Paulins made it a ton better.Five other places told us they were 4+ days booked out, two said they'd "get us in today", these guys did it while we waited.

We are from out of state and were traveling to Rhode Island when we got a flat tire. My car doesn t have a spare and so we stopped at a few close tire places, who all told us it would be a day to fix our flat. We finally called Paulin s and explained our dilemma, who said they would help us out right away. A short time later we were back on the road and paid a very reasonable rate. It s hard to find good, genuine people who are willing to drop what they are doing to help someone out anymore, but we were very fortunate to find Paulin s who took good care of us. Thank you and highly recommend!

I had great service from Greg and Gary. I called on the highway and Greg was great when I was concerned that I would break down. Greg helped me get right in and I found out the dealership told me I needed things done that weren't necessary. Greg's team was quick and now my jeep runs great! I won't hesitate to bring it to them again in the future.

I ve been coming to Paulin s since we moved to Saco 4 years ago. They always get me in quickly, tell me how it is in a way that makes sense, don t give me grief for any of my questions, and do an awesome job on our family s vehicles. Today they had me down for an inspection, I was late (..as usual)- they took me no problem and added an oil change on the spot. Reminded me that my registration was due, made small talk while I worked on my laptop.. all around great group of folks- happy to have found them!

Got an emergent pre-holiday Friday afternoon screw in my tire resulting in a flat. I tried 3 diff places with no luck with getting in, pulled into Paulins & within 2 minutes of pulling into the shop they had my car up on the lift! Very thankful for the prompt, let me fix ya up welcoming! Thank you so much guys, you saved the day!

Great guys willing to help with a road hazard, while on vacation in the area we picked up a screw in Tire, VIP said come back in 4 days, these guys took me in and fixed in a few minutes.

Owner was great when I talked to him a couple years back. Went in for an alignment and new tires. When I left still pulled super hard to the right and a light was on on the dash. I called and asked and got blown off. Called the Portland location and aired my grievances and dropped the van off there. A wire to some sensor was cut at some point during the tire swap out and they tried to charge me to fix it, and said they couldn t check the alignment issue because the machine was down. I just won t go back.

Never have any problems! My new go to for oil changes, body work, tires and even buying a good used car! Couldn t ask for a better local business in saco to have your car worked on! Always decently priced and fast service! Found this place one evening in a furry to get an inspection. All the other places were booking out days to weeks in advance. Paulins took me right in and I was out in under an hour. 10/10 would recommend

if you are going to do an inspection on any vehicle if it is the only place that found flaws and the next person I took it to found absolutely nothing wrong.Probably my fault I should have made it clear inspection done first You would have thought that they themselves would have ? Why would anyone work on a vehicle they consider basically junk?

I went in for a couple routine maintenance jobs. The folks went out of their way to fit me in while I waited, worked quickly, and even did me the courtesy of calling me partway through to make sure I knew what work they were doing and what the estimate would be. Will be back again, and recommending to friends. As someone who does a lot of car work on my own (usually), I felt they did a good job at a good price.

Gary and his staff of mechanics are the best. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend Paulin's in Saco!

We picked up a screw in a tire while visiting Maine. We were in Portland when we discovered that the tire was almost flat. We attempted to find a tire shop that could fix it but no one in Portland could get to it until the next day or later. Since we were staying in Saco we called Paulin s. To our surprise they told us to come right in. We put on our spare and drove to Paulin s where they immediately fixed the flat and put it on the car for us. Price was reasonable and staff was very friendly. Great service! Thanks!

Not sure how I haven't left a review yet, but They've been my people for almost 2 years now. Mark, Tyler and their guys are the greatest, kindest most honest group of Mechanics you'll even find. I don't know what I'd do without them.If you have any kind of concern about garages not being honest or upfront and genuine people these guys these are the people you want to meet.

The most important thing when you're a person who doesn't know a ton about vehicle maintenance and need to choose a mechanic is trust. Over the past 4 years, Paulin's has earned it in spades. Mark and his crew thoroughly explain every problem/situation and potential actions and patiently answer all questions. I feel confident I am getting the very best service for my car every time.

Huge thank you to the guys at Paulin's Tire & Auto Care. I was out of town on vacation and they helped me out in a pinch despite being booked solid for more than a week out.Great service, nice people, I would highly recommend.

The guy was too busy playing fruit ninja on his phone to look to see if they had tires. The lazy man said it might take until the end of the week to change 2 tires. That s totally understandable. They re getting 2 stars not because he was too busy to help but because he was bad at fruit ninja.

I blew out a tire last night brought it to Paulins this morning they had it patched and back on my car within 30 minutes, saved me from having to buy 4 tires! always always very pleasant happy to do business with them

Earlier this morning on my way to work I ran over the railroad tracks and blew a tire. I went to another Local Company who was literally directly across the street from me and even though they could see that I was very bothered by this they could not offer me any form of assistance.Went less than half a mile down the road, Mark gave me a great deal, had somebody help me even though they were already working on somebody else, and they fixed my truck amazingly.And I actually still managed to make it to work on time without being late.

Couldn t be more impressed with their integrity and follow through. Trust these guys. They took complete responsibility for getting my car RIGHT. Mark even had me drive for a couple days and then come back to tell him what my experience was and what it might need. I ll never use anyone else now.
