My tire was low, the valve cap to tight to remove on my own and it was Sunday morning. They were the only place open to fix the problem in time for me to go to work. Super kind and willingly helpful!! I was on the road in minutes. A huge Thank you to the crew at Walmart Auto in Boddeford!!

Go in today to see if tires can be broken down and new ones put on car. So, first come first serve and it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait. That ok told her I will be back then. Nope have to stay there. We'll asked if I can make a appointment and was told yes if I order tires on line, which is fine, so asked then do I call after they come in? Another guy steps in and says yes and that I sould call to make sure that they are all in. Which is fine also. So, I need a new batter too so to avoid the core charge o was like could I schedule a battery change at the same time. This is what I got: well you can schedule the tires but it will have to be up to that day if we have enough techs to do it and if someone scheduled one before you so you would have to wait for the others to get done first and so on..... So, I was getting every excuse in the book and not a straight answer for a job that takes 10 minutes tops and that would be schedule anyway. I will just do it myself and seek business elsewhere.

so if you ve opened a package from the auto care center you cannot return it do not buy anything from the auto center here you will be stuck with the purchase. You would think a big company like Walmart could handle a basic return on an item that was opened. Walmart franchise has gone downhill they can t even assist the people of the world with a simple return. They need to change their return policy at the auto center this place is not a family friendly store, all they can say is sorry its policy. Well maybe it should be changed people make mistakes and sometimes people need to return and item. Walmart has become such a disappointing place just another franchise that cares about there money and their sales and does not care about the people who shop there. The people working do their best but the policy that Walmart put in place for the auto care center of not being able to return bulbs is nonsense.

The service manager was cordial and friendly. His staff could use a bit of refining, but is to be expected for the area. They swapped out 4 tires for me and the service was great

Went to Walmart auto care to get my oil changed, waited for 45 minutes for my turn to be told they couldn't break my oil filter free, and refused service. Took my car down the road a couple miles, and told them the issue walmart said. I was advised I was the 4 car this week that was told that. When taking in to get the work done at the other business they had no issues taking the oil filter off and oil changed in 10 minutes.. seems to me that walmart just didn't want to do the work.. thanks for wasting my time!!

Waited over an hour for them to open an hour later than advertised just for them to refuse to put one tire on my car. Told me if I wanted it done I could take the tire off myself.

I went there today to get an oil change I have been going there for my last 5 oil changes. I have a fairly new car the miles are getting up there but nothing has ever been wrong with this car it works just fine. Before pulling into app for an oil change I looked to see if there was any lights on on my dashboard nothing besides an air light was on. They told me it'll be about an hour I walk around the store for 40 minutes I come back and they tell me they cannot do my oil change. Because they seen and oil light come on. So I grabbed my keys to go out and check immediately and there was no oil light I grabbed the manager and said your employees might not have wanted to do the car because there's no oil light on they said I trust my employee over you

Pros: Cool NRA hat. Cons: wouldn t fix flat tire. What s worse than fixing a flat tire with low tread? Not fixing it at all! It s unsafe? So it s safer to send the custoemr on his way with the tire still leaking air? The Sanford Walmart guys are way better, every time. They say they re following the rules in Biddeford. I guess they re following the rules all the way down to the lowest possible google rating! Lol.

Went for tire change.. quick & friendly. However when I left Tire Pressure Low light came on. It was my understanding that TPMS was reset so I immediately thought it would be dangerous to drive on tires so I paid another station to fill tires w air (inadvertently filling to 36 psi vs 32 psi since Walmart was now closed). Went back the next day because warning light was still on. They checked air & FINALLY reset TPMS (no one apologized for my time & added expense)!I spoke w manager & he refused to compensate me.

Absolutely horrible. Bought 2 tires online, the pick up was around 5 o'clock, when it says their auto center is still open. I called to make sure someone would be available to put these tires on for me, and I was told there would be someone.Get there at the proper time and low and behold there's no one in auto motive. Go over to online pick up to see if they have my tires, I'm told to go to auto. I let them know there's no body there. Then I am passed around to 3-4 other people before being told I have to wait in an online pick up parking spot. Alright. So I did. Then the online pick up person ALSO told me I had to go to automotive. Informed him about what I'd been through so far, and thankfully at least he was willing to help, and promised to track down my tires for me, which he did.Now I'm back here today, to get these tires put on. Standing in the auto center 2 hours after it says their open. Lights are off. registers off. and no ones here. I call store real quick to see whats going on, and their telling me the auto centers open. While i stand here staring into the dark void of nothing-ness. No Ma'am, their not open. So she says she'll get someone down for me. Now almost THREE hours after their supposed to be opened, I'm finally getting help, very rude help, but help none the less. Beyond upset, and this is ridiculous.Service: Tires

As I was going to leave from my vacation, I realized I had a flat tire. After calling every auto parts store in the area and being refused service, I called the number listed here. The woman was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for assistance from the auto repair department. She said Oh my god exasperatedly and said she couldnt help us in a snarky tone. Now we have to stay an extra night when we NEEDED to get home, and her rude disgusting attitude did not make anything better.

