Not from the area and needed an oil change in a Ram 1500. Called and they had me in within about 30 minutes. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I've bought two new vehicles from Newcastle. This last one, my 2011 Chrysler 200 was an excellent car. After having it for a decade I sold it to a young girl that I imagine will get many more years out of it. Great car!

Great experience overall. We live about two hours from the dealership. We had several questions, ask for additional photos and information about the towing capacity. Several people were involved and getting our questions answered and the information we wanted. Everyone work great together as a team we really appreciate all the help. Mike C. My radio and Bluetooth phone weren't working and I was having a hard time figuring out the problem and finding someone to fix it. I usually go to Newcastle but I had tried them and some other dealers but no help. I went back to Newcastle and was working with the parts department and then Mike in the service department contacted me to find out exactly what was going on and he came through like a champ. He found the part, getting it in before it was expected to be in, getting the jeep in to work on it and turning it around and all at a fairprice. My only downside is that the vent to the left of my radio now has a broken slat. I don't know if it was done there but I don't remember that before I brought the Jeep in for service. I'm generally pretty happy with the way I'm taking care of there

Very happy with the service provided. Easy to schedule an appointment and the staff do well to get you right into the service bay soon after your arrival. I've also found they do a good job of letting you know if there are any issues that need to be taken care of while the vehicle is in the shop. Good customer service all the way around.

I was prepared to purchase the vehicle I went in to test drive if it looked as good in real life as online. Given the state of social situations these days I found everyone to be very conscientious and dealing with the owner was excellent. The vehicle had a couple minor items but was exactly what I was looking for. Randy went above and beyond to make sure that everything was attended to and he honestly treated me better than I ve ever had at a car dealer before. I had bought a new work truck two months ago and I wish I had come to Newcastle Chrysler instead. I m very happy with the vehicle, service, and experience. I would recommend doing business with them.

Amazing company! Mike D was phenomenal. He was so friendly and thorough when explaining everything to us. Mike happily answered every question we had and was there every step of the way with us. Whether by phone, email or in person, I knew I could count on him........Also, every employee we saw stopped to say a quick hello as they passed by, the owner included. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Randy and my first experience buying a new car. The friendly service since my first purchase has been great. It is always a pleasure to work with Eric and Heather. The sale process was refreshingly comfortable, no pressure, frank honest answers and patient while I test drove several options. I was worried initially I would settle for something less than what I wanted due to my budget. To my delight, I got a great deal on exactly what I wanted. I am still pinching myself. The process was a pleasure and I could not be more pleased. Randy went out of his way to explain everything clearly and introduce me to all the customizable features in a car smarter than I am. I look forward to the years of great service I know I can expect.

I was recommended by my boyfriend to service my vehicle at Newcastle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Viper after having numerous problems at three other local car shops in what I thought to be a simple new tire mount, balance, and alignment job. I am very impressed with their business and customer service! They matched the price of tires from local tire shops, friendly and responsive staff (Shout out to Jordan and staff who was so patient with my incessant questions and calls!), broke down my billing and explained the work done, answered questions I had, even retrieved and returned my vehicle in timely fashion! I am so grateful for their help and service! Will definitely return!! Thanks Everyone!!!!

We have purchased two Jeep s from this dealership over the last few years. This team is straightforward, honest and detail oriented. We asked a lot of questions and it took a bit of time to choose our vehicle. Each time we stopped in the salesperson was easily accessible and helped us without being pushy or aggressive. I would highly recommend Newcastle Chrysler Jeep to anyone seeking a stress free purchase. Before we left they took the time to go over the Grand Cherokee s tech system which is extensive and amazing. We would definitely give them a 10 out of 10!!!!

This dealership has gone downhill significantly since being sold to key, they sell you a vehicle then provide the worst service I ve ever experienced but you re stuck because if it s warranted work you have to have it done at a Chrysler dealership. I would recommend going with any other dealership, I have bought many vehicles and this is the worst place I ve ever dealt with.

We purchased a 20 year old vehicle from Key, to have as a summer vehicle. Randy found us a low-mileage car in very good condition, and we closed the deal simply from out-of-state. Upon arriving to Maine we picked up the car, finding it sparkling clean.After driving for 2 weeks the car died on us, snd the great folks at Key gave us a loaner, fixed it, and sent us on our way.Van is such an asset to the company as service manager. He deals with people so kindly and respectfully, no matter how much one spent on a vehicle. Randy and Bruce equally professional and willing to help. All in all, a great experience!

I bought my Ram truck from Newcastle dodge. It was a good experience. I was even let take the truck home for a few days before I bought it. I also decided to take my older srt vehicle in for service. It needed a lot of work also most of the parts were unavailable. They took very good care of my car and made sure everything was right and that I was satisfied. I met a lot of the staff while I was working with them. The owner runs a good business and it s trustworthy. I recommend if you need to buy a car or truck. Visit them first.

