Never thought I'd give 5 stars to a car dealership, but here I am. My car buying experience was better than you'd get at most places. No pressure, I came and went a few times in a day without a million questions to keep me from leaving. I was able to talk figures by EMAIL. Maybe others do this often but it's not my usual experience. My husband and I ended up at the dealership for less than a half hour before we picked up our car. There's only one minor annoyance but I haven't given them the chance, yet, to fix it. A button in our car was breaking and they glued it back on, but unfortunately it looks like a 5 yr old did it. Other than that, a+ everything. Will do business there again and I certainly recommend them to whomever is reading this.*editing to add* I felt like we had a bit of trouble with the car we purchased and I wanted to bring it in but couldn't confirm if that was OK in time so they went above and beyond and picked up our car and will bring it back too. I was momentarily concerned for a bit, but they're setting the bar high and I'm still happy with the after the sale service, which is important to many people.Kyle, Josh & Spencer are the guys to see!

I would never buy a truck from Quirk again. bought a used truck for our son. Couple of things were wrong with it. They fixed 1 thing but when it came down to power steering fluid leaking everywhere- said it was not their issue, we had the truck for more than 3 months, we did not buy extended warranty. We were given 1 option for the warranty, and it was crazy money. Contacted Jack Quirk the owner and he talked to his staff Brian his manager, who I remind you did not know the whole story about this truck. Jack agreed with Brian said again not his issue. Brian had no idea that the salespeople John just through a plow on the truck to make it look better to sell the truck. Which caused most of these issues with this truck in the first place. Even the mechanics in the service department said that Ford should be going good for these parts and be fixing this truck. They wanted to charge us $2500. to put on 3 lines and a new pump. We ended up putting on 2 lines and a pump and it cost us $1000. So, you can see Quirk is marking up the price a lot. Yes, we had a mechanic do the job. Our mechanic said the pump had a crack in it and that Ford should have changed it before selling us the truck. Should not have passed inspection. He would not have put an inspection sticker on the truck with the pump that bad. When I emailed Jack about all of this, he did not reply to me. This truck was for my 18-year-old son and that is what I told him. You would think looking at the world today, there are not too many kids that want to take on a truck payment and work. He would take a second look at this truck and help out. He never replied to me. Please do not let this happen to you. FYI. I would not give them any stars, but you have too, to make this post.

Spencer Grinnell, Jr. was a great help in our two recent vehicle purchases. He was always willing to help, and was very accessible. We really enjoyed our experience with him. Spencer Grinnell, Sr. was also fantastic, and he went above and beyond to ensure we got the right vehicle for us and was very transparent when negotiating the sale. We are very pleased with this father/son duo, and have been long time Quirk customers because of service like this.

We have taken my vehicle to Quirk since the day we purchased it. The service department is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They always try to fit us in when a sudden incident happens. I trust them with our vehicle completely.

Bought my Blue Certified 2016 F150 Lariat on Oct 3rd 2022 truck looked super clean but a week later i noticed the headliner was soaked and the carpet om the rear passengers side was also soaked with water pooling under the sillplate. Brought the truck to the dealership they said it was the cab vents and id pay half of the repair costs i refused as i only had the truck about 1.5 weeks. So my truck sat there for a week with no communication, I not knowing they werent ordering parts. The next week i contact them and my salesman says he got them to order the parts. Well come the end of the week they replaced the vents and that the rear window was now leaking and itd be another $100. I absolutely refused to pay a cent. So the higher up manager contacted me and said they were taking care of it. So bring my truck back a week later for them to replace the glass, next rainstorm leaks again same area. So i had to bring it back a third time and they claimed it was the third brake light so they replaced that. Well come today 11/28 three trips and multiple occasions without my truck it is still leaking somewhere with water pooling around the wiring harness right where i told them. On top of that everytime i picked my truck up the carpet was still wet and smelled of mildew. They never cleaned the truck or dried the carpet after working on it, hell the rear glass still had nasty residue on it.Needless to say inspect any work you have done it appears they now judt rush the vehicle out as quick as possible. It has had the cab vents, rear window, and third brake light replaced an each time they claimed it was fixed and they couldn't find a leak. Be careful buying here even if certified look over the vehicle thoroughly. If all the above actually was leaking that means the truck was sold with three leaks in it which i dont blame them for. The part that makes me upset is each time they said that there was not other leaks. They then said ford wont add a warranty because of the year even though ive barely driven it cause its gone back. But an exception can be made to add it after the fact if i wanna pay 3k cash up front or 160 a month for 18 months, due to the contract already being signed. Now today my blind spot sensor is acting up and the camera. Be weary about buying here and have the vehicle looked at by a mechanic.I will say my salesman was amazing to deal with and did everything in his power to help me out. Will update the review if anything changes or gets better.