Manager Eric was very rude to me as well as the woman working at the automotive counter. He was very condescending to me and acted as if I was stupid for not understanding why he couldn't get a lugnut off my tire because "he is not a mechanic". My husband was able to get it off in less then 3 minutes and he is not a "mechanic". It was completely unreasonable to treat me as such, while I was with my 4 year old daughter doing my best to keep her entertained while I tried to get the only set of tires I could afford. The woman at the counter was very kind and I hope my frustration with the situation did not deflect onto her. Bottom line, if you can help it, I would not recommend going here.

Great place to go when your daughter hits a curb and blows out 2 tires.Had to have it Towed.Back up and running in 90 minutes. ( Ended up replacing all 4 + oil change)

Absolute waste of my time.I was told I would have an hour wait time for an oil change.Which is completely understandable, it was a busy day and a lot going on.I come back in an hour to find my oil change cancelled because they did not have my oil filter.If this was told me to ahead of time, I would have gave it to them out of my car and saved that hour.After I grabbed the oil filter, headed to the counter and got the process going again.I processed to wait another 45 minutes, for them to tell me I have an oil leak and they will not even touch my car.Complete waste of time, and 2 hours wasted for them to tell me something that could have been told immediately.Never using Walmart Auto again, even if I was given free rotations, etc.Trust me spend the money to go to real mechanic, who care about your time and money.

I went for a basic oil change. Got told that I could start that but if they determined my car needed synthetic, they'd just do it and let me know at the end. Changed my mind immediately. Got sent to pick my own headlight bulbs, which is fine. But uh. Their light book was about half. Literally. It had so many torn pages that it was basically useless.

Sadly the mechanics here don t even know how to take a dounut off a car and put a new tire on.They sold my sister a tire knowing she had a donut on her car. Than sent her somewhere else to get it put on.They also didn t help her even get tire in car. What kind of customer service is this you can t even put the new tire onto car?? So she had to drive to another garage to have the new tire put on.I m extremely irritated but this this should have been done for her.

Toke my SUV to get a simply oil change a couple months ago, and they guy doing it ended up putting too much oil in my vechile, and never filled my washer fluid like marked on my work order. Luckily my boyfriend checked my oil in the parking lot before we left to realize they overfilled it and didn t do the washer fluid.. pulled it back in and the manager talked to the guys working on my car who admitted to just filling the washer fluid the second time they pulled it in, which wouldn t of even had to have happen had they put the correct amount of oil in my car the first time. Just recently, brought my boyfriends diesel truck to get a bead reseeded on a tire and the same guy who worked on my suv was there doing the work..right off the bat he just turned the key over when anyone who owns a diesel knows you need to wait a few seconds so you don t mess up the injectors... not only did he not balance the tire after resealing it (like the work order said) but hopping in the truck with filthy hands...greasy hands with tan interior?! Come on. My boyfriend politely asked him if he had ever worked on a diesel before and they guy said yes, and my boyfriend then asked so you know your suppose to wait to start it not just turn the key, worker said yep while walking away so my boyfriend asked so why did you just turn the key over not once but twice? And the workers response was meh and walked back out to the garage. Simply unprofessional and rude that he couldn t take 30 seconds out of his time to talk to a customer who had a question about the vehicle he just worked on. Not to mention knowing it was wrong but did it anyways. All while other customers were waiting to be checked in and just saw/heard the way he treated us. Usually it s three strikes and your out but 2/2, I will NEVER bring my vechiles back to Biddeford Walmart Auto Care to be worked on ever again! Nor will I recommend anyone else taking their vechile here, if they want their car fixed properly! I will gladly spend the extra time and money and take my vechiles else where.

The worst tire shop I have been too! What tire shop cant take off 2 rims that are frozen on a 2017 tacoma back axel, (took me 5 min btw), then when I plan to come back to get other 2 installed, they conveniently sell out. Unbelievable

Bought tires here. Never again. Staff is extremely poorly trained. I had to bring my vehicle to another shop to get the tires balanced correctly.Service: TiresService: Tires

Didnt toutch the air filter said they didnt have one, bought one out it in myself. Instead of actually checking on the fluids in my car just out not applicable for all but the oil and washer fluid. I went to pay to get fuel injectors clean, i wanted a "licensed" tech to take care of it. Told me they wouldnt do it because they couldnt reach the injector rail. Guess what. Im doing that myself too because he injector rail is right in front of you when you pop the hood. Just be honest if you want to be lazy. Dont give dumb excuses. I wont be spending money there. If i cant do it myself ill just give somewhere else the business.

Went to get my tires put on that I purchased from Walmart and they refused to put them on because they were 16" and not the stock 15".Customers wishes do not count here.

The tire lube express is lacking in customer service and basic knowledge of cars. Go somewhere else for your oil changes and car needs.

When i spend my hard earned $$$ at Sam's Club and I'm stuck in Connecticut with 1 Sam's Club with NO TIRE CENTER....Don't lecture me Shawn!! Tanya was twice the manager you'll ever be!!

I won't be going back. I was very uncomfortable as the manager was reprimanding one of the female employees in front of the customers. Very unprofessional and I felt really bad for the young lady who was getting humiliated.
