Bill Dodge did an amazing job completing body work on my car. They arranged for me to have a rental car and what they quoted me was what I ended up paying. I get all my oil changes there too. Not only do they have a great rewards program but they also provide complimentary shuttle services to and from my work so that I can get routine maintenance done without having to take too much time out of my day. I appreciate a company that is honest, reliable, and goes out of its way to make its services as accessible as possible!

My whole experience was amazing! Amanda was very helpful, personable and efficient. She answered all my questions and went over all the features of my new car with me before I left the lot. I was also very impressed with how quickly the financing process was.I don t normally like to buy a new car because in the past it took hours and a lot of waiting around. This time I was in and out within an hour. Very happy!All my cars will be purchased with Bill Dodge in Saco, Maine.Thank you for a very enjoyable experience. I love my new car!!!

Stopped in today to look at a vehicle, met with Ken, who was extremely cordial and helpful. Located the one we were looking for and made an easy transaction for us. Everyone within the dealership was friendly and other customers appeared to be approached quickly and professionally as well. Easy to recommend so far!

I showed up without an appointment all the lights & sensors were going off, and Nick, Service Writer, got me right in. They told me the issue / cost up front and the additional work my vehicle will need before my upcoming inspection. I was able to pay using a link & I ll pick up my car after work. Easy!! Bill Dodge for the win, again! I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick back in 2020 and the transaction was easy and seamless. This time around, I bought a Nissan Rogue from Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco, and they provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I worked with Frank Sandoval, who you should seek out if you enjoy working with a kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable individual. When it was time to sign, I shimmied over to Erica McGahey s office with my free cup of coffee and was provided yet again, with stellar service. She clearly talked me through warranties, and highlighted specific options and extras that were relevant to my current situation and lifestyle.Thank you to the team at Bill Dodge for making my car shopping experience feel like a walk in the park or maybe a drive in the park, considering this is a vehicle review.

This was the best experience I ve ever had with a car dealership. From sales to finance, these people were amazing. Amanda worked with me to get the car I wanted at a good price and Erica went over my financing options and maintenance packages. They were professional, personable, and really made the whole experience less daunting but surprisingly enjoyable! When shopping for a new vehicle in the future, I will no doubt be visiting them again!

From our initial greeting to each and every encounter with sales managers, sales reps, used car managers, and finance, it was exceptional! It was a pleasant and no-pressure culture, and we would not hesitate to buy another Nissan from this dealership in the future. I highly this Saco, Maine location of Bill Dodge to anyone and everyone, even if they are not currently considering a Nissan vehicle. Go check them out! It's worth the time and experience to at least walk in the door and meet them and discuss your options.

Great experience throughout with Amanda and the rest of the team at Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. Amanda Ivey was a pleasure to work with. She responded immediately to all my questions and created a no pressure atmosphere before, during and after the test drive. I worked w Frank to purchase my 2018 BMW M2. He was awesome; down-to-earth, honest and went out of his way to help me. He even drove my car down to me (from Maine to Massachusetts)! I couldn t recommend more! They are excellent.

Being loyal to another dealership for upwards of 15 years I took a chance with Bill Dodge Auto Group (BILL DODGE!). They had the vehicle I wanted that checked all my boxes. When we arrived Client Advisor Amanda Ivey greeted us immediately. She was very welcoming, down to earth and very fun to talk to. It did not seem like we were purchasing a vehicle. The transaction was seamless and quick. Customer service goes a long way for me. We have decided to switch our car buying to Amanda as well as service for our vehicles to BDAG. In early February 2024, my wife and I went shopping in Maine for a new truck. We visited three dealerships in our quest and received sales quotes from each. In each case, we were treated professionally and with respect and courtesy. We did not encounter any high pressure. Of the three dealerships, we felt that Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco was head and shoulders above the others. They negotiated with us fairly, listened to our needs, and went the extra mile to give us the deal and concessions we wanted, beating out the other two dealers. Our salesman, Glyn Igiraneza, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in demonstrating the vehicle and answering all of our questions. The sales experience went smoothly and quickly, with no glitches whatsoever. It was a pleasure to do business with Bill Dodge Nissan.

Straight forward and easy communication. Asked if they did in fact have the car that was on their site, got what the numbers were, and they let us say just say yes or no. No stress at all, very easy and quick. Would recommend for sure!

Love the service! Always smiling and greeting you right away. Really appreciate the ride service offered so you don t have to sit waiting if it is going to be a long wait for your car. And the prices are really competitive. I always say they do a great job as my car runs great when they are done but today, I had the interior detailed and OMG!!! It looks like a brand new car - amazing! I take car of my cars but my car is 5 yrs old and WOW! And only $129!! Thanks Saco Nissan!

We moved from Colorado to Maine and needed a new vehicle. Cary Ribblett was very genuine, friendly, informative, and no pressure. Best car buying/leasing experience I've ever had! I'd give 10 stars, if able to!Back for 5k maintenance service; I was mistakenly 1hr early for appointment; no problem! Got in and out in 45mins. Left before my scheduled appointment. These guys/gals are awesome! Extraordinary customer service!

Buying our car was a very smooth process with no sales pressure (at least not that we noticed). Initially, our wait time for our preferred model and trim would have been 2 months but the day after we got a call that a sale fell through and we could pick up our new car in the desired trim at our convenience. Very happy :-)

Frank and Eric were excellent in getting me the perfect car that was safe and reliable. I came into the dealership right before they closed for the evening and they both stayed for a few hours to get me in my car to drive right home! 10/10 would recommend these guys, they are fantastic!

Chris, the GM, Amanda in Sales, and Aaron in Finance went over and above what you'd expect in order to meet and exceed my wants and needs. They were friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, hardworking and you could tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you all so much for everything. Once we were able to make the numbers work and I committed to purchasing the vehicle, the process went very quick and smooth. I completed the credit application at home, and when I came in the next day everything was ready for me. The whole process probably took less than an hour!

After an accident totaled my car, I began the arduous process of finding a new one. Cary provided excellent customer service but didn t have the car I wanted After a couple more days of unsuccessful searching, Cary called to let me know he had secured the car I wanted. I drove right over and bought it! I was thrilled by this no pressure, customer centered sales style . You ll feel like you have a friend in the business . I could not be happier
