I came to Oreily s in Biddeford because my TPMS light was on they were great and knowledgeable about my Car s system and found out when it was rotated they didn t reset it so he did it for me no charge excellent service!

This review is a month late but better late than never! Had a windshield wiper emergency, thought it was just my passenger side but nope, drivers side too! I was there 2 days in a row because I had insisted the drivers side was fine. I had to travel 3hrs to get home alone & it was going to rain. I cannot say thank you enough to Everett & Anthony they were so kind & helpful, so friendly & got my wipers all set for my ride home! I am so grateful. When I visit Biddeford & I ever need help I'll go right to O'Reilly's to see Everett & Anthony! Thanks so much for your help & kindness. I'm actually in Tewksbury now & there's an O'Reilly's here too, because of my experience in Biddeford I'll be going to Tewksbury too!!Denise R

I had the best experience with OReilly Auto Part today . Gave me the best price to do an overhaul on my break system . So happy That they accomadated us Shout out to Sales Noah and Asst. Manager Anthony Thank you both for being so helpful to us . I will always recommend O Reillys when anyone asks what part store is the best .... A thousand stars from me Thank You again

I've only been living in the Biddeford area since October of 2020 and have dealt with O'Reilly Auto Parts on 3 different occasions, once to purchase a Schumacher Battery charger for my motorcycle, which worked awesome!then a second time July 5th 2020, to purchase some Rotors and Ceramic brake shoes for my room mates car.They had what I thought I might need for the job and found that my problem was with the rear brakes which were Drums and Shoes.When I went to exchange them for what I really needed for the job, I met the Manager, I believe that his name was Everett(I apologize if it is wrong)I explained my error to him and Everett told me to bring them in and He would be happy to exchange them.I think that Elliot noticed that I was wearing a back brace and asked one of his associates to assist me.When I opened my trunk to get the set of shoes that I was going to exchange, I found that the boxes were soaking wet from the heavy down pours that we recieved the night before.They were soggy, I didn't think that I would get an exchange for what I previously purchased.I was WRONG!Everett helped me out and gave me a full refund on what I purchased and money back on the difference.My point is that O'Reilly Auto Parts did not have to do that for me.Elliot took that little extra step to take care of my needs and I appreciate you for how you treated my mistake and helped me out to my car with my order.Kindness goes a long way!Thank you!

I had a awesome experience at VIP today! I had to buy a battery for my car and I had awesome service! The lady working the counter Nikole was nice and helpful! She also exchanged our car battery out on her own! Job well done!

The service and products orileys sells is fantastic! Had 2 led license plate lights installed WITHOUT charge by 3 gentlemen who each helped out. I messed up and couldn t install a bulb. But because of Cody, Garret, and Terrence, my leds looked awesome. Thanks again guys. Y all deserve a raise

On vacation from Boston I love Maine, anyhow wife's battery went dead and I called around to see who could help me. Got a jump and off I went. Stopped at NAPA and asked they were expensive and couldn't help me put it in. Kept going and found o'reilly and for a good price the young kid was great I had to help him with carrying it but he was a great guy and earned a nice tip. Thanks for taking the time to help me. Will be back if I ever need anything.

I don't know what happened to the service here but I've received nothing but attitude and bad service here for the past couple visits. There are plenty of other auto part stores in the area and you would think that they would focus a bit more on customer service when the parts and things they sell are virtually identical

Generally a good store to deal with but new hire is ABSOLUTE TRASH with customer service. Older white haired guy... recommended to a different counter or a different store.

The people at O'Reilly's really seem to be the cream of the crop when it comes to car parts people. They have a deeper knowledge that helps people like me that try and modify and or alter vehicles and need to use parts in a different way at times.The prices are competitive and lower than the other chains I frequent in my area. I would recommend both the Biddeford location and the Saco store although I favor the Saco store most times.

Went there having battery problem, they came out? Checked my battery, couldn't determine the cause, but jump started me and got me on my way.

Great parts outlet just allways seem to be short staffed. Auto zone is still my first choice.
