Had a great experience here. I needed 4 new tires and they had them ordered and put on super quick for us. They were great with communication and call backs. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!

After a dozen appointments - VIP is excellent, 10 out of 10. They've given me honest advice even if it means less work for them, the pricing is cheaper than what I've compared to online or at other shops every time and they've always fixed the problem the first time without additional work. In a place where no shop has availability - they've made an effort to get me in on short notice several times and help me when I need to reschedule. I would have been in a bunch of super tough spots without them. I've never had a mechanic treat me better, cost less or do better work!

I've always had a good experience at the Farmington VIP! The staff is always friendly and get me in and out quickly. They do quality work.

I had an oil change at this location today, and was very happy with the service. They were open in a Sunday which was very convenient for me! The two gentlemen at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The mechanic actually even checked my donut tire, which I had used recently after having a flat, and made sure that my donut was still safe. I really enjoyed my experience at this location and will go back.

Charged me like 150+ to diagnose my vehicle which would be fine except they didn t even get it right. I thought the amount they quoted me was ridiculous so I left without doing it. I m just going to college in Farmington, so I drove all the way to my old mechanic (Bangor) just to find out it s a completely different issue. I was already weary about going here for a check engine light since I know it s mostly for tires but I m never going back regardless. Sad this is one of the only options in Farmington, I hope nothing actually goes horribly wrong with my car in the meantime. Don t know how hard it is to plug in a thing and give me a correct code for almost 200 dollars. So ridiculous and I could really use that money now Edit: Not only that but I literally made an appointment to get it done and after sitting there for 30 minutes they were like so we don t have the part. Made the appointment weeks in advance and left class to go just for it to be absolutely useless. Maybe a blessing in disguise because it wasn t even the issue and I m not paying 400 dollars for someone to unscrew something, screw a new one in, and plug it in.

Above and beyond exceptional customer service. After another shop forgot to tighten the bolts on our new breaks when we had them replaced, which left my family with essentially zero brakes and leaking break fluid an hour and half from home, the manager fit us in immediately and repaired everything on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. If I lived in Farmington I would only use them for my cars. I would highly recommend.

So thankful for this VIP location! We were on a 4 hour road trip with a minivan full of kids/grandparents and were met with engine trouble and a flashing dashboard. Pulled in and VIP had us diagnosed, repaired, and on our way in under an hour! Tony and the rest of the team really saved us!

Went today for my winter tire change and state inspection, was welcomed into the store by 3 charming men, my Service writer was Chris, who went out of his way to assist me in every way possible, he made me feel like family went over everything thing so there were no surprises, while I was sitting in the waiting room tech came out to check on me, they did a great job on my vehicle will always go back for the reasonable rates and wonderful service. Thanks again Chris your a great asset to the VIP team.

Imagine my surprise when I was checking out after an oil change that 55 dollars was subtracted from my bill because of Loyalty Rewards. What a deal. We have been taking our vehicle to the Farmingdale VIP for a number of years and have always been happy with the service.

I got my new tires here last spring and they were very helpful and informative with the right tires for my car. I came to get my oil changed and they do many other services such as tire pressure, rotations and more. Thanks for your help!

Had my vehicle fail the inspection, brought it to my mechanic for the repairs and was told it should pass inspection. Brought it back to VIP and a different tech said it should have passed but because now it s on a donut he can t sticker it. Went back today and was told that tech should be fired by the manager because it doesn t meet inspection criteria. Poorly managed, different answers from different staff over the same regulations. There is a reason VIP has a poor reputation. And unfortunately I got to experience it first hand.

My vehicle had a lot of work that needed to be done on it and I only had a small window of time to be able to get repairs done. All of the techs at this location were super friendly, helpful, and considerate and were able to get everything done super quickly, even quicker than originally anticipated. I would give negative 100 if I could. I took in my vehicle and not only did they keep it for two weeks after they said it would be done by a date at the latest but they also did not do what I asked/added stuff I didn t even need or want. I went in knowing what the problem was just did not have the tools/space to do it myself so I took it in telling them what was wrong but instead they only fixed the pulley and broke my steering water pump. Everything was absolutely fine when it came to the pulleys but instead they told me one was cracked which is just not true. So they had it for two weeks and broke something on my van that they refuse to fix or replace. I wouldn t recommend this place even if it is the only place to take it, I would just take my chances else where!

I am in waiting room now ....This is a customer service rating...Have been here 1/2 hr and have heard the "F" word 26 times. If I ever come back here I will bring ear phones.The personal conversation by employees at the desk has been terrible! We live in an era that people are so disrespectfuI! Iwas a manager in a business and my employees would be axed for this.Hope my repair rates better customer service!

Brought in tire, needing flat repair was told at first it couldn t be fit in. Then they could fit it in but they didn t really have time to mount it. Although after repair was done, half hour later, tech was still available. Four stars are for getting it in like a five is for not doing a whole job and $33 price tag on it.

Bought 2 $86 tires from them and was told there would be a mounting and balancing fee (which is expected). I got charged a total of $274.27! $50 to mount and balance each tire?? I ll never be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great customer service and friendly people. I have been going there for quite awhile now and they always treat me very well. They take care of my truck, make sure I have the best parts, and the issues usually always get fixed the first time. Sometimes it's multiple issues, but they always get the job done. The guys at this VIP have gone above and beyond for me, usually without an appointment or any prior notice. They get me seen in a timely manner, diagnose the problem, and get me back on the road, same day. They have saved my butt quite a few times.
