I had a great experience here. Awsome customer service, Emily took care of my rims and tires with a quick estimate i couldn't pass up.. the job was completed fast and A+ A+. 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They were very helpful when we were picking out tires, did an oil change and fixed any lights that we had that were not working, and this was all done during a walk in . They did a great job and super polite . We will be back !

Took my wife s car in to have some work done at the Old Town VIP and the guys there were so wonderful. They got right to work and completed the work early. Very professional and courteous. They worked so hard and knew what they were doing. I will never go anywhere else. They treated me like family.

I had a slow leak in my driver s side front tire. I brought my car to VIP, Old Town. I was a little anxious about it, based on a bad experience at a different location in the past. The employees at VIP Old Town immediately set me at ease, and answered any questions I had. Viktor, the mechanic, was amazing. He updated me every step of the way, and offered his opinion on other work that needed to be done. He also showed me firsthand as to why. The level of customer service I received on 8/9/2023 deserved nothing less than a 5 star rating. Thanks guys! I appreciate you!

I had snow-tires put-on my car today. The staff working on my car were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and were very communicative throughout the whole process (even pointing out several unrelated issues with the vehicle). This thoroughness and ease-of-use makes it quite likely that I will return to this store for future automotive needs.

Excellent service. In and out in an hour. Four new tires and a multi point inspection which indicated that I needed new filters. Extremely thorough. Will definitely be back for all my future maintenance.

Went in for an oil change, left with a list of repairs they said needed to be done totaling 2-2.5k. Went to my usual mechanic to have it double checked because it was a lot of money to spend if I didn't need to, or could get a better price. My regular mechanic said everything except my tires were fine (which I expected), and that nothing on the list aside from 2 front tires had to be done. As far as I'm concerned, they saw a woman walk in, thought I wouldn't double check their quote, so they tried their luck. Will not go back for anything lol

Paid my local mechanic a lot of money to do new parts on the front suspension, he stickered it, and sent me to get an alignment. Went to VIP because my mechanic isn t equipped to do so. Then VIP tells me that they can t align it because I needed new parts. After I just paid for new stuff. So either the guy lied because he didn t want to do the job, or the more likely situation is that they were just trying to get me to spend more money than i needed to. Definitely will never go back.

Our alternator failed on Wednesday January 31st. We were 3 hours from our home. We had traveled on I 95 and was able to make it to an exit. We were in Old Town. The car stopped just as we got off the ramp. We had the car towed to VIP. They had a few cancelations so they were able to look at the car. Getting the alternator out was difficult but the technician (I wish I remembered his name) worked diligently to get it done while we waited. We were on our way to the Vetnarian with our paralyzed dog Tilly. The staff was extremely caring and concerned about our situation. I would recommend this VIP location! When I went there in February for my inspection they fixed my window washer pump, which was great. However, they didn t explain the pricing of the service itself. I was originally told it would be in the range of $180, they didn t explain that wasn t including the service fee (which was conveniently posted on a wall around the corner and not visible from the counter itself at the time). I shrugged it off because hey, I could have been more observant and walked around the corner at some point. Today however, I was walking in to see if anyone would be able to help me remove a part from my car, wholly willing to make an appointment if need be. The woman at the counter was unbelievably cold and unapproachable, and seemed insulted that I even walked in to ask for something like that. I d shrug it off to maybe she was having a bad day, but it made me feel like my business wasn t wanted at all. I ll go to another location from now on.

Fantastic service. Went to have a running light replaced and lamps restored, and the folks here did an excellent job.The tech working on the restoration went out of his way to redo one of the lamps because he wasn't satisfied with his work the first time. Took a little longer, but I really appreciate his attention to his craft. The extra clean was worth the additional 20 minutes. I'll definitely be going back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a great group of people they have here at the old town location. Emily - if great and very knowledgeable in this industry. She explains everything very well and is multi tasking the front end. All the techs here are friendly and knowledgeable as well. This team here need recognition for their great services

I came here to get an alignment and a new tire before it starts to snow. The guy who helped me refused to change the one tire. Said it had to be all 4 or none and wouldn t do the alignment unless I changed all 4 tires. I worked at a shop for 2 years and this was pretty sketchy to me. I got talked down to and I came here just 2-3 months ago and had ONE tire replaced. So I don t know but I don t think I ll come back

These guys are really great to go to, I have gone a couple of times for my BMW, and they're great. Their very professional when speaking with their customers. They also have a great deal of knowledge when you need assistance with your vehicle too.They're also very polite when you talk with them, plus their good about their service too. I highly recommend them if you're looking to have your vehicle serviced. On top of that its also great to know that their is a shop close to where I live that is able to work on BMW's too. I will continue my future business with them too. They are also very responsive too.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I went in for a front end alignment and they evidently have to inspect the vehicle from head to toe first. Never did get an alignment. Ugh. Ill go to dexter tire for all my car needs.

The level professional service, by the receptionist and the technician, was OUTSTANDING. The reason I switched to this VIP was because of the level of professional, polite, respectful service by everyone, but especially by the technician working on my car. I cannot say enough good things about him. The next time I go, I will find out his name so I can be more specific and give him the recognition he deserves. Fantastic experience! Our car started feeling off so we pulled over, had our car towed via AAA. Regardless of AAA not contacting them before our car was dropped off to, they were able to look at it and call me same day! Will definitely use their services in the future!
