I stoped in to get a drink.. cost came to around 4.00 I gave cashier a 20.00 dollar bill. This was around 3 in the afternoon. He tells me, he can t change the bill. He stated that he had no ones or fives. I ran a store for ten years. How can the store at three in the afternoon not have money in the cash register. Why couldn t he call a manager about the problem. Sounds like really bad management or a lack of concern for customers .

Despite the time of day (or night), the staff is cheerful and helpful. You can also find a wide array of food that's better than just a gas station. Sandwiches, baked goods, and really good cheesecake!

I used to come here everynight but now I m being harassed by a bored employee. I will not be returning.

Majority of the time have a great experience. Delicious food, friendly staff, great coffee. But my one complaint is that today I bought an almost $10 sandwich and the bread was stale. Please make sure to check the food in your grab and go section.

Always admired this nice new store driving by. My boyfriend and I decided to stop in tonight for the first time to grab a couple soda s. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I ve had in a long time. Grabbed 2 Coke products from the cooler because they were clearly marked with several sings they weee 2 for $3. Got to the check out and it came to $4.39. We said oh they are on sale 2 for 3 the cashier who's name tag was Fischer beverage manager said I don t enter the prices into the system and told me the cost again. As I handed him the money I stated well you should probably take the signage down. He proceeded to tell me it s not my job . Frustrated at this point with this rude employee I asked for my money back and left the sodas on the counter. I let him know its his job now to return the sodas. As we were leaving the store he was laughing loudly at us like it was funny to be such a rude person. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN!

The Rusty Lantern Market is a nice clean store. Well stocked. A wonderful coffee area. Great selection of coffee to choose from. There is also fresh made food there and of course all of your other convenient store products. Friendly staff. A good store to stop at we will be back soon.

I like to come here to get the turkey club sandwich. They have a variety of deli sandwiches, pizza, hot lunch foods. They are always friendly and fast. The Jamaican me crazy coffee is pretty good, too.

Excellent coffee. Friendly help. Lousy breakfast sandwich- even my dog wasn't interested in a bite. It was on a soggy Croissant with soggy bacon and tasteless at best. $4 wasted on bad food. Gas pumps well, and it's clean and nice, just have to find something else to eat that hasn't been sitting in warmer cabinet for much too long.

Pastrami melt pizza is amazing. Great section of lunch items..hard to choose.all great. Ate half because it looked and tasted great...before the picture was taken

Two airy socializing girls standing in the front making fun of a customer pumping gas not wanting to pick up the phone for pizza Friday night around 6:00pm. Called 2 times no pick ups the blond had to have a smoke break with boy friend, the short dark haired girl was shocked when I asked why they were not picking up? They said they were business bad lie. The first time I have got bad service I would normally say 5 stars. The man in the back was kind to make our lg pizza. Great way to start a Friday night .pizza hut is running a special too

Very impressed with this place being new. Very awesome selection of fresh deli food being made to order right in front of you. The staff seemed very pleasing and nice. Was surprised when I walked in the door it wasnt like anything that I was expecting for an "Irving" station

Good selection of grab-and-go sandwiches, slices of pizza and any snacks that you could ask for. They also make pizza. It's a brand new store so it's nice and clean.

Here of lately every time I go and get food, it s been on the heat lamp for hours. I have literally turned in the chicken quesadilla because of how horrible they have become. Simple thing to make. One today I just tossed in the trash. No chicken on this chicken quesadilla. Didn t say anything because what s the point. A convenience store should be that and not a dissappontment

Usually a good place but for the last month no half&half at the coffee station?? How is that even possible? Instead a half gallon of milk in a ice bucket with everyone man handling the lid. Gonna get coffee else where.

The nicest gas station/convenience store I've ever been in. Lots of variety, nicely organized, and they had the cleanest bathrooms. Nice place to stop and grab beer, snacks, ice, gas, etc.

Love the place. After you buy 5 food items that they make, you can get a free item. Doesn't matter what it is. It can be their most expensive item.

A fine station, my go-to spot in Brunswick. Unlike many other stations they keep their windshield washing fluids topped up in summer, not just winter. Thanks, Irving.

I was there today 4-10-19 and purchased a mashed potato and gravy. I would like to say that it was the worse mashed potatoes and gravy I ever had. The mashed potatoes was sour and the was but one drop of gravy .

Good breakfast selections as well as lunch options. Very busy store, some kitchen items may be limited.

I understand all the bad reviews. The manager Jeff is as rude as they come. I came in for a beverage, not an attitude.

Terrible customer service! Today (7/14/18, 3pm) there was a line of people waiting to check out. One cashier actually working, the other was standing by the lottery machine texting on her phone. And upon leaving there was 3 people behind me.