I went to Quirk today with the expectation that I was just looking. I bought my first new car today. Colby and Rune made my first car buying experience absolutely amazing. I was super nervous about the entire thing but the guys there were so relaxed and easygoing and I LOVED every second of it. I'd absolutely recommend buying from Quirk. Thank you Colby!!

Called the service department at 7:30am on a weekday. Voicemail message said please call back during normal business hours and then failed to provide the normal business hours. I m more annoyed they seem to only keep hours for retired people than I am about the moron that took time to record a useless voicemail message.Laziness is very much on the menu at Quirk Ford.

Very pleased with my most recent service experience at Quirk Ford in Augusta. Their inspection found additional work required that they added to the work order. That was accomplished with minimal delay. I'm pleased at the quality of their workmanship and pleased with the results.

What a great place to buy a vehicle. Spencer G jr was very knowledgeable about the electric Mach e. He explained in detail what I needed to know about my new electric vehicle. This made it much easier to figure everything out about the car.The sales manager Spencer G was a huge help when it came to purchasing the vehicle. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure I got the best possible purchasing option for me.I would definitely recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle stop in and see them. Very personable and made the whole transaction fun.Definitely will buy from them again.

I strongly suggest never to buy a car from Quirk. I first bought a Toyota RAV4 and within two weeks the torque converter went out in the transmission. I was then told that I could do an even trade for another car and that was a complete lie I was charged $1,000 more dollars and now the axle on this car is about to break and I ended up having to make a complaint to Maine State Police inspection because they should have never stickered the car knowing the CV axle was about to break. I'm also leaking oil from the engine and was never told about any major issues with this car. Spencer the gentleman I have dealt with is completely unprofessional rude and a liar. I asked for a list of things that have been done to the car since they had received it and everything they told me that was done to that car was never done. So pretty much all they try to do is get one over on you and get your money and they lie about the repairs that are done or they don't even do the repairs. I was also told my car had an alignment done and when I took it to get a second opinion that place told me that there is no way that an alignment was done because my alignment was out so badly and they gave me everything to prove that they did not do the alignment. So needless to say I am on my second car from quirk they are one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to I strongly suggest do not buy any used cars from them at all.

Very satisfied. The staff was great. They stayed late for me to view a truck as I had gotten delayed. Truck was great on test drive and we bought it. Had a few things I wanted done and they did it. Not only that they delivered it to me an hr. away. I had the most pleasant feeling and was very comfortable. They have earned my business for life. No better auto buying experience.

Outstanding service group. We were 4 hours away with an electrical problem that needed to be fixed today, and they were very accommodating. We made it to the dealership in time, and they had us fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Very friendly and professional team. Thank you all!

I have always brought my Mustang there for services, recently took it there to have oil changed, and new inspection sticker .Was told I needed new tires ( my husband and I knew this, but we re looking for a sporty tire) , as I explained to the clerk..he offered their four tires , at the price of over 1,200.00! I again explained we we re looking for something special ..my inspection sticker was good for another month, but they flunked me, and cut my sticker in half! Totally unwarranted, I feel they only did this, because I wouldn t buy their tires! Anyway still drove my car , bought new tires, for 366.00 for four, put them on and got new sticker will never go back there again!

John Gousse made my purchase experience easy and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure I left with my new truck! I got a good trade amount for my vehicle and paid below MSRP on my new truck. I can't say any part of the experience was negative!

Recently purchased a new truck from Quirk Ford of Augusta. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Both Spencer and Matt were excellent to work with and bent over backwards to make the process as seamless as possible. I cannot recommend enough.

