The customer service is unmatched! It was such a quick and painless experience to get a new to me car! I had the car for ten days and had issues with it. Eric took care of everything for me! He made sure that I had a safe vehicle and I am forever grateful for all of his help and understanding of our situation! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Eric!

Bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey back at the end of November. Within a few days it failed inspection with my mechanic for a few things, even though it had a brand new inspection sticker on it, but they were super helpful and got it into their mechanic Grass Eaters in Waterville to fix everything. Got it back a few days later. Have had no issues until recently. It orginally had the power steering harness leak that Grass Eaters fixed, but the line wasnt replaced all the way and it ended up leaking power steering fluid on the alternator and now the alternator needs to be replaced. Oakland Motor Company pretty much went oh well and neither Oakland Motor Company or Grass Eaters want to take accountability. Super dissapointing to have to dump a large amount of money into a purchase a few months later.

We just bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado from the folks at Oakland motor company and the truck had an issue just after we bought it and Eric was so amazing and took care of us to make sure that the truck was working properly and that we were satisfied.I was so worried when the truck had an issue that we would be stuck with the repair and the owner didn t blink when we saw that there was something that needed to be fixed. He took care of it from start to finish and made sure that we were happy with the entire process. we also had a great sales person that we dealt with when we were purchasing the truck and it was just a lovely experience overall we would highly recommend Oakland motor Company to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle. And we will be back when it is time for us to make our next purchase.

Good customer service counts- and you will find that here! In a world, where that has gone to the wayside, I'm grateful that we found Eric and Jeff at Oakland Motor Company. They truly care about their customers! Eric and Jeff went above and beyond in the process to ensure that our financing and final purchase was more than satisfactory. Even through the back and forth, I always felt heard. We are quite excited to have our new to us vehicle and will definitely return when we are ready to replace our other car. ( Purchased a Chevy Cruze)

Bought a Car and the day I picked it up it had several issues. The owner stayed calm even through my fit, I felt like I was getting scammed. We took the car to Ace tire in waterville. They fixed everything no cost and with my schedule.So to the owner of Oakland used cars, I apologize for yelling. And thank you for great service.

Incredibly fair price for a high quality vehicle with low miles. No pressure, efficient buying process, and excellent customer service. There was a small issue discovered within a few days of buying the vehicle and Oakland Motors took care of everything without batting an eye. I would highly recommend them and will go to them first the next time I'm ready to buy.

What a great experience. They had the car I wanted (2016 chevy Cruze LT turbo) and it was clean in excellent condition. It's been a few months and it still smells new with 90k miles on it. The office had me in and out within about an hour. On my test drive I had missed a wheel bearing going bad. I got ahold of Eric and they had it taken care of through a local auto shop at no cost to me. Zero issues from there on out. Great customer service before and after the sale. I would recommend this auto dealer to anyone. Thank you!

Bought a 2014 Kia soul from these guys almost 4 months ago, and I've had absolutely no issues with it. They made buying a car absolutely hassle-free and even held a car for me until I could get there and take it for a test drive. Well worth the two hour trip! Still love my car! Thanks again guys!

If you are looking for decent pricing not a bad place to go as they are fair. Issue is problems with the vehicle. There was a light on the dash, so they put in a new alternator to try and fix the problem. Doing that didn't fix it so they told me the light was still on. I ended up buying the car and went to adjust the mirrors with the control on the door and they would not move at all. So, we just did it manually, but when I got home, I went to lock the doors and some of them wouldn't lock. Called the place and talked to the owner and he told me he had no issues and that here is a number for a locksmith?? Before I could write the number, he read fast, he said that's all I got and hung up. So, you decide if you want to buy a car here or not.

My wife and I saw a vehicle here we liked. We inquired about the vehicle just before they closed and told them we would be back in the morning to test drive the car. The next day we were able to test drive the vehicle and really liked it. We planned to buy the vehicle however when we brought it back from our test drive, we were told the vehicle was not available due to someone else already in the process to buy it from the day before.The salesman never disclosed to us the vehicle was already being looked at by another person. We were very disappointed as we had been looking for a vehicle for a while. We had finally found one in our price range, the size we wanted, and one we really like just to have us told it was not available.

Bought a used car from them and the next day was having issues, one call and they fixed everything free of charge despite it not being part of their warranty. So far theyve done so much to make sure I'm taken care of.
