The lazy dude at the counter told me to go look in the owner manual for a part while on his phone in front of his computer that s literally for looking up car parts. Didn t even attempt to ask make/model/year. Hope his doordash order sucked and his boss sees me immediately go cry in my car in the parking lot after that unpleasant interaction. That s the fun of being a woman when it comes to car issues I guess. Will not be going back.

Went to buy something to take sap off my car - not knowing what kind of product to use. They said they were all out and to use Goo Gone. It doesn't work. Thank God somebody warned me not to put it on paint as it will affect the clear coat.

Was lil BUTT HURT $12, YAAA IKR $12 I say for valve stem covers, like seriously it's an oc. Of plastic!!! Wthhhhhh ok mine were shiny black & silver metal to match pedal bike but still 2 oz. Of materials. Ridiculous

The guys that work here really helped me out with a few different things. They are very knowledgeable about the products being sold there, as well as how they're used. I bought a pair of new wiper blades. I couldn't figure out how to put them on, so I went back the next day and the guy working there did it for me for free. Highly recommend! Very friendly and helpful staff!!

I ordered online with a store pickup. The app has my vehicle information so it tells me exactly which parts will work properlyThe sales associates are great and so helpful and extremely friendly

They are awesome here. Twice now, with two different employees...came right outside looked at my truck, told me what I should get ...walked me through the whole process of doing the work. Sold me what I needed and gave me the confidence to do it right.

Ordered a battery online. They had it ready, credited my card for the core return promptly. I felt they had the best price on a car battery. I checked 2 other retailers before buying from Advance. I would definitely go back.

Stopped in for headlight bulbs and the gentleman at the counter not only immediately looked up my model year for reference, but he then went on to the floor and showed me options detailing some that would be behind the counter accessible with their tickets.Well designed and executed operation.Polite friendly and helpful staff can make one location from a chain the easy pick.

Awesome services one time the guy ..I wish I had his name kinda rejected me , but only for installing a small part . My car , but with letting me understand that they were short handed !! Told me I could come tomorrow and they would assist , I love the place though , if they dont have the part today , its ordered and you. An pick it up the next day ,,awesome ratings

Great service in this parts store and the guy behind the counter couldn't be more helpful. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned auto mechanic he seems able to help impart his knowledge of repairs with plenty of humor thrown in. They always seem to have what I'm looking for in stock too which is a big help.

My tractor battery was dead so I wanted to purchase a battery charger. I thought my battery was 6 volt, but it was 12volt. Bought a $50 charger left it on the battery for several hours. Not charging. Brought it back and asked to get a different one. The clerk checked my return on a good batter and it responded. He then let me purchase a different model for a a few dollars more. Connected it to the battery. After about 5 hours the battery was fully charged. The clerk also offered for me to take my battery to the store and he would charge it in their shop charger. He was very helpful.

Gordon was super helpful and took the time to teach me about the new battery I bought, did a diagnostic of my truck and was easy to work with. They were all very professional. Highly recommend going here and speaking with Gordon.

This location of Advance Auto Parts is a very clean & well-stocked location. Seeing me looking around, one of the store employees asked if I needed assistance. After telling him what I was looking for he took me to the appropriate places for both things and helped me select what best fit my needs. All in all a very good experience shopping this location.

Poorly staffed so the employee can't really help much without being constantly interrupted. The employee tried to assist me, but since they were the only person there had to keep going back to the register. Left without getting what I needed.

Asked for the wiring harness for my vehicle by make model n year...the person checked computer and said no we do not have it..in my experience as a heavy equipment mechanic in the Army..you turn to a new page and look it up under other words..ask a vo worker what and where they may have seen or looked it up before...Not turned to a customer with one time effort and said we do not carry it or it is not in stock to order...come on people check, check recheck and think outside the box,...Found the item(s) I needed at another..... competitors store.

Went to get parts for an oil change. Stopped at the counter, asked the cashier to make sure I had all the right parts for my car. He checked on the computer, made sure everything was right. A week later, I went to change the oil and literally had NONE of the right parts. Drain plug bolt and oil filter were both the wrong size for my 2013 Honda Odyssey. Luckily, I realized this before I took anything apart. Won't be back again and will do my own research in the future.

Worst Advance Auto Ive ever been to. Horrible customer service. I ordered a part over the phone and paid for it. I went to the store a week after it was supposed to have arrived. They had no record of it and there was no part there. I told her I had already paid, she went and talked to the manager and came back and said that there was nothing they could do and they never accept payment over the phone. The manager never even came out to talk to me. Just sat in his office the whole time.

Staff was friendly and helpful but they didn't have a lot of stock for the parts I needed. If you know what youre looking for and know what kind of car you have they're pretty good about helping you out and suggesting different fixes

This place isn't worth wasting your money at employees don't care about customers amd parts are cheap quality but they try to charge the price of Napa and don't take parts back even if you have the receipt
