Very kind people with good, honest prices and quality parts. We needed a brake job in a pinch as we were using our car to drive another 4 hours the next day to Bar Harbor. As a new member of the community good workmanship is always a nervous endeavor. They were courteous, professional, and timely. They charge a fair price for labor and use high quality parts. Should you have questions they are more than happy to explain. I am very pleased and will definitely use again.

Quickly saw me after a cold call made due to a seized brake caliper on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Had never used this automotive service facility.Squeezed me in and was able to acquire parts and complete repairs all in same day.

Honestly, I dont know what to expect from a car place but customer service was not a main concern that's for sure. Called to inquire about putting breaks on my car, the man over the phone laughed at me. Laughed at a potential customer. A customer that could do the job herself but recently injured my arm so I'm unable to do it myself and dont have to automatic tools required now, with said injury, to fix it. I've replaced break pads and routers on my last vehicle just fine without the injury. Its uncalled for and rude to laugh at someone inquiring about a job.

I was very disappointed when going for an inspection that they lied about a headlight being out then charged $45 to replace all without ever asking. Definitely not an honest business

Den lies and makes up excuses for his poor work ethic and poor workmanship from his shop. We had a 2008 c30 Volvo in for a motor job which cost almost $6000. Motor runs well however, we have had a few serious issues with the motor swap.First he neglected to change the timing belt with the job, but to his credit when confronted on it, he put in a cheap Napa belt, and assumingly a timing belt kit.Next the used replacement motor came with a pvc oil filter valve assembly that had not been changed, as our original had been due to a factory service recal, and it failed causing a huge crankcase pressure that could have destroyed all the engine seals. I covered the cost of that. Now the clutch is slipping. Den says that when he changed the motor the clutch was in great shape. Total bs. The car is driven by my fianc� who doesn t ride the clutch or beat on it, so obviously the clutch should have been changed at the time of the motor swap. I offered to pay for the new clutch if he would take care of the labor and he said You re on your own and hung up. We had a coolant leak and he says he replaced the upper radiator hose that was leaking all over the bell housing into the clutch. Total bs. There is no way for coolant to leak into the bellhousing, on close Inspection of the flywheel inspection window, and bell housing drain hole, there is zero residual coolant.Shyster, lier, shoddy mechanic.

The one thing that comes to mind after using this local business, ethics! Or lack of ethics and integrity. I should have listened to the many people in town, who told me to steer clear of this establishment. Learned my lesson, the hard way. Never again.
