From the office, to the owner, to the mechanics, everything was top notch! They recently helped me keep my 11 year old car on the road and in tip top condition. New rocker panels, Woolwax, brake inspection (I said replace them - they said they don't need replacing) and a state inspection. All done on time and under estimate! I couldn't be happier! Thank you CTI !

After scheduling an apt at a different garage only to be told that their online system doesn t connect to the store?! I called CTI. They got me in the same day, were very lovely people, and had my car inspected in no time!! On top of that, they didn t even charge me as a first time customer! It s a lovely place, highly recommend!

Told me they'd start working on something at a certain time and didn't get a phone call til 7 hrs later saying they didn't even start it yet. Horrible place for business. The reviews I read before hand sounded great but complete BS!!!!Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim
