Just needed a belt, for my vehicle, prices were alitte high, however they had the part. Good chap, at the counter, I called ahead, the part was at the register, nice.

Friendly customer service. No one had the parts I needed locally in stock. They had them the next day and at a price competitive with online. And at the best price compared to the other local auto part vendors. Definitely will check them first next time.

Not impressed. Always heard good things about Sanel and napa but the customer service was serverly lacking. I'll stick to the other autopart stores in the area

Even before 2020 your Always best to call your order for parts and stuff in. Most times they have what you need ,i warn you always call. Time is valuable

This guy Max helped me. I know very little about my car and he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process. Very pleased with my visit.

Door shut and locked at 6:54. Needed to buy a window scraper. Guy is behind the desk. Didn t open door. They re supposed to close at 7pm.

I called to check & see if they had a product in stock. When I arrived they told me they don t have it, but one is on order. I just wasted an hour of driving time.
