Went first thing in the morning and was barely any wait. The staff are friendly and do a good job. I have attempted to go later in day and there is usually a long line. Try early and it truly is 10 to 15 minutes tops in and out!

Stopped in for an oil change for the first time today, and I am so sorry I never did this before. Unbelievably fast, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! Would highly recommend- Thank you!

Fast, great service windshield wipers replaced and oil changed in like fifteen mins. Wish y'all did mechanic work, bet y'all could fix a ty rod in no time . Good job guys.

I've been here several times. I've never waited long even when they're super busy. The crew is all friendly, polite and professional. The manager in particular is always positive.

I'll never change my own oil again. The team is so fast, knowledgeable and kind. Tristan was speedy and the manager (didn't catch his name but his initials on my paperwork are JJ) is a sweetheart. Can't believe how cheap it was too

Jordan was fabulous....he was kind ...helped me with all my truck issues...all the other guys were very friendly..they all worked great together...will be changing from South Portland VIP to Prompto in Brunswick for all the business can do for my vehicle

We just got an oil change here and let me tell you it was a fantastic experience! TJ did a fantastic job, changed the oil very quickly efficiently, and answered all of our questions. The shop is run by a very nice gentleman and I am certain they will bring a lot of success here:) keep up the great work! Will be back for sure and will make sure to mention this place to all my friends and family here.

The guys who work here are great. There was a line about cars deep when I arrived. But I didn't have to wait long at all, probably 10 minutes until I was in the bay. Had some good conversation while they were changing my oil and airing up my tires. They are never pushy and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need.

Friendly, quick reliable service. They always wash the windshield and check my tire pressure. Sometimes the lines are long, so I time it to avoid the wait.Getting more expensive each time.

I ve been getting my oil changed here for a couple of years and have been very happy every time. They re all very friendly, professional, and do their best to get you in and out as their name promises. As a girl, I ve appreciated the honesty that women don t often find at car places. They make suggestions without being pushy. Definitely suggest it if you re looking for a quick (if there s no line) and fair oil change!Service: Oil change

Have used Prompto for years. Overall service has been good. Recently had an issue with an oil leak from a suspected factory defective filter, the staff/manager were all helpful and accommodating. Replaced the filter, added oil and provided the means for a car wash after! Very pleased with the customer serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very unprofessional would not recommend working here or getting your oil change here I went to get an oil change, and they forgot to put in my plug tight and my oil was leaking. I had to take it to another place so they can get it done, right and they were very rude, very unprofessional would not recommend this place
