Josh does excellent work and his prices are great. However, plan on your car being there a while. I had an appointment and he still has my car 9 days later. There must be a problem you say? I wouldn't know he hasn't called me. I've been trying to call him, he doesn't answer the phone. I went there, no Josh there either. Just an assistant who had no clue. I asked him to have Josh call me. That was 3 days ago, still nothing. This is my only vehicle! Not easy for me to keep getting over there!

These guys are great. My trusty mechanic shut down, and I found these guys through a recommendation. They have done great work on the things they fixed, and diagnosed some things as well! They're super booked up but they managed squeezing me in in an urgent situation, and they're very helpful. I will definitely be bringing my new car to them!

I was on vacation and my trans cooler line rusted out and started leaking. I got it towed over to Engstrom and it was the best decision I made. Very polite, great service and was able to leave back home on time. If we end up moving out here, I ll know we ll have a great, honest mechanic.

Amazing quality and customer service to match. Very knowledgeable and definitely has a lot of experience from old to new vehicles! He has competed work for me including tire patches, new tires(ordered through the shop) mount balance and alignment, installing a lift kit, shocks, struts, brakes and diagnostics. Definitely a returning customer!