Extremely unimpressed. About the service I would expect from a stealership. While working my wife s truck went into limp mode, she was right down the road from Ford so I asked her to have Ford run a quick computer diagnostic to troubleshoot. They told my wife it would be $150 to which I wish she told me before she let them scan it. It s free at any parts store, and I had already read the same codes with my reader. Then we were quoted around 600 to replace ONE oxygen sensor. After I asked the service center rep I was working with how many hours of labor he was charging my wife he said standby let me look . Is this a joke?! How do you quote someone without knowing the labor hours for the job!? Pretty poor customer service and a testament of how dealerships take advantage of a woman who knows nothing about vehicle service. Unfortunately we had to pay the $150 dollar fee for a diagnostic I figured Ford would cover. I wouldn t ever recommend going here if you don t have a service plan. Extremely disappointed we had to shell out $150 dollars for a scan that would have been taken care of at any parts store. Lesson learned on my end.

Decided to keep it...Had the inspection process completed for the buy out... completely went over truck to make sure everything working and up to "snuff"! My first experience with Quirk Ford s service department was outstanding. Josh was very accommodating to my challenging schedule. So as a new service customer to Quirk and the excellent results of my service, I will continue to bring my new Ford to Quirk for service!

Sales department is awsome! Ken Legere is an A+ service writer. General manager Brian Johnson is very unprofessional behind closed doors and that is the main reason for the 1 star review.

I arrived at my appointed time and was taken right in. As I was waiting for my truck I used the waiting room which was spacious and quiet and I was able to read my book. The serve writer was polite and explained what had been done and then I was on my way. Overall a pleasant experience.

I have used the Augusta Dealership a few times now for oil changes on my 2021 F250. They have been great with the oil changes. Service Advisors Ken and Walt were easy and nice to talk to. On my last oil change visit, I had an issue with my wind shield wipers. I asked them to investigate and fix them. They needed a part and assured me it would be in the next day and only take an hour. The next day, I waited for the call until I called them at noon. They had to make calls and find the part. I had to reschedule the appointment for a few weeks later. On the 3rd visit in less than a month, I asked to talk to the service manager, James Lafountian. Mr. Lafountian didn't want to take the time out of his busy day and meet a consumer. Mr. Lafountian showed zero respect and could care less about people. I have spent just under $1000 this MONTH and just wanted a few minutes of his time. Mr. Lafountian came to the waiting area and wouldn't see me in his office. Mr. Lafountian was rude, hostile, disrespectful, and angry that I even asked to see him. Mr. Lafountian said he didn't want to talk about my experience or even get to know me and my situation. I would like to say Ken and Walt have always made me feel welcome and have been very helpful. Looking through the reviews, I am not the 1st to have a negative interaction with Mr. Lafountian. At a quick glance, I have found at least 3 negative reviews about Mr. Lafountian. From your own website you say "Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we show this on the sales floor and in our service department.". Mr. Lafountian failed to meet that standard today. Also, from your website, "Work hard to ensure customer satisfaction at every opportunity...". Mr. Lafountian failed to read that as well. "At Quirk Ford of Augusta, we're dedicated to earning your business again and again.". Unfortunately, this experience has left me looking for another service center.

For several weeks now when driving past the dealership, i had an ongoing discussion with my Mrs regarding trading our truck in and buying a good used or even a new one. She relented on Friday and agreed to drive to the dealer on Monday ( tomorrow ). Now she shows me Mr Allaire s comment made today about how he was treated regarding his truck. AND it was certified. Well .. thanks !I do have to say, and going by what you have said, and also taking note that the car trade is struggling, to be treated like this is appalling. Its easy to say negative things about dealers and im sure there are happy customers, but it appears quite a few have dropped the ball here. If all the reviewer says is true , and they now want money for an extra warranty , this is a new low for unscrupulous dealers. Thinking they are so smart to save a few bucks they have lost a sale and future sales from us. Fair ? Maybe not but we will have piece of mind

Mr LaFontaine, service advisor, and the sales manager, helped me out with an issue with my side steps on my new 2023 F150 XLT. There was an appearance issue. They worked very expediently in resolving the issue. Sales manager paid for new steps after Mr LaFontaine made two attempts through Ford Motor Company to resolve the issue. I am very impressed with the red carpet treatment I've received by all departments.I have been doing business here since I purchased my first new F150 in 1990 and numerous other F150s and Ford vehicles.Very professional, clean, and respectful dealership. Everyone I come in contact with listens intensively.I am a retired Regular Army First Sergeant. I highly recommend this dealership.
