Recently purchased a used truck from salesman Chris Lyle. We couldn t have been happier with his knowledge and professionalism. He made it a very easy process and the sales manager and Finance manager were a pleasure to deal with as well. Great place to buy a vehicle and would recommend it to anyone.

Herb Johnson in Service was very helpful every step of the way when my 2011 Mustang GT broke down..he kept me informed through everything. Even though the Mustang was not purchased there, (but we have 2 other vehicles currently purchased from IRA)..he still treated me with great customer service. A big help getting my baby fixed in a timely manner. I will keep using IRA for this car..thank you for everything!!!

Great dealer and group. They go above and beyond to help the customer, real old school customer first mentality that so many businesses are missing these days. The entire team at Ira Ford Saco was so kind and easy to work with. I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car from Billy. I could not recommend him enough to anyone who is looking to get a new car. If you are looking for someone who is honest and caring, please go see him! The whole process was very easy and stress-free, which I have never experienced before when going to other dealerships. Whatever you need, I guarantee they can help you out. Highly recommend going to Ira Ford. The service is always well done and they keep me up to date through the service so I know what to expect. I have taken my car there for oil changes, tire rotations, milestone services and maintenance specifically with the sales rep Herb and have always been more than pleased with the outcome. Will definitely continue going back there to Herb and his team.

I am posting this here because no one responded to me! So here s the email I sent them!My vehicle was at your shop for 127 days when I got it back it has many problem as the list followRemote starter doesn t workAir conditioner doesn t workMissing two screws in the roof linerMissing rear climate controlMissing Cover plate on the back of the radioLoose bolts in driver seatRusting under front seatsBroken/missing plastic clipsCracked front bumperSticky residue on window frameI m sure there s other things I haven t found yet! I want to remind you this vehicle was only six months old brand new when it was dropped off at your shop! I m beyond disgusted with the service department clearly has no integrity for there work! Whoever was in charge of this vehicle should be fired ! I can only assume there s rust under my seats due to rain getting in my vehicle over the summer One time i showed up there and it was torrential down pouring out with rain going in my vehicle I even have a video of this incident I don t wanna assume but it wouldn t surprise me if the window motors are all rusted as well! bolts loose under the driver seat like this is unacceptable and a safety hazard! I paid $68,000 for this vehicle waited a year and a half to get it for my family! I am furious how my vehicle was treated in your shops care! $24,000 repair bill and that s how I get my vehicle back! Let me know how you would feel if that was your vehicle!!! I look forward to speaking to you!

Excellent service as always as I ve come to expect. I appreciated the short lead time - 1 day only - for my appointment. In and out quickly first thing in the morning for my routine service. The service team took good care of my baby ( 20 Mustang GT)! Jesse on the service team informed me I had accumulated points which I wasn t aware of. Great integrity there !

These guys are amazing! My vehicle was giving me trouble, and I was able to have an appointment the same day! An extensive amount of work needed to be completed, but the guys at Ira Ford were able to have everything completed for me in a week, and even dropped my vehicle off to me at work!! Highly recommend

Loved the service I received from Ira Ford Saco. My extended warranty company can be a hassle to deal with for the dealerships but Jesse spent a lot of extra time working to save me money. Also I much appreciated the courtesy shuttle ride while my car was being worked on. Everything was very professional and top-notch

Worst experience ever buying a truck. It took them almost 2 weeks to correct issues with the new vehicle I bought. I have no faith in the service department or sales department. Stay away.

We got a ford escape there over $20,000.2017. Two months later the transmission goes they didn t fix it almost $5,000. When we bought it there was another car we were looking into at a different dealer with a lot less mileage for $5,000 more. We could have got that one for what we got this one. Now we are having more trouble with it. They love you when you re there buying a car but when you leave that s it no help.

Sales staff is great, recent service experience was not good. They attempted to upsell me with "recommended" services on a year-old truck with 15K miles that has only been maintained by Ira Ford since new. The truck is well taken care of, garaged and not abused. The recommended items would have totaled over $1,000 (on a year-old truck). None of the repairs were warranty items but labeled as "recommended maintenance". I declined the services. They also did not use a non-marring socket to remove the lug nuts for the tire rotation and stripped almost every corner of every nut. The result is lug nuts that are now rusting after the first trip through salt. I hand wash my truck and noticed it right away. Overall, very disappointed.As a follow up- I took the truck to another dealer for a second opinion on the recommended items and they said no way everything looked fine. I like the staff but was very disappointed in the attempt to drum up service business, damage to the lug nuts and will most likely not return.

The employees I dealt with in the service department were top notch. We are traveling from out of town and they treated us like long time customers. We were informed daily of the progress on our vehicle and given a ride when it was determined the work would be longer than a day. I highly recommend Ira Ford.

Great experience on what could have been a bad day. Thanks to the help I received in the sales and service departments I was able to take my old SUV, and use it as a down payment on a brand new truck.After receiving the news about all the service my vehicle needed to get back on the road, I was brought to Jamie that sat me down talked out the situation I was in and what my budget could be for a newer vehicle. Jamie was able to take what I had and get me into a Brand new 2023 F-150. Jamie showed me several options IRA Ford had to offer, on a large plethora of trucks. Though I was in a ruff situation Jamie made the process easy and I walked away THAT DAY, with a dream truck at the budget line that I could afford. My thanks goes out to the IRA Ford Sales team and Jamie on making this process a good one!

Very good experience. In and out for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection in less than an hour. This first oil change was free from a promotion offered by the dealership. Thought I may have to pay for the tire rotation but there was no charge for that either. I ll be back for the next scheduled maintenance.

Joe Frechette and his team at IRA Ford in Saco were outstanding. They kept me up to date on the purchase order and delivery date and when it came in made sure everything was set up properly. It was a breeze to pick up quickly and did not try to cross sell or upsell anything in the final process. Highly recommend!

I recently got my Forester from Ira Ford in Saco. This is the place you want to go. Every negative stereotype of buying a car is silenced; working with Dave Blanchard and Joe Frechette was exactly what I was looking for. No ridiculous dealer markups, good trade-in value for my vehicle. The car was clean and fueled up when I got there! Working with them is as easy as buying a car can be!

Outstanding service!! We were on vacation when the wheel bearing went. We showed up late in the day without an appointment. They had diagnosed the problem the next day at 1pm and had the vehicle fixed the following morning. Great service from Herb to Paul, and the entire team. Would highly recommend.

Had problems getting scheduled at another Ford dealer so decided to try Ira. Used online scheduling tool to book a day later arrived at 8am they took truck right away sent text messages along the way. Just simple 10k maintenance but very happy with service and team there.

IRA is the best! Want to thank Keith in service for getting my truck and repair right away when all the other dealers had a 2 week wait! The even came and picked me up when my truck was done!