Hands down the best dealership experiences I ve had, ever. Fair negotiation on price of vehicle and trade in, kept me informed the entire way of the processes, and when it came time for delivery, everything was how it should be, no surprises. Vehicles have always been ready to go and I m out the door shortly after arriving. Process is made very simple.

We've been customers of NewcastleCDJR for more than 20yrs and have purchased 7 vehicles from them during that time. Their customer service is top notch! The owner, Randy, always takes time to see how we are doing personally and makes sure we are being taken care of at the dealership. Just before Christmas I realized my tires were balding and between the work of Jay, in parts, & Jordan, in service, they were able to get the tires we wanted and find an appt in their super busy schedule for us to ensure my vehicle would be safe for my family. Plus, the staff is always fun to chat with! Thank you!

This used to be such a great down home dealership where people were taken care of, now it s all about over priced vehicles and lengthy Waits for service. So sad I ve given them multiple chances, and I always find myself disappointed

I left with the truck I was looking for and the price I wanted! How often does that happen?!! I feel like I will be doing all of my business here in the future. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great no pressure sales department. Never pushed any extended warranty or other things we didnt need. Salesman right to the point, no games!! Service manager came out to give an overview of truck and answer any technical questions. Owner was appreciative of us, and gave us freebies for buying our truck! Highly recommend them! Thank you

Thank you to Mike Elwell at Newcastle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership. He was very helpful and genuine in assisting me in my purchase of a newer vehicle. He answered all of my questions openly and honestly in a very direct yet personable manner.He quickly addressed one small problem with the heat/ac fan. He took care of all the necessary paperwork at a much more reasonable document fee than other dealerships. He even had the vehicle delivered to me at my home over 50 mikes away. Thank you to Ruth Ann and her helper (Blaine?) for the delivery and paperwork. The dealership will even pick up and then deliver the vehicle for any oil change or service needed. All in all an excellent experience. The first place I would look for any vehicle.

Newcastle Jeep is wonderful! They treat you like an individual & provide custom service! I have asked for multiple things beyond what any other dealer I have dealt w/ in the past, and they do amazing things to make it happen. In addition, the costs is no more (& sometimes less) than you can get on amazon!Every person I have dealt w/ at Newcastle Jeep (salesman, service, parts and owner) have all been wonderful. Way beyond any customer service I have ever received at any dealership after buying a brand new vehicle.****Another great visit to Newcastle for 12k mile maintenance. As always, everyone is very courteous, friendly & helpful. They get the work done quick, and you are happily on your way.V/r, RK

Newcastle Jeep was awesome!I had tried to look at Jeeps at my local Jeep Dealer in Brunswick, but they had no real interest in working with me. We had almost given up on Jeep all together, but my son found a vehicle listed at Newcastle he thought we should look at.I made the trip up to test drive, and Vinny was everything the other sales rep had not been. He let us try a couple vehicles and made arrangements to let my wife try out the one we liked best.From the sales person, to the business manager, to the owner I got the exact same experience. True professionals who let the product speak for itself and work to get the paper work in place to make a good deal that is fair for all parties.I will be back, and will share this great find with everyone I know.

I am so happy that you responded to my review. Just the evidence that you are on a completely different page than your customers. The vehicle I brought to trade was checked by the Ford Dealership for the "major engine failure" you provide accusations of, a second evaluation by Ford resulted in the same decision regarding the engine is that the VCT was reprogrammed and the engine has NO ISSUE. In Fact, the reprogramming is now under a warranty in the case anything did happen to any owner. This information was all conveyed to KEY by Ford. In fact we had our title in hand from the bank and a Purchase Agreement signed by KEY. I now believe that you switched the deal out last minute, likely because you found a buyer that would pay more to KEY, GREED, that's some solid customer support. You mention that the purchaser is "ecstatic". However, did you disclose to the "ecstatic" customer that the vehicle needed a few thousands dollars worth the work? Brake system bleed, oil change, and new Master Cyclinder? All vetted by a BMW authorized repair center...I betcha NO...KEY played us here and you deserve an honest review about your dishonest deal....I think the old owner Randy, whom is still in house has been silenced behind the scenes. Randy would not have treated any customer in such a manner, in fact goes all the way to the line to keep customers, customers. At the end of the day, your word is all you have and KEY Auto Group's word is very questionable. My extended friends and family will forever know what kind of business people you are, Greedy and shifters of the facts in attempt to legitimize your actions. Good luck keeping customers, folks will figure it out quickly.
