I had SUCH a POSITIVE experience buying my new vehicle here with Adam. No corny tactics, pushiness or pressure (the way some other places sometimes are). He was super friendly, informative & easy to work with. I got a good deal on a solid, reliable vehicle ~ at the end of the day, can't ask for more!

Adam was incredible! From the moment I first called to the moment I drove away, I felt heard, welcomed, and appreciated. I've never had such an easy and smooth car buying experience. Would 100% recommend to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. Will definitely return (though God willing I won't need to for a good long while).

I needed a rear spindle a 99 Volvo V70. They were about two hours away from my house so I drove down not only did they have the spindle but they had the entire rear axle. They gave it to me for a great price and they were a great group of guys. Will certainly be returning in the future.

Honest shop, doing quality work. We bought a vehicle from Roberts 4 years ago and have been recommending them ever since. If you are looking for a used Honda, Roberts will take care you with a quality vehicle at a fair price. I also have them do all my major repairs, I'd have them do all my work, but they are 45 minutes from my house.

Went to Robert's to look at a low mileage 2013 Honda Fit. Adam had the Carfax report which I greatly appreciated. However Carfax reports are not always accurate as Adam acknowledged. Took car to a third party garage and the mechanic saw clear evidence that the car had been in an accident. The entire passenger side had been repainted as had the rear bumper. I don't believe Adam knew this, but when I made him aware of it, he didn't lower the asking price accordingly. Lesson: ALWAYS have a third party look over a used car before you buy. Don't go by Carfax.

I bought my Honda CRV from Robert's over a year ago. They were knowledgable, helpful & honest. They went above & beyond to make sure I understood what my car needed & their prices were fair. My mother & I still go there for service & feel comfortable calling any time I have a question. I highly recommend.

Went in years ago looking for a PCM for my Rav 4, as a petite blonde female, this often comes with some bias and off the cuff condescending comments but the guys here were great, spoke to me like I wish every parts counter/service manager/automotive tech would

This dealer may know about the cars they sell, that's where the only good part ends.They are cheats and sell junk in the end. Prepare for huge repair bills in a very short time of ownership! Buy from a dif dealer .

I bought an engine from this company and it had a burnt value which cost almost $1000 to repair. More than the cost of the engine. They said that they would only return half the money because only the top half of the engine was bad. I am taking them to small claims court.
