I wanted to take a moment to say some positive words about this business and location. It was clean and well organized. I was immediately helped by Aston who answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly adding in his expert knowledge that enabled me to quickly and confidently move forward in addressing my car care concerns today. My trip to the Berkshires for the Thanksgiving holiday will most certainly be safer and smoother because of his good work. Give that man a promotion and a raise!

Consistently the best service and knowledge of all things auto in the area. This crew knows their stuff, are constantly polite and have helped me out countless times. I strongly advise anyone in the area to make the Freeport Napa their 1st stop when dealing with their vehicles.

Stopped in because my mom and I had car trouble while on vacation. We were lucky to stop there. Aston was a treasure to meet and super helpful. Great job guys! Best NAPA I ve been to yet.

We just came randomly to get bunjie cords to keep the hood stable, and Aston (I believe his name is that) greeted us instantly after reviewing our problem. And suggested us to solutions ASAP!!!!! Great guy with amazing customer service!!!!

I ordered 7 quarts of Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-20. When I went to pick up, Napa guy tried to give me 5 quarts of Pennzoil Platinum and 2 quarts of Ultra Platinum. He literally argued with me that they were the same exact thing. Then sold me the wrong filter wrench.

Over this past weekend, I was traveling out of state and lost front braking power. After diagnosing the problem as a leaking front caliper, I recalled having had replaced my front brakes earlier this year. My mechanic had purchased the calipers from the Freeport NAPA at the time.I called this NAPA store and explained this situation and they looked on my mechanic's purchase history and confirmed the purchase. Todd the Manager explained that there was a lifetime warrantee on this part. He understood that I was out of state and proceeded to check the online inventory of NAPA stores in my area that had the part.He found one, called them, faxed down proof of purchase and called me back to let me know I could go pick up the part at my convenience. I was truly in a tough position and needed a replacement part if I was going to be able to make it home.I was SO THANKFUL for EVERYTHING that Todd and his associate Tyler did to help me!!! They clearly went the extra mile to look things up, make calls and arrange for me to pick up a very important part.I have shopped at this Freeport NAPA store for years and have ALWAYS received great customer service. Team members such as Dave, Chuck, Nick, Victor and others are ALWAYS pleasant, helpful and professional when I have been in. I believe this is not only a reflection of how they are as individuals but I suspect also a result of the professional and helpful tone that the store manager, Todd, sets for his team.

Just left the Napa auto store in Freeport Maine and they were exceptional. Very knowledgeable very helpful and they went out of their way so the customer service was just excellent thank you and I'll be back in the future

If I call and they have someone at the counter to help they put you on hold. When I'm at the counter waiting to pay, they ignore me and help the next phone call.
