This company overall is the only place you should take your car for body work. What makes them so good is their people in their above expectation customer service.

Brought car to Moodys in early April after I was in a car accident. An appraiser came out, sent quote to insurance company, all was agreed upon. An amendment was needed, done fine, and car was returned to me apprx 2 months later.The car was not completely fixed however. I called Moodys and spoke with Moodys Employee 1 who said it was probably just rust from sitting for so long. Drive it for a bit, jam on the brakes to clear the rust. After a bit, no success.I call them back, brought it in and ME1 test drove it, recognized the brakes were not correct. Said he would order parts, call me when they were in, and finalize the repairs.I emailed my insurance company to keep them aware. My rep had been in contact with Moodys all along and had already paid out the claim. Another amendment would be needed. This was July 23.I kept calling Moodys every couple weeks to check on parts . Eventually in September, now passed on to Moodys Employee 2 who said they re too busy, but would take the car in, flatbed it to dealership to fix because they were so behind on jobs.I did this and received rental car on Sept 29. ME2 called same day, left a message saying car was fixed, still at dealership and he would call back when it arrived.My car has an app that has current gps location. I did not hear from ME2 again. My app showed car was still at dealership. Despite this, and giving it some time (considering it has now been 6 months since my car first went in. I thought they were really understaffed and really behind) called to inquire as to when I could get my car. Was informed ME2 was no longer employed there. Passed back to ME1. ME1 said all is complete and they d been calling me to come get it. I never received a voicemail after ME2 said he would call again.I go in next day to return rental (Kia) and pick up my car (Volvo). Everything was fine when I did this. Nobody mentioned that I would be charged for the rental car or any portion of it.A week later, I receive a call from Enterprise Rental Car. Moodys refusing to pay the bill now. I call my insurance company for advice. The insurance company said that not only did Moodys not contact them, nor did they submit another amendment, but they are not allowed to subcontract out repair work. Especially when my car was still under warranty. The insurance company did not sign off on the brakes. A lot went wrong and concerned the insurance folks.My insurance company is doing an investigation as is my credit card company for the rental car charge. Moodys refusing to accept responsibility for all of the rental car days and never told me I would be charged for it or any part of it. I have also been advised to report them to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Very nice people, but awful final product. A guy backed into me and I had to wait months for them to do the repair. The repair took a little over a week witch was fine. I pick up the car and from first glance it looks ok. I inspect it more the next day in the sun and notice that the trunk is hitting the tail light and that the truck or bumper was put on crooked. I brought it back and let them know of my concerns. They pushed the tail light over but didn't address the truck and bumper not being even or the fact that the paint they did looks like an orange peel. Very disappointed and will never bring a vehicle to a Moody's again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were extremely quick, professional, and accommodating. My car insurance dropped the ball pretty hard and they picked up the slack and saved me a lot of frustration and time.

I was beyond floored with my experience with Moody's. From the second I walked in the door I was impressed. The folks at Moody's were so reassuring and straightforward. They updated me on how things were going on my car and made sure I knew all of my options. It was great that there were no surprises along the way and I felt totally at ease. I would 100% use this shop again and would definitely recommend them to anyone if needed.

Took my wife's car over to this location for body work, because her car was side swiped in a parking lot. I will recommend Moody's Collision Center to anyone who wants a first rate high quality job done that in my book was just top notch all around.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Do not take your car here, I think they pencil whipped the estimate so they could get the work. Took them an entire month to finish my car, the first time I got it back the check engine light came on immediately after I left the parking lot so they needed it for another day to diagnose. Got the car back a second time and there has been a shaking in my front end, told them about it, they said I needed a tire balance, got them balanced. The car still shakes on the highway and shifts weird. Now it's my responsibility to figure it out and more days I will spend without my car, it's been incredibly stressful.

Excellent and timely service. Car was ready in timeline quoted. Very professional. Dealing with my insurance (Allstate) and Moody's to get my front bumper replaced could not have been eaiser, including rental car pickup and drop off. Bumper looks perfect! Hopefully I won't need more body work any time soon, but if I do, I'll head to Moody's!

I am from New Hampshire and got into an accident while visiting a friend in Biddeford. I had my car towed to Moody's on a weekend and touched base with Joel Bourgeault on the following Monday who was the person I worked with through the whole repair process.Being two hours away from where my car was being repaired can be very stressful but I didn't stress at all during this process as Joel was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on the car and communicated with me promptly, he answered all my questions quickly and stuck to his word on everything. The delivery was right on schedule which was amazing, due to Joel making sure everything was coordinated.The tech who worked on my car was Shane and I think the work he did was fantastic, the paint looks great, the car drives well, and he was able to work out some mechanical issues that happened during the collision. Shout out to Shane!The staff were all very friendly when I picked up the car and the process was super smooth. I don't hope I get into an accident again, but if I do I wouldn't mind if it was close to Moody's.And to the guy who gave one star because they didn't do an estimate over the phone, who cares, that's standard practice and not nearly 1 star worthy.Thanks again Joel and Shane! -Tate

Excellent customer service. Never had to chase them for updates. They did great work repairing my car, can't even tell there was damage. Very impressed with both the people in the office and the shop.

The BEST service. Can t say enough. Every employee I spoke with was intimately familiar with the work being done to my vehicle. They went above and beyond, despite my insurance company refusing to cooperate at every turn ( @Progressive ). Highly recommend!

Just moved to the area from NYC. I called to get an estimated repair cost range for a couple of door scratches. My request was denied. I recommend having a better sales response, such as for a couple of scratches on a door, if there are no dents, we typically are able to come in at under the $1000 deductible you ve mentioned that your insurance company would charge. No guarantees though. Why don t you bring it on in? Instead I get we WILL NOT give out estimates over the phone. My response? YOU WILL get a bad review. Learn how to to conduct sales and reel a customer in. Don t be so stern and adversarial toward potential customers. Unless you want fewer of them.

Their customer service went above and beyond to fix my car. My inspection sticker was expired, and they were so helpful with coordinating my repairs with getting it inspected right afterwards. 100% would recommend Moody's in Biddeford to anyone!

I revisited the biddeford location due to an accident back in March. My insurance deemed that what was going on after the fact, was not due to the collision. Moody's went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and they even went a step above that and fixed an item that was needed for safety at no cost. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but here.

The Manager is one of the best ! I have seen Jeff looking over vehicles before they call coustomers . Body and Paint work is top notch . The CSR is so nice.

Never had vehicle damage before. Although the final cost was slightly higher than the estimate, from insurance to Moody's everything went smoothly and "non-sketchy". Thanks Adam.

They did a great job! A lot of damage to the right side of my vehicle. I did have to take it back for one thing. It got fixed. Very friendly people. Adam, Jarrod, Jade, and everyone was so helpful! Thank you all!

I recently had work done at this location. They left the door open while working and destroyed the interior of my vehicle. I would not return to this location and suggest no one else does either. They left the dust in my car like it was there when I dropped it off.
