They damaged my wheel while changing my tire. Brought the truck back to show them and the service manager James Lafountain called me a liar and said I was trying to scam them for a 350 dollar wheel. Absolutely the worst customer service I ve ever experienced.

Just needed basic oil change and rotation. Price was very reasonable, dropping off and picking up was very easy. Shop was immaculate too btw.

I have had my truck serviced here a number of times and it always turns out great. Their prices are also really competitive including when comparing to chain or independent shops. At their prices, and the backing of the work, there really is no point going to other shops.

I paid 125 dollars to have a key programed. It is a 20 minute job at best. And they charged me for an hour labor. Never ever going back and I'm selling my Ford!!!
