The location is very dated and has substantial deferred maintenance. Maybe 1 or 2 of the vacuums work out of the 8 or so on-site. Only one of the change dispensers is operational. The vending machine for car products is ancient. The bays are always dirty. Overall, only use this place for a quick spray off. Anything more substantial will need to be done somewhere else.

I went there 2 times in the past month, swiped my card only once both times & I ended up getting charged 15$ each time when it says 3$ I pay that much for an actual car wash so never going back there again.

Wash bay timer is 25% fast. Left a complaint with weights and measures state of maine today. Soap barely present. Scrub brush so coarse I didn't want to use it on anything. Terrible car wash and the owners ought to be ashamed.

Excellent place for a wash. Reasonable prices. I wish everything worked all the time, if it did I would have given them 5 stars. Overall not badRevisit: The only issue I had still seems to be prevalent, not all equipment working causes longer wait times. They really need to do something about this

This location is very outdated, some of the inscriptions and instructions in some of the stalls are not visible anymore, the place looks a bit dirty and not maintained. I tried the equipment and it seemed to be working ok, the hose from the pressure washer in the stall that I was in had a leak and water was spraying all over the place, not sure when the brushes were last changed or if they even use quality washing materials and soap, the tire/rim cleaning soap did not work at all and I was not even sure that it was spraying the right amount. The location was not stocked or did not offer any other cleaning products, towels or any ability to buy something through a vending machine. They do have vacuums, but when I was there not all were working.This is not a place I would recommend to wash your car, you most likely can do a better job at home.

Went there this morning to wash my truck. Rinse was ok I switch over to the foam brush because that's what it really needs was soap. well this guy's got the ratio set at 90% water 10% soap and water running right out of the brush and my feet got soaked ( before work mind you ) and my trucks still dirty and the soap did not remove the dirt I have never seen a foam brush just pour water out like this. I started on the driver's side went around the truck by the time I got back to the driver's side it didn't even need rinsing. 10$ for my truck to look as bad as before and my feet are wet. I was complaining the whole time because I knew it was going to still be dirty after because you need soap not super watered down soap. Never again will I go there.

I was in the second bay from the left. The machine was selective about the quarters it would accept. Occasionally, they would come back out and if I missed the catch, they would roll into the drain. The wash was pitiful. Much time lost trying to get extra time as it would not accept different quarters. Highway robbery.

Went to simply rinse my car. Used the debit card option and used the bay for 3 minutes max. Tried to turn it off - didn t work. I put it on the off setting and it kept going. Figured no biggie right ? Might just be the timer. Went home and saw a charge on my cc for triple the amount. Luckily I recorded how much time I used and me trying to turn it off. Will definitely contact my bank and not suggest this place anymore. The bays are also dirty and soap come out of the rinse option even after 3 minutes of rinse. Not good.

I went to wash my truck tonight after work, and I thought it worked great! I got a lot of soap, the wax was really spraying heavy, and I didn't have any problems. This is my first time, but if it's like this every time I go, I'm going to be very happy with Tom Cat car wash. Time will tell, and I'm hopeful it will be great next time.

If you want to pay in cash and just rinse the salt and dirt Off Your car, then it's a decent deal. If you want to actually clean your car, I feel like the soap and bays are pretty poorly maintained most of the time. Using my card was $10 for 6 minutes, which was annoying until it updated to $15 a couple days later. Apparently, turning the machine to stop doesn't stop them from charging you.

The first place I found were I could wash my own car since I moved to the area. It's a bit unkept but the brush and other washing worked well and wasn't stiff. Cost 10 on my debit, I recommend bringing 5s or quarters cuz then it's only 3

All the bays are extremely dirty and the sprayers shoot out soap even on the rinse setting. Good location and bill changers do work. If it was better kept up I d keep coming

No signs for how much anything was. Charged $10 on my card for an outdated diy car wash with no conveniences. Not worth it.

Simply a rip off! The place is filthy and, if you use your credit card (because the machine that exchanges bills for quarters IS NOT WORKING) it will cost you $10 and you do all the work. NEVER AGAIN!

Definitely convenient. All the other automatic car wash scratch and haze your car. Cool to use debit but just rinsing car off still charged me $10. Not a bad place.

Do not use the change machine. Lost $10 / two $5 bills. Gave me $4.75 total. Save your cash use the debit part unlimited for $10.Service: PolishingService: Polishing

Not the worst one I've been to, but also far from the best.Cons: The scrub brush looks like it has been well overdue for a replacent for months. The wheel cleaner setting did nothing.Pros: It wasn't busy. The water was heated.

Some of the bays flood and there is more trash than there should be. The change make takes $1-5-10-20 so that's a good thing and I love that they have a dish thing to put the scrub brushy in to keep it away from the dirt.

It's mid April 2018 and the 2 different vacuums I wasted $ on had about 30-40% suction and no warning alarms. You would think that the owners would be ready for spring but apparently not. Dont waste your time with the vacs, can't comment on the wash.

Not sure I like this place. I'm used to being able to select what I want, ie tire soap, soap, wash, or rinse. Here it doesn't give you a choice and frankly their was no soap or very little. Used my credit card and it ended up being $10.00

I was able to get my car cleaned and get the salt off and make it look good and I like the service even though it was an automated machine it was very easy

The machines take your money, but nothing works. All the control dials have been removed from the washes. It looks like this place is shut down, but all the doors remain open and they are fully willing to take your money and give you nothing in return. Crooks.

Clean place to wash your vehicle.Well lit in the front side of car wash area.Not as well lit in the back area of car wash.Equipment worked well.

Not bad to get your car clean some of the coin operated stuff in the front dont work most of the time. I'd would say to stick to the car wash and get you scent at another location and try to bring quarters if you can.

Twice have gone and put ten dollars in the change machine and received no change in return. You can not find contact information anywhere to report a problem and there seem to conveniently never be a person around.

Hit or miss on functional machine. There is no attendant so when the machines break you lose all your money. Had happened quite a few times. Risky but convenient I guess is the best way to describe it.

The owner of this place deserves to be in prison. Half of them don't even work and once you put your money in them, you don't get it back.
