I went in for the yearly inspection, knowing something wasn t going to pass. When I found out what had to be fixed and the cost my stomach jumped to my throat. With that being said, Dan was absolutely amazing with his customer service. Showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. It put my mind at ease on how quickly they could get my car fixed and road legal! So grateful for Dan and the team for great support.

I had an emergency with my car as it made some weird noises, and I was unsure what was happening. I immediately contacted VIP Tires at 7:30 am, and they advised me to come right away. I am very grateful to Cleighton Cain for doing an excellent job. He resolved the issue with extreme professionalism. Everyone at VIP Tires was friendly, and when my car was fixed, I felt relieved and happy to drive to work! I am thankful for such fantastic service! I recommend them to my friends and family!

Set up an appointment a day prior and was able to get my vehicle in.The shop did a great job in communicating the steps involved, getting a detailed invoice to me, and keeping me informed of the status.They were very detailed and were able to get the work done on the timeline promised. Would recommend.

I had my car inspected at this location and they discovered I needed to get my brakes and rotors replaced. They were very busy and had many appointments to get to but were able to service my car anyway despite my appointment taking much longer than planned. Great service experience.

I don t even know where to begin. From the minute we walked in Dan was so professional and went above and beyond (understatement) getting a part from Lewiston and still getting my car done the same day. His calm demeanor made me feel that I could trust him and mechanic Clayton. Best customer service through the process of getting this vehicle back on the road. We will definitely be back. Dan Bell(I think that was his last name) was great, the whole team is. I always feel secure in getting work done here. Dan was funny and friendly and made me feel very comfortable while I waited for my car to be ready. I always leave here feeling great about my car and the folks who work here. Thank you!!!!

This shop is Amazing, definitely a great place to go if your a woman with very little knowledge concerning automobiles. They will very thoroughly explain everything to you in a way you ll understand and even bring you out to your car and show you well explaining everything. No smoke and mirrors just honestly and trustworthy service! Definitely recommend AAA+++

Couldn't be more happier with the professional experience, service and support that I received from Kevin at the front desk. I have recently had major surgery and it is difficult enough just getting around. Kevin was more than accommodating in following through with the appointments for both vehicles serviced and expedited the work quickly and efficiently easing the wait time which helped me dramatically. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Able to book appointment right away, parts right in stock. Arrived early and they took us right in. Very sweet , knowledgeable desk staff. Car was rusty and hard to deal with but mechanic was patient and professional. Even Offered us a deal on brakes. Always satisfied with this location. Great staff

My wife and I ended up getting a flat tire and called all around the Portland area and nobody was able to help us the same day to repair a flat. We are driving back to New Hampshire, and really didn't want to make the trip with the spare tire. When we called VIP in Biddeford, not only was the manager and technician willing to help, they were prepared to stay late if needed. We arrived at the shop, they took us right in and had the tire repaired within 10 to 15 minutes.I highly recommend this location for their service and hospitality. I will drive out of my way to work with these gentlemen again in the future. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

Lawerence was phenomenal!! We called because we had purchased a battery from another O Reillys location and they had refused to put it in for us. Thankfully, we called the Biddeford VIP location and he told us to come in ASAP, and saw us immediately. Amazing service!!

VIP Tires helped us out of a jam. First, during September, my wife and I were to attend a wedding in the Augusta region. However, while up there, we noticed that one of tires was almost ready to blow, on her car with another close behind. VIP in Augusta got us in and replaced the tires. We still made the wedding. Subsequently, VIP in Biddeford replaced the other two. Service was fast& reasonably priced. Good job!

The Biddeford VIP service team took me as a walk in (on a Sunday) for a repair that would ve required a tow/car rental. They saved me they did the repair, and saved me much money and inconvenience while being understaffed and overloaded. Thank you Biddeford VIP for the outstanding customer service! Kevin was epitome of someone going above and beyond. He arranged for my car to be looked at despite the packed schedule at the shop (my brakes failed and I was passing through the area). Then once he realized it was more than they would have time for he reached out to another nearby shop, explained my situation, and got me an immediate appointment there.His honesty and helpfulness is very much appreciated, and allowed me to safely finish my trip home.
