Well, first appointment here didn't happen as they were too busy that morning and I couldn't go back d/t other arrangements, not on them. Second appointment here went great. Excellent service, positive vibes, you get told what to expect and what will work and what won't. Pretty much you don't get your crank yanked around. Family oriented and has the cutest little garage manager keeping his grandpa in check. Definitely tells you that family is important and I felt confident knowing that someone understands my exact concerns while doing any work on my vehicle. I had Gilman's order a hitch for my SUV. It was priced $20 over my estimate. So not bad at all. I would definitely go back if I needed an done on my vehicle. Guess my mechanic better watch out .

have you ever had a mechanic who gave you top notch customer service with an incredible can-do attitude? I found great service to my vehicle here but not just that, he didn't mind me asking him questions even while he was working, in fact he told me "iv done this many times don't worry about bothering me I have time for your questions." he even taught me a few things I didn't know about my car (typical I thought YouTube taught me enough XD) He has a very busy shop but made room for me because he stood by his word. would recommend to everyone I know especially people who need hard jobs done (even old world cars.) absolutely incredible job!Services: Exhaust, Auto A/C replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement

I rented a U-Haul trailer from them. The person I dealt with, William, was very helpful and very friendly. I had to make adjustments to my rental which were handle with ease thanks to William. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brought our Jeep Liberty to them to have them fix what neede to be and they came up with a 1500 quote without even checking it out or even opening the doors. How is that even possible anyway? Needless to say we towed it out of thereafter 3 weeks and brought it elsewhere. Dishonesty at work with this place and I HIGHLY DO NOT TRUST NOR RECOMMEND this place whatsoever.

Great place. Will is super personable. We also have rented from the u haul that s out of this garage, had a mix up in dates and Will gave us a deal! Definitely recommend.

Honest, accurate, friendly, and fair. My starter went while picking up a U-Haul trailer and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had nice conversation with both father and son that own the garage. If my car was to break down again, I can only hope it will be at Gilman's again. Thank you for your help and conversation.
